Everyone from the general manager to the front desk guys and girls are so friendly and helpful! I was looking for the nearest pool and they took the time out of their day to find the closest pool and hours! I think every club needs to have a good set of personal trainers! I was able to work briefly with Shad! He didn't have a client at the time and he was able to show me a few shoulder workouts! That is what you call love for the job because most trainers would have been focused on booking you but he just wanted to help me get my shoulder workout done right! We…read morehad a slight issue but because of Shad Andreas (the new personal training manager) top-notch customer service skills, fast thinking and his constant communication with me, he came through with flying colors and I was totally satisfied and happy with the outcome. Shad worked hard to make things right and it showed, very much appreciated. What a fantastic decision to transfer him to this facility in Gilbert to "fix" things, he definitely is in the right spot and will go far. During my dealings with Shad last week, I dealt with numerous others that definitely deserve recognition for their patience, helpfulness and just being kind over the phone. Chase was the one answering the phone and wanting to help, good listener and never just transferred me to get me off his line, he truly wanted to make sure I got to the right person. Andrew, the assistant manager is also in the right position, he truly is there to serve MountainSide's customers. Last but not least is Chandler the manager, talk about making things happen for the good of the customers and the follow up is amazing, something you don't find anymore. This one is not well managed. My daughter was given bad instructions for closing her account, and…read morethought she closed it late last year. At the same time, she moved her bank account. What she didn't realize is that their policy is to charge a $20 fee for every month they have to charge you backup credit card. That's a $20 penalty on a membership that costs $25 a month (almost 100% penalty). And they don't notify you they are doing it. Not one email. We just discovered it after getting hit with bogus gym fees and the ridiculous penalty for six months. We talked to a manager. Not only would they not credit back any of the penalty fees, they wouldn't even credit back the month fee and penalty they charged YESTERDAY for the coming month. Despite the fact she'd not even set foot in the gym for more than six months. We even contacted corporate, which said it's an independently owned and managed gym and they couldn't do anything about it. Despite their brand being tarnished. They'll be losing two more memberships when my wife and I cancel our memberships and move to a gym with less onerous policies and better management who care about loyalty and fairness. (And hey Planet Fitness Corporate, we won't be moving to a different franchisee of Planet Fitness....we are done with ALL Planet Fitnesses because of this one franchise's poor business ethics and policies.)

Over here, I only come for Cecilia's class. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. It's bright, clean, and basic. It's also pretty spacious compared to some of their other locations. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. This parking lot seems to be more plentiful compared to all the other EōS locations I have been to.

I felt totally welcome by both them and the regulars. They pushed me enough when I was slacking a little and also helped educate me when I was doing something wrong. Very clean, open, inviting, and lots and lots of classes to work with my schedule. Probably the best gym I've ever been to. He became angry because I was using a machine "too long" during my workout (20 min for 4 sets on hip thrust, 2 other machines were available). This man followed me around the gym for the rest of my hour-long training session staring at me attempting to intimidate me. I reported this unacceptable behavior to gym management, and they endorsed his actions. My trainer was written up for allowing me to use the equipment "too long", and the individual who harassed me is still allowed to use the facilities. I no longer feel safe working out at Vasa, and I am outraged that no action was taken to address my concerns. This is not a safe place for women to work out.

On my cancer recovery journey, my 19 yo daughter found Pure Barre, and said, "Mom, you have to try this!" After one "Classic" class was hooked. The burn, tone, and lift is FOR REAL! It's great for sculpting and toning, as well as strengthening your core, yet it's SO much more!
