They do a great job working with the kids and providing feedback. The kids work hard and the coaches are amazing!

Good variety of machines and weights. Ample cleaning stations. Staff member helped me get my membership upgraded quickly. He didn't seem super enthusiastic while assisting but was willing to answer all my questions. It is what it is. NO FITNESS CLASSES will be offered at this location as of 3/31/2026 So that stinks

Instead of thoroughly investigating what happened and taking her concerns seriously, the gym chose to ban the woman who reported the incident. That response is deeply concerning. Women should be able to report behavior that makes them feel threatened or unsafe without fearing that they will be the ones punished for speaking up. When someone provides video evidence and raises a legitimate safety concern, the appropriate response should be to investigate the entire incident fairly, review the evidence, and hear from everyone involved before taking action. Regardless of the circumstances leading up to the incident, a fitness facility should have clear procedures for addressing harassment, intimidation, and member safety. Based on how this situation was handled, I would have serious concerns about whether women who report feeling unsafe at this gym will actually be supported and taken seriously. I hope management reevaluates how this incident was handled and puts better procedures in place so that members--especially women raising safety concerns--are treated fairly rather than made to feel that reporting troubling behavior could result in consequences against them.

They offer a variety of classes - strength, cycle, mat Pilates, hybrid conditioning, and more. I first tried mat Pilates with Oni on a Sunday morning. The class was held in the strength area on the first floor. It was a great workout with clear instructions. We used light dumbbells, so it was manageable. I took mat Pilates again a few days later with a different instructor. This time it was in the evening and held upstairs in the cycle room because there was a strength class going on at the same time. The vibe was so different with the lights and a smaller room. This workout was so challenging, and I was dripping sweat like crazy. After that day, I had some intense knee pain that had been building up for days, so I ended up having to cancel a cycle class and hybrid conditioning. I was really looking forward to trying those. There's also a recovery room that can be reserved, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Then my VIP week ended. I can definitely see why people like this gym. It's a one-stop shop for strength, cardio, and recovery. It's just not for me at this time.

My instructor, Ditas was high energy, goofy, and very welcoming. Whether you're stopping in from ClassPass (like myself) or just in the area looking for a fitness class I would definitely check them out.

It is built better than any of the other clubs! It's fairly new but it's built better than the newest locations. I enjoy playing basketball here and can get some pretty good two on two games going with the guys that go here! The customer service is outstanding! Everyone from the general manager to the front desk guys and girls are so friendly and helpful! I was looking for the nearest pool and they took the time out of their day to find the closest pool and hours! I think every club needs to have a good set of personal trainers! I was able to work briefly with Shad! He didn't have a client at the time and he was able to show me a few shoulder workouts! That is what you call love for the job because most trainers would have been focused on booking you but he just wanted to help me get my shoulder workout done right! Thank you so much for taking that time to work with me! I look forward to training with your team in the near future... Thank you all for the amazing customer service! I wish this was my home gym but I'm glad to make it my 2nd home gym!

Shad worked hard to make things right and it showed, very much appreciated. What a fantastic decision to transfer him to this facility in Gilbert to "fix" things, he definitely is in the right spot and will go far. During my dealings with Shad last week, I dealt with numerous others that definitely deserve recognition for their patience, helpfulness and just being kind over the phone. Chase was the one answering the phone and wanting to help, good listener and never just transferred me to get me off his line, he truly wanted to make sure I got to the right person. Andrew, the assistant manager is also in the right position, he truly is there to serve MountainSide's customers. Last but not least is Chandler the manager, talk about making things happen for the good of the customers and the follow up is amazing, something you don't find anymore. Tom Hatten, owner of Mountain Side Fitness really has alot of great people at the Gilbert Location he can be proud of. THANK YOU to everyone and thanks to Tom for MSF, great facility !! (The Gilbert location has amazing up to date equipment and can be a model fitness centers for others)

When…read moreI first started, the basketball court was still closed, but I enjoyed it when it reopened. Unfortunately, they had to get rid of the basketball court back in April this year after it became a liability with some guys in there getting in fights. It has since been replaced with more workout equipment. Even without the basketball court, I still use the medicine ball to do shooting motions so I can stay ready whenever I do play basketball. They have a wide selection of equipment for the price you pay. While some of the equipment is a little older than other locations, this is the main location I come to because it is the closest EOS to where I live. They recently added some more modern equipment, which is pretty cool. Another reason I enjoy EOS is its friendly staff. Whenever they are not busy, I enjoy having friendly conversations with them about life and other things, and they always ask me what day it is at the gym. No matter the day, I take every day in the gym seriously, but I also make sure to have fun with it. EOS Fitness is an excellent choice for a gym with great equipment at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

It was charging five dollars a month.. Those five dollars fees were returned by my bank and when I looked at the statements were charging me (2) $36 overdraft fee for each one. They show you how insensitive they are the receptionist Jessica told me proudly what they were declined. Don't even give a damn about my situation and I'm standing there with two rods in my back limp in there. I had to come back the following week so that the $15 were clear so I can use the gym so I want the whole month of June when I should be in their rehab clearing up this BS they disrespectful they don't care EOS they sucks. I hope they go out of business To make a long story short, I put my account on hold for three months back in February with EOS. I was unaware it was charging me $5 dollars a month. They didn't tell me that while I was in recovery. I was unaware of $15. I paid the $15 10!days ago thinking that everything was OK. But for whatever reason they come up with these charges, they came out to $49.99 with the $15 total $65!! EOS is giving me a credit for $25. I needed the refund money.
