Shes the absolute best and even though we moved a half hour away, we still come here for her! Another specific shoutout for Mr Wyatt. I think he may have been my son's teacher once or twice so we usually just see him in passing, but he is excellent as well with the kids and an excellent team player with the crew. Also the teamwork in general here is fantastic! One of the teachers had a new baby who was just crying for most of the class. The other instructors and lifeguard casually adjusted their classes to make sure the baby got to be comforted in the pool and the other kids in class still got their training in. They take excellent care of the kids, adjust flawlessly, they're professional, lovable, etc. We love our son swimming here and highly recommend this place!

So far very pleased with our 2-year old son's transition from an in-home daycare to La Petite! Miss Taylor, Mrs. Nora and Ms. Durdana are amazing!! I love the updates that are sent to parents throughout the day - knowing my son is so loved and cared for helps ease my heart while I'm at work. When we first started going, he would cry a lot during drop-off, so one of his teachers would always come up and help him adjust or get him involved in a fun activity or snack. I would watch on their TVs in the lobby how our son would go from tears to laughter in a matter of minutes. We're so grateful for the ways that the La Petite teachers have gone the extra mile for our son.

My child was on the brink of dehydration in the care of this facility- (quoted from my child's…read morepediatrician) they have offered NO resolution for the constant "mishaps" while calling themselves "caring" for my children. My child was sent home with a poopy diaper and my premature son was underfed MULTIPLE days they were here. Both Tami(regional manager) and Krystal(Director) offered NO solution to the problems that I provided them with. Ive presented my concerns to the director (Krystal) and was "assured" that the children are "offered" water all throughout the day! I called BS to this because one of the nights my daughter woke up with a dry diaper meaning she drank close to NOTHING while being here for 9 hours. In the least bit- I KNOW a refund is owed to me in which Tami stated "I won't give a refund because your children were in my care" I can't say i recommend this facility to a SINGLE family. This is ridiculous- if you have your children here, please! Watch out and or shop for other accommodations. Update- they are actively trying to remove this honest and truthful review. PLEASE pay attention parents! Andrew- how about this last photo I'm adding. Where the teacher is sitting on the floor while my daughters water bottle lid is closed? How come it wasn't opened for her? Also- can't you reach out to me directly, as I have already tried communicating with your director and regional manager and nothing was resolved?

After I found Building Kidz online I decided to check it out and Ms. Krystal was my initial point of contact. Huge bonus! She was very warm, welcoming, polite, and thorough. She gave us a tour of the facility and answered all of my many questions. She made me feel a sense of calm and comfort so we gave it a shot. I'm happy we did. My baby loves going there. Fast forward a bit because I must mention the love the classroom teachers have for the kids. Ms. Olympia is an absolute gem! I love that she loves my baby; you can feel that she genuinely cares- that played a huge role in our stay at BKGilbert. My son is no longer in her class but when they see each other they both light up and that warms my heart. He seems to be doing well in his new class too. The teachers keep me updated throughout the day with pictures, videos, and constant communication. The way she communicates, it's almost as if I'm right there with him the whole day. I can't express how much of a relief it is to be in the know and not have to worry or wonder. If you are looking or on the fence, I would highly suggest giving them a shot. Contact Ms. Krystal and see for yourself.

I'd inquired with this Kindercare on a number of occasions in the past and this time the timing was perfect. The staff here are amazing and so attentive to all the children. There is an obvious change for the better in my son and the so-called behavior issues are no longer a thing. He's happier, he always says "there's my new school" when we pass it (he's 3), he happily says goodbye to his teachers (at the old place he couldn't leave fast enough). I never have to worry if he's getting cared for the way I'd care for him, because they do!! He comes home happy and clean! So much stress has been lifted from my shoulders after starting at this Kindercare. On another note, it's so refreshing to have all the dates the daycare will be closed for the entire year on a calendar for me to hang at home!!
