The staff is attentive and kind and I love that parents can relax a bit while keeping an eye on their kids. Perfect for any day. There is even a coffee station for the parents! The coaches are super motivating and they don't allow the kids to divert from the planned evening. They challenge appropriately, but don't let the kiddos off easy. You pay a monthly fee for a specific number of classes and can add on if you choose for an additional feel. The classes are planned out in advance and very organized in transition through each event. Kidstrong offers clinics, summer programs and even birthday party events. Each child has a starting point and they can rank up after a certain amount of classes. They are also offered Coach awards that circle around giving it their all, stewardship to their fellow classmates or just impressing the coach during the class. Most recently Kidstrong came out with a parents app that you can easily track your child's progress, view last classes and monthly challenges.

The Play Factory is a play center that has been opened and under new management (in a revolving…read moredoor) in the Phoenix area for many years. It recently moved from Desert Ridge Marketplace to Superstition Mall in Mesa. Supposedly this move was because they "outgrew" their old place in Desert Ridge. I was cautiously optimistic because their old place was rather small. I let the Play Factory know ahead of time I was coming in to do a review on this day. We arrived 15 minutes after opening and the gates were still locked to the store front. Bummer. And, unfortunately, this place was even smaller than their old location in Desert Ridge. Much, Much smaller. When I reached out to the owners to let them know that we had arrived, they said they were late due to "unforeseen circumstances". Never an apology. We left and did not go in. I'm disappointed that once again this round of "The Play Factory" is less than satisfying and will not make a future visit.
