The kiddo had a fun time here for their toddler time morning block. We usually go to another KTR and I noticed that there is a more open setup here compared to the other location we go to. The first thing I thought when I entered the play area was that it is so dark! It's pretty dim lighting here wherever you go to play and in the sitting areas where parents congregate. It was too dark for me to read the book I brought so I naturally decided to write Yelp reviews instead ;) The facility itself seems fairly well maintained. Seating for parents is mainly limited to benches at the food area and scattered around the periphery of the play areas. They seem pretty strict on making kids wear KTR brand socks even if you have your own grip socks- at least my cashier was. As of 2026 they are $5 and come in all your standard sizes. A few of the different areas that I saw: - Toddler area - Climbing wall - Trampoline area - Skateboarding and scooter area Birthday party rooms are on the upper level. Came here for my son's 14th birthday on Sunday and the workers were so nice and great with my kids. The guy that worked Father's Day playing Red Light Green Light was awesome and had great energy. Maliyah was super sweet and had great customer service, as well as great patience with all of the kids. I celebrated my son birthday party here and we absolutely loved it! I booked 15 kids package which includes pizza, some drinks for both children and adults with two hours of jumping around. The service is great and the staffs are very helpful and friendly, they are wiling to make sure that your event will be a great experience for everyone. The indoor area are open space with a little of everything for all ages to enjoy themselves. They also have a lounge area where everyone can get their food and drinks while waiting for your kids to burn out their energy. CAN YOU TURN THE MUSIC DOWN? Some kids have sensory issues and have sensitive hearing!!!! Especially Autistic Children!!!! Can't even hear myself think in here! We come here to play and end up having anxiety, from the overly loud music. We end up with sensory overload. Please have a RESPECTABLE volume with the music. Plus doesn't help the same 30 song on repeat. Little Timmy was lost for 3 hours in the airbag, he was screaming for help no one would hear him. We went to 2 different KTR locations, this one here in Chandler was the best and our 7 year old loved it. The trampolines were nice, but watch your kids as it can be dangerous if more than one kid jumps and another jumps in, your kid might rebound and lose balance. One of the trampolines near the cushion pit had exposed metal spring coils that I had to continually cover with the padding so my son and other kids didn't accidentally step and injure themselves. ***** edited to add, I have now been banned for being "aggressive" bc I "blatantly disobeyed" 6 and under rules. Should my kids have been in the 6 and under. No. Was I watching and sitting in the 6 and under with a friend. yes. Aside from my kids there were only 2 other children who were PLAYING with my daughter. Mind you we were here an entire 30-45 minutes in the 6 and under. I do not have an "issue" with the rules or something being said. It was how it was said and what transpired after. The employee came in hot and "aggressive" toward my MINOR children. Seeing that the adult parents were right there and could have addressed one of us. He had a MAJOR power trip over some kids. Then interrupted in a conversation I was having with my child and became AGGRESSIVE with me as I'm SITTING in front of my kids. I didn't even speak or look at him. He began making faces at my kids while I'm talking to the person in charge that night. Calling me a b** while my kids are present. Going to every employee to tell them what happened. As I'm speaking to the girl at the front to cancel my membership, another employee who was with the one who called me a b**, came all the way to the front entrance and addressed my kids and asked them if they needed anything??? We were already out the door and my kids were super confused why she was there... Bryan, gave a half apology to how things were handled and then scolded me for breaking the rules. He said he was very "strict" about "safety." When I expressed that I still feel like this isn't being handled, as I'm being accused for their poor behavior. He then backtracked and said I was aggressive towards him and his employees. Bc I am understandably upset. It was obvious based off his tone that those employees will have no repercussions for their actions. lol this is insane! There is tape covering part of the trampolines. Holes in some of the trampolines. There are mats missing that have not been replaced. There was juice spillage in the 6 and under, that the employee failed to clean up. While the child my kid was playing with had a cup of water he was jumping with. But yes, "safety" is top priority and I'm just a disgruntled, Karen. I have been coming here for 5 years. Have had birthday parties. I've never had issues. Obviously based off my previous review. Not every employee is bad and we enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately this situation was not handled. This employee has a power trip over kids and I felt like I was in HS dealing with this situation. My concern is, if he got hot heated with me as an adult, what is he doing when you drop your kids off?! And how will it be handled afterwards... ****** A staff member was extremely confrontational tonight with my kids and myself. This resulted in him calling me a, "b*tch" in front of my kids and my friend's 4 year old (not to my face, but to another employee) where my kids could hear. The manager tonight was not at all helpful, said I gave her employee, "attitude" (he interrupted in a convo I was having with my 8 year old, and when I said I was not speaking to him, he said "you said it loud enough where I could hear" and when I got upset she said that I was too heated and needed to leave. I pay a monthly family plan and have NEVER had any issues at this location before. I asked the manager for the general managers number and she told me she doesn't have it and insisted on giving me the "billing" ladies number. That she's not allowed to give out the GM's number. Then told me she would... and handed me a piece of paper with "Bryan" written on it and said I could get ahold of him. When I got home , "Bryan's" number was the KTR store number that I had just left. When I called, the front desk was happy to give me his number. But then changed her mind and said they couldn't give out his number. I asked if the manager was next to her and she said yes, but she would text him my information and she was sorry. I had to call the Mesa KTR to get an email for someone to contact. The employee who was confrontational should NOT be working with children as he has was having a power trip over 11 and an 8 year old and that manager is not fit for her role as she cannot handle confrontation or her employees.. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS HERE! ESPECIALLY NOT ALONE! read more

The Good: If you are looking for a place that the kids will love, this is the place. There is a great mix of things for the kids to release their energy and have a great time. Adults will be bored however. No place to sit and socialize with other adults, and no adult drinks! The Bad: The "cafe", and I use the term very loosely, serves pizza of course, a three-piece chicken tender, french fries, and nachos, and soft drinks of course. Be aware that party food takes priority over other food. So if you order french fries, you will have to wait until all the pizzas for party orders are cooked before your fries get cooked. I waited 40 minutes for mine! The Ugly: There is only ONE oven for making pizzas, and it is a 110V countertop model with a metal conveyor pulling the pizzas in one by one. According to the kid I talked to working the oven, it takes 10 minutes for two pizzas to go through. He told me the oven is an upgrade! They used to have a toaster oven! Are you kidding me?! Do not recommend this place for a party. They definitely need a larger over to accommodate at least 6-8 pizzas at once or more. Let the kids play for a couple of hours and then go to a nice sit-down restaurant! read more

Really big & well maintained fun areas. Staff was friendly & helpful. Not Nearly enough staff stationed as safety monitors in the various areas so the mix of really big physically aggressive older teenagers with young wacky kids is a little dicey imho, especially in the trampoline area - bodies flying everywhere landing on the big "bag" sometimes piling up or rolling into a tangle.....the designated 6&Under Area is really nicely set up but older kids barreled thru there without regard for the Littles, no safety monitor there to "yell" at the them so I "volunteered" for awhile bwahahaha. ***NOTE*** the areas & set up for Birthday Parties is Excellent! Open area but felt private, good views of the floor, well organized timing on pizza & cake deliver. Kudos to Staff for nailing that whole piece!! read more

We have been visiting KTR Chandler for many years, but unfortunately this past trip will be our last. They have NOT been taking care of their equipment and it has become a safety risk. My kids have gotten poked by protruding metal objects through floor boards and fallen between ripped/torn safety mats. The bathrooms were filthy with clogged toilets and no toilet paper. When this place opened it was a wonderful facility but it has unfortunately gone down hill. Additionally, the unnecessary recent addition of requiring socks has added to the already expensive cost. We will be looking for somewhere else to burn off steam and bounce. read more

I come here to skate and I'm here to give a suggestion that would benefit the skating end of this location. If you just mop and sweep the skatepark every night and every morning before you open it will benefit the skate park so much. I skated for 10 minutes here and my wheels got covered in a mixture of ,concrete dust,dirt,and grime. Other skaters had to clean there wheels and rub there wheels against the wall every time they took a break from skating. It's impossible to kick turn so the skaters must resort to sliding there board to turn due to how slippery the ground is due to the dust from not sweeping as much as you need to be. PLEASE SWEEP THE SKATEPARK, ITS SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS HOW SLICK THE GROUND IS. IF YOU SWEEP REGULARLY YOUR AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM WILL KEEP IT CLEAN. read more

KTR is an interesting spin on trampoline parks! It appears to be oriented more towards fitness, tumbling and skating. There's a few trampoline areas and a foam pit below a rings course. There isn't as much to do as other trampoline parks but im sure it's a great place for indoor skating read more

First KTR experience was the one in Ahwatukee. Kids loved it, staff was great, everything was open and working. Compare to this KTR in Chandler. Back 1/3 of the section is closed due to leaking air bag in the pit. Things are haphazardly marked off as off limits. There's a bounce trampoline onto a soft mat for doing flips, but don't miss or you'll fall completely down underneath the entire jumping structure. Mentioned it to a teen and there was zero concern, even after demonstrating. Things are duct taped, nails are sticking out, everything is so janky. Whatever was new and working when this place opened is now in need of repair. We won't be back. Would much rather go to KTR at Ahwatukee. read more

My son has loved every second at KTR! He loves skateboarding and the facility has provided him with the ability to practice transition skating, street tricks and more! Their membership is reasonably priced and staff is comprised of really sweet teenagers. They even serve pizza on Fridays if your kiddo has the membership! Check it out. :) read more

My kids had a lot of fun here. The problem I have is the place is gross. The bathrooms smell like rotted urine. The air vents are clogged with dirt. The play equipment is unsafe a falling apart. They don't care; you signed the waiver. It's just a grimy place identical to the Mesa location. read more

We recieved 2hr passes from a birthday party we paid a lot of money for. So when the kiddos had their cousin over, we thought lets go to KTR. When we arrived to redeem, they said they stopped honoring them in July. As far as customer service, they should have honored them, and going further, they wouldn't be getting any that were not ALREADY given. I wasn't going to upset the kids, so I just paid. read more

Loved the open space so I could keep track of my kids while they went in different directions. We went on a Saturday morning. I was grateful that it was so open that kids didn't run into each other (like I worry about in other like places). With big and little kids roaming the same areas, it's nice to feel good that they likely won't collide. All my kids enjoyed the trampolines, climbing walls, and ball play. I also was grateful my son could have his favorite pizza, Hawaiian, and not just the simple cheese or pepperoni. There were a ton of drink options and many food options available too. Great space for many parents to chill. I thought it looked clean in all the play areas. Lastly I appreciated the low lighting for a change. Bathrooms are working through some repairs but still totally fine and there were at least 6 total stalls. All in all we will definitely be back. All the ages (from 1-16) of our party thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Front staff were very friendly and helpful with figuring out the appropriate and most cost effective option for our group. Management was very present, helpful and hard working which is always nice to see. If in doubt, I highly encourage you to give it a try. read more

Disappointed with the rudeness an attendant directed towards my daughter and her friend. We purchased a 4-hour session, but the employee mistakenly gave them the wrong color wristband. An attendant tried to kick them out. She was rude and would not listen to their explanation. Luckily we had the receipt and got it cleared up, but there was no need to be so rude about it and treat the girls like criminals- especially when it was KTR's mistake. The facility is decently clean and not too expensive. I just wish their employees would worry more about the unaccompanied kids manhandling all the ice cream in the freezer than about harassing honest kids who were given an incorrect wristband color. read more

This place is so cool!! My daughter went for a birthday party. They have really cool suites for the birthday parties that are up in lifts with foos ball and shuffle boards in them. They look out into everything so the parents can watch the kids. The facility itself is amazing. It has an area for the smaller kiddos and bigger kiddos. It also has a skate park. I was very impressed and will look into classes here for my daughter. She had a great time. read more

So I've actually been coming here for years. I've probably been there at least 20 times but I have finally had my last visit for sure. The bullying. It's horrible.. you can tell that people use this place as a drop off daycare and when you see people talk about "regulars" it's the TRUTH! These kids stay together, moving from the skate park to the trampoline area in a pack. My kids can't believe their eyes & ears because all these little kids dropping the F bomb, sneaking around and grouping each other. This is not by any means an exaggeration. If you get in their way, that's when the bullying happens. I would say that at least 5 times my kids have come running to me telling me someone is bullying them and every single time I have to separate them or go tell the staff and they do nothing. I've NEVER seen anyone get kicked out On one occasion, a young kid and his older brother pushed my 9 year old down the half pipe and threw his scooter off the top of the big drop in ramp (keep in mind that this is a 200$ scooter I bought for his birthday) The time after that, my 12 year old got in an actual fight with another kid and I, not the staff, had to go break it up! A large group of kids watched and recorded with their cell phones. After the staff did realize it. There were NO repercussions at all, no time out, no kicking out and everyone seen it happen. It started because my children were using a mat in the trampoline area and the kids accidentally bounced into each other and then it escalated from there. Then the time after that, our next visit. I got cussed out by a 10 year old! My two daughters had been waiting and waiting to bounce on the two big trampolines upstairs. This kid and his friends wouldn't take turns and I swear they had been jumping for over 5 mins without taking turns. I was watching my girls wait so I walked up there, asked the staff to intervene. She nicely asked them to take turns and the kids just kept jumping. So I walked over there and told him the same. He looked at me and continued bouncing. So in a stern voice I told him to get off! He got off and started walking away but not before he started mouthing F you and every other word. Right in front of my children.. I watched to see where he went or if he went to find his parent and nope, he wandered around for the next 10 mins. (I wanted to see if his parents where there so I could let them know) Now keep in mind. I am a very active 30 year old, I love to get in there, bounce, skate, jump and all that. I'm not some old grouchy man complaining. I buy a wristband for myself every time I go because I get in and participate. (more on that in a minute) The wrist band and time policy.. this needs to be improved! On my last visit, it was a little later in the day so we only had time for a 2 hour pass. I got there at 3:45 and paid for 2 hours for the whole family plus rented two skate boards and two helmets. About 100 bucks She gives us the wristbands and we go in. I was sitting there for about 10 mins and happen to look at my wristband. It said 3:00 - 5:00 PM ..... I started doing the math and was like hold up.. we only got 1 hour and 15 mins but paid for 2 hours.. I got up and went to the front desk to ask how to handle the situation. She said that's how the system works and she couldn't do anything about it. She told me in the future, make sure to show up at the beginning of the hour. I started thinking "who knows how many times this has happened" and we didn't realize it because we always get the 4 hour pass which is even more expensive! And last BUTT not least - pun intended. I really hurt myself the last time!! In the last 10 mins of our visit they did a high jump. So I participated and when I jumped over the bar, did a flip and landed on the blue mat, it isn't blowed up enough, my weight pushed it down so far I smacked my lower back at the base of my spine. Went straight to the cement underneath. I'm not overweight, I'm 6.1 and 190 pounds with 15% body fat. Maybe I'm to heavy? Maybe the mat wasn't blown up enough. I'll never know because there are no size limits posted anywhere. So that's it. As my kids get older, they are started to see and realize all the stuff going on there and I'm just not going to expose them to this kind of behavior. A few simple fixes that I propose to management. - Under 15 years old requires a parent to supervise - Implement a zero tolerance for bullying. Kick them out! - Fix the time slots and make sure if your charging someone for 2-4 hours, they get what they paid for. I think those little changes could completely change my mind and I would update this if I seen progress I used to recommend this place for fun and parties but I will never do it again. Thankful we stay to chat with each other and watch our kids play (they're cousins) because on this particular visit, our first time to this KTR location, our kids were bullied by other kids who we learned, talking with the manager, have memberships that allow them to visit anytime-- and they have had other problems with those same kids who bullied ours on an ongoing basis. My question is how many other kids have they bullied, and why are they allowed to return-- their membership should be revoked. As our boys arrived and were starting to play with one of the features, at least two other boys came up and started calling them names, trying to push them around, wrapping my 8 year old nephew up in the hanging net, recording it all on their phones at the same time. Were the boys kicked out? No. Did they stop playing until a parent or guardian showed up? No. After the manager and two other employees chatted with the bullies for about 10 minutes, the manager and one of the bullies hugged and then they walked away. Brothers? We received 4 free passes from KTR Chandler for attending a birthday party there. We live in N Phoenix, so I wanted to make sure we could use them at the same time before we went back. They had no fine print stating other wise and the expiration date was all x's. I did call to make sure since it was a long drive and I didn't want to drive down if I couldn't use them together. I was told on the phone that due to their ease of being duplicated they were no longer accepting them and they are no good. read more

Where is the adult management and supervision??? Both times we've been here, my kids and their friends were bullied verbally and physically tripped and pushed into the wall and only teenagers were working to report it to. Kids are allowed to be dropped off here as childcare, so obviously they run around unsupervised and the older kids think they own the place. It's such a bummer as we would come back regularly if the owners changed the atmosphere, but how it stands is very unsafe for your children...beware. read more

This place is a dump. We've been to the KTR in Scottsdale and it has at least 10x the things to do than the Chandler KTR. We won't be back
