I made an appointment with Rachel one time, drove for an hour from Mesa to Phoenix and I had to wait for literally 3 hours outside her office because she forgot we were supposed to meet and was not prepared at all. For my wedding, she told me that she was drafting a contract, it took her 5 months to do a simple contract every time I called her about it, she made an excuse or said she was working on it until my wedding was 15 days away and I realized she didn't send me a contract earlier because she knew is very difficult to find other vendors within such short time and for the purpose of cornering me and forcing me to pay more money than what we agreed on,it was my fault that I was patient and had faith in a person like her and waited so long and for her to give a contract, i eventually was lucky to find another vendor but I was very upset for all the mess and stress she caused me and my family. I heard great things about her mother and the person that managed the business before, but she truly sucks, if you want to save yourself stress and the headache of having to deal with an awful vendor DO NOT GO TO HER!

He went above and beyond for us, and helped make our wedding perfect! He is responsive to emails, prompt, professional, and incredibly warm and friendly. He worked closely with the wedding coordinator to make sure that they had shared all the pertinent details, had a solid timeline, and generally kept things running smoothly. He even came to our rehearsal to make sure that everything would be correct the next day. For the ceremony, he actually created a song for us when we were having trouble picking recessional music; my husband and I liked the opening flourish of one song, but the main body of a different song, so Andy beautifully blended them so we could have the best of both! It was exactly what we imagined, and he provided it when we didn't even think it was possible. He was great at the reception as well. He kept the music happy and upbeat, focusing mainly on the music that my husband and I told him we liked. He also is great about abiding by the "Do NOT Play" list, if you ask him. The reception was a ton of fun, and Andy did an excellent job of keeping peoples' energy up and making people want to be on the dance floor all night. It was great! He worked in all the dances/activities we'd asked for, without ever breaking the natural flow of energy at the reception. I highly recommend Andy!
