Skyzone chandler is extremely boring. Sure, there are things to do, but it is far less exciting then they make it seem online. And for as much as it's promoted, it's very small AND expensive. Two regular tickets are $60, and you're not even getting your moneys worth. I do not recommend. read more

I took my son here for a playdate. Right off the bat, there was a Groupon. Winning! The employee was able to look it up by my name. I was impressed. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated it. The kids had a wonderful time. The best part, the facility was very clean and it did not smell like stanky feet. We also had some cheese fries and pretzel with fries. The fries were waffle fries and were really tasty. There were several things to do so the kids stayed busy the entire 90 minutes we paid for. Average trampoline park experience- you pay a pricey fee (28$ for 90 minutes) and have to buy the required socks (6$.) I like that Skyzone has additional fun activities, like the slide and zipline in addition to the trampolines, but this particular location isn't super large. My kiddo tends to spend most of his time at the basketball area and has lots of fun. Employees are always nice. read more

My kids were part of a group of seven kids that went to Sky Zone this afternoon... While we've been to other SZ locations, this was our first time at this one and it seemed on par with the others upon entering. As others have mentioned, there is a waiver needed upon check-in and grippy socks as well. There is a cafe and plenty of seating for those not actively using the facility as well. There did seem to be plenty of staff, but they were not really doing much when we were there. There were some other kids picking fights and not being nice to our kids and the staff didn't really do much about this. At one point one of the kids even punched one of the kids in our group and the manager spoke to them but they didn't get kicked out or anything. I'm not a huge fan of trampoline places in general due to the potential for injuries and this place is no exception; especially because of the high volume of kids playing without much supervision. read more

On Saturday June 14 we had a birthday party for my Step-son. Our Party Host was Job, He kept the party running smoothly. Did a few balancing tricks and juggling for the kids and was very professional. I highly recommend the place. read more

Location: Located next to Walmart, on Arizona Ave between Pecos & the 202. Plenty of parking too. Entry: Signing waivers was very easy - took less than 2 minutes. Sky Zone Socks are mandatory (cannot use other trampoline park socks) so be prepared for that and keep them for future visits. There are lockers but may run out if super busy. Lots of seating around the whole park as well. Ambiance: Sky Zone is decorated beautifully. I went to a Sky Zone in Denver and it's very similar but this one is WAY larger. They have glow time and I think it would be great to check that out next. Trampolines and equipment: Clean, fresh, and brand new. Perks of visiting when they just opened! Staff: The staff was friendly and so nice. My son was the only one jumping and one of the staff (i think manager?) Cayden decided to play with my son for a good hour. It was so nice of him to do that. You can tell they are very excited to get this park up and going. In a nutshell, we will definitely be back and will definitely check out the glow time too. read more

I came to check this place out with family and friends due to a Groupon we all decided to buy. What a lovely experience! This trampoline park is pretty nice! Great size without being too hard to keep track of the family and very clean which was a huge plus! I had not seen one of those with a full basketball court so that was a pretty cool. The court was full but it was great to see the middle to high schoolers having active fun there, good use of space. There are many jumping areas in various sections, climbing wall, ninja warrior type of obstacles, a very cool slide with a surprising "flying" end. You have to try to know what I mean. Only downside which is why I took a star off this review is that my daughter got her elbows scrapped going in, as it rubbed on the surface of it. Maybe the folks guiding them should warn on the safety aspect to ensure their bodies stay on the mat they provide or maybe matt needs to be bigger, not sure. She still went in twice but we ended up scrapping twice! The staff was nice to provide bandaid and I had Neosporin at hand. Still that didn't stop the fun as we stayed there for 90 minutes. It also has a cafeteria with the usual items for places like these such as pizza, slushes, sodas, etc. I didn't eat there but I observed mostly the menu and people getting their orders, looked good. All in all, I do recommend this place and I was fortunate to come when it wasn't too crowded also so it was a good experience. read more

I recently had my son's birthday here and thought it was super clean, new and fun! Made a visit today and there were a large group of older teenage boys playing bball ROUGH.. so bad that an altercation broke out amongst an adult and younger female screaming at each other and the police were called. The manager is running around like a chicken with his head cut off and seems to need extra assistance. read more

WARNING: graphic images below* I never write reviews but if this review prevents even one child from "severe injuries, including paralysis or death" which is a direct quote from their waiver, then I've done my job! Only about 30 minutes into my daughter's time at Sky Zone, we got a terrifying call (not from Sky Zone employees- but from my daughter's friend's mother). My daughter had SERIOUSLY INJURED her HEAD. In a panic, I drove the fastest I've ever driven to see Sky Zone filled with paramedics and firefighters. Again, the staff DID NOT call 911. This was only done by daughter's friend's mother. Before the paramedics arrived, my daughter's friend's mothers were holding her head with PAPER TOWELS to try to stop the bleeding. A staff member NEVER paid any mind. Later, we found out that my daughter hit her head on METAL located right next to the jumping zone. This should have obviously been covered but due to the staff's SEVERE NEGLIGENCE, it was not. I will be attaching a picture below. Waiting at the emergency room was terrifying. I have never seen ANYONE bleed that much let alone my own daughter! In the emergency room, they had to change the sheets 3 times because of how much she was bleeding. The poor girl had to get 3 STAPLES in her head! We did not get a SINGLE APOLOGY from this place. Then again, their waiver literally tells you: "Among the risks assumed are those, but not limited to, that may cause injury or damage while using the Facility, however caused, even if caused wholly or partially by the action or inaction of Sky Zone owners, their principals, officers, employees, their landlord, equipment manufacturers, repair persons, or agents.". We are very lucky she escaped a concussion or a more serious head injury, but that was a very likely possibility. This was caused by the SHEER NEGLIGENCE of the staff of SKY ZONE CHANDLER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING YOUR CHILD'S LIFE AWAY! read more

Long check in process and they make you fill out a new waiver every year, unnecessary.

My kids were gifted a sky zone gift certificate that has no specific location or details listed on it. So we drove the 25 mins to the nearest sky zone location (chandler). I hand them the certificate and after 3 employees had no idea what to do to make it work - I'm told that it's only for specific locations possibly in Peoria or Phoenix but not this one. No apologies for the issue, no attempt to just utilize the certificate at this location just a "So do you still want to jump?" Unfortunately, I did have to pay for my kids to jump after I had driven them all the way out here and they had seen what the plan was for our "fun" afternoon. Disappointing customer service and the whole place is wildly disappointing for what it offers. Full of a bunch of teenagers and not much for smaller kids to do. Save your money and take your kids to any other jumping place in Arizona. read more

Been to this place few time. Every time they are running a new scam. The don't put it on website. So you drive there it's some new bull shit made up charge. They scam you with socks or some stupid tshirt you have to by or you can go In. For me I drove 30 months to get here. You have to buy there socks or some T-shirt. Amazing place for kiddos and adults to play! I have a 3 year old and a 2 year old and the Toddler area is great and secluded for little ones!! I love that they offer toddler time on wednesdays and saturday's so smaller kids get to play in the whole park! I've known Karla the GM for years and is absolutely amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is amazing and there are lots of places to sit and relax for parents. Lockers are offered but they do fill up quick! This is definitely our new favorite spot to burn some energy and be with great people!! read more

My family and I attended the weekend of the grand opening of Sky Zone. My grandsons are 14 years old and had a blast. They played so many games for over 3 hours. The basketball was the best with over 20 kids participating. It was so nice to see so many children off their phones and getting good exercise. The place was spotless, bright, cheery and staff was excellent. Everyone was so friendly. The food area had plenty of choices and I highly recommend families take time to disconnect from technolgy and connect with each other. My daughter in law LOVED the massage machines too! Great staff. I'm a little surprised by the negative reviews. First of all this place is new and clean. That's a huge plus in my book. They have tons of fun options that other trampoline parks don't offer. I'm a big fan. The only negative reviews on here appear to be about big kids playing on the basketball court when little kids want to use it as well. I casually chatted with the owner today and she mentioned they have noted the feedback and plan to build another basketball court for small kids. Sounds like not only do they care but they're dialed in to the customer comments. read more

Not impressed! I paid $100 for 3 kids to play for 2 hours (including $5/pair of socks because it had to be THEIR socks). We went specifically for the basketball court since my son wanted his birthday party there next month. Well, their system for the court sucks. The younger kids get absolutely no chance. They cater to the older teens when we all pay the same amount of money to get in and the young kids stand there and patiently wait their turn. It's wrong. Plus, they had corporate filming day on a Saturday afternoon ‍ and the basketball court was closed for an hour. Just an awful experience. read more

Had a party for 15 and found out right before we were supposed to wear white for a neon night. Gabrielle was incredible in helping us out and even offered to extend our time due to the inconvenience. Initially the staff had a problem finding my reservation. I understood that we would only have a party host for an hour but the fact we had no seating for the adults in the party was not acceptable. Once we were able to get into the room it was so small and tables and chairs were packed so tightly there was no room to move. We also ended up having to serve the pizza and drinks on our own so not sure why we even had a party host. This is a perfect place for kids. I have taken my cousins who are ages 11 and 8. They fully loved every thing and everyone that worked their. One of the workers has the same name as my cousin and he was very nice to him. Would recommend to everyone! read more
