All of the coaches at Supreme Cheer and Tumble treat her with kindness, respect, and believe in her that she can learn the routines. They accept her as she is, even when it's hard for her to smile, talk, or she gets overwhelmed and tears up a little. They're always encouraging and looking for ways to help her feel confident and succeed. My daughter also enjoys the summer and winter break camps. They are structured with cheer lessons in the beginning, lunch, drawing activities, and then free time with a fun bounce house. They also get to watch a movie in the afternoon which is a really nice break for my daughter. The coaches are responsive to any issues with the girls. They do not tolerate bullying of any kind, which reassures me when I send my neurodivergent daughter to camp. I'm so glad we found Supreme Cheer and Tumble. It brings me so much happiness to know that my daughter finally found a sports activity where she's accepted and believed in.

My daughter was training level 10 at Carter's Gymnastics Academy when she decided she no longer…read morewanted to be a competitive gymnast. Her decision had nothing to do with the coaches at Carter's or her experience at Carter's Gymnastics Academy. In fact, for a short time we sent her to Gold Medal Gymnastics. Her skills quickly deteriorated. She went from being a state champion to barely being able to do basic skills that she found easy at Carter's. The technique she was taught at Gold Medal messed her up. She begged to go back to Carter's. Within a few months she went from being out of shape at Gold Medal to getting 3rd at Westerns. She was in first the entire time until she wobbled on the beam. Thanks to Jack Carter for taking the time to get her back in shape and ready for competition. Jack knows what he is going. He is an amazing coach. I don't know what the person in the other review is talking about when saying Jack slaps girl's butts. Jack has never once touched any girl inappropriately. He is extremely professional. He is the first to have spoken up against the abuse that was happening in USA Gymnastics. He demanded for more parental involvement. He does yell, which I do not necessarily agree with, but no one seems to complain when coaches are yelling at football players. It takes a lot of mental toughness to be an elite gymnast. The gymnasts at Carters are in better shape and have better technique than any other gymnasts they compete against. As for Jack talking about bodies - he is a gymnastics coach. He never makes comments about the girls sexually in any capacity. He wants them to be in shape. If they are out of shape then they get injured easier and are not able to do the skills they are being taught. If any of the coaches at Carters was inappropriate I would have pulled my daughter out of that gym so fast if he was in any way inappropriate. I coached for the Carters for about two years. I never heard or saw them do anything inappropriate to any of the gymnasts. They are extremely strict about safety of the gymnasts, both mentally and physically. As for what the other person said about Jack living off a reputation from years ago - I don't think that person understands that to have even one gymnast go to the Olympics is HUGE! Most coaches will never have an Olympian. Carter's Gymnastics Academy focuses on the individual gymnast. At other gymnastics centers there are a million and two (it seems) kids on the teams. It is all about money. The more kids they have then the more money they make. Carter's cares more about making the gymnasts top level gymnasts. They are extremely picky about moving a child up a level. They want the gymnast to be completely prepared and ready. I cringed watching other gyms compete. It was obvious their gymnasts were not ready to compete at that particular level. They would have 15-20 girls competing at a certain level and they had maybe two of those girls that looked great. At Carters there may be less girls competing, but every single gymnast looks prepared, in shape, and fantastic! Not only are the gymnasts at Carters amazing competitors in sports, but most all of their top level gymnasts are academically amazing also. Most every gymnast at Carters could get a scholarship for their academics, not just gymnastics. My daughter is a true competitor, thanks to Carters Gymnastics Academy. She can take anything because she went to Carters.

They've gone the way of everyone else; only the stars matter. Everyone else who has been keeping their lights on for years has been banished to level one purgatory and told they will never do X or Y. Excuse me but becoming a professional ballerina was never the goal for us. We just wanted to get exercise, learn discipline, and have fun, not retire at 25 with a permanently damaged body while living on food stamps. ‍ If you have a child on the spectrum, I highly recommend finding an alternative. This studio is not neuroinclusive; they'll keep your kid down year after year after year until you finally get the hint and show yourself out the door. Spark, sometimes human beings matter more than the number of girls you brag about sending to summer intensives. You can still put on a beautiful production while allowing autistic girls to progress with their peers (not talking about pointe, talking about dignity and inclusivity). The staff were…read morealways nice, coaches were knowledgeable but I'm finding it hard to give this gym even a 4 star rating. 3 1/2 stars would be fair imo. Here's why: After moving to a different area we uprooted our girls from DB Gymnastics to a different competing gym. My girls now 7 & 5 yrs old couldn't even do a back handspring and little one couldn't even do a back walkover. The new competing gym had my girls doing these moves in less than 2 months proficiently for my oldest and 6 months for my little one. The new gym begins working on these moves at a much earlier age than DB gymnastics. I also noticed the difference in coaching between the two gyms. DB was good but obviously not nearly as hands-on as new gym. Overall, our family had a good experience with DB Gymnastics but after comparison my girls could've gotten a lot more out of it.

It is run very professional and the teacher for her class is very proper and well educated in the art of ballet. In the little time since she has been here, there have been two opportunities to perform in a Halloween performance in October as well as a Nutcracker performance in December. From a newcomers standpoint, I feel like a lot of work and thought is put into the success of this studio, and that there are many opportunities for the dancers to grow and become the best they can be. The studio consists of four/five separate store fronts in an office style complex. It is set off of the road and in a very nice, quiet area. I was a bit confused about how the studios were labeled and where we should go our first time, but if you drive around to the back of the building, all of the studio doors are clearly labeled.. The kids enter from the back of the studio and leave from the front. The first time we came, we entered from the front, while all of the other dancers were leaving and it was a bit chaotic. It runs very smoothly if you drop your dancer off at the back and pick up in the front. There is a Walgreens, Sonic and a nail salon in the same parking lot, making it so nice for me since we live too far away to go back home for an hour, so I usually sit in the parking lot for the duration of her class. So far I am Very impressed with this school and the professionalism that I have seen . I've heard the performances are wonderful and the costumes are even better. I've talked to several parents of the other dancers and they all have stated that their dancers have been at the studio for a long time and that they really enjoy the it a lot. Also, to make it even better, they sell leotards, tights and other ballet accessories (NOT BALLET SHOES THOUGH) right in the lobby, at the same price as any other place, so that made is quite easy to get started.
