I was in need of a helium tank rental and totally forgot to call around ahead of time. Ended up calling Bubbles of Joy the day before and was able to get a rental same day. Fairly priced, easy pick up and return process, and friendly staff. They also had a TON of balloon colors, if I'd have realized I'd be getting my helium tank from them, I would have waited on the balloons and just gotten them there as a one stop shop. Soooo many options and they had the supplies for arches, clusters, you name it all readily available as well. Next time you're in need of helium or balloons, skip the low quality tanks and generic colors at the other stores and check out Bubbles of Joy! read more

Andrew was on it! Kind, helpful, explained all the options (beautifully) and was an all-around pro. I'll be back again and again!! Great company, great service. read more

Came here on the whim, Week of my daughters 4th bday... they have every color you can think of, top notch customer service and same day pick up.. I walked in, picked my Colors and walked out. Then came back to get my balloons an hour later... now a month later and they're still floating. Good prices, good people, will come back every year. read more

Bubbles of joy came through in a MAJOR way. I got a frantic text from a friend throwing a huge party for his wife and his balloon order had just been cancelled less than a day before. I offered to look and found Bubbles of Joy. With less than a day's notice, they created centerpieces for 20 tables and "40" balloons in the perfect colors. I will only use them for parties from now on. They've earned my friend's business from now on, too. read more

11-7-2020 would have been my daughters quincenera, but covid had other plans for us . But since we're here in Arizona for the weekend for softball, I managed to put a surprise bday party for her. I searched for balloons to decorate the room for her on Saturday & found this place less than 4 miles from our hotel. And made it 20 minutes before they closed. The owner was able to put a nice balloon arrangement together for me for tomorrow (they are closed Saturdays) right before he closed. I was so happy he was able to make tomorrow a bit more special for my daughter. Definitely a 5 stars from me. read more

Andrew totally saved the day today! I have inherited a very large helium tank, and wanted to get it filled for some upcoming parties I am hosting. This morning I knew nothing about helium, other than the fact that I spend a small fortune on balloons for every party, and I thought it would be fun to have a tank at the house. Andrew and Mary took the time to teach me about helium, show me how to use my tank and gave me some great tips! My first batch of balloons are flying high and I am so glad to have the Bubbles of Joy family on my team! Thank you! read more

During this Covid-19 crisis Adam helped me make sure that my grandson had a nice surprise for his 5th birthday. Over the phone ordering went off without a hitch (I live out of town) and delivery was on time. Adam had great suggestions and the birthday balloons attached to a cute black bear were a big hit. I highly recommend Bubbles of Joy for all your "balloon" needs. :) read more

The owner (Andrew I think) was amazing to work with. He gave me all the details up front about what I needed to make a vision I had for my wedding come true. He delivered 15 oversized white balloons to my venue and set them up for me. He took the time to tie each one to a wine bottle, make sure they were perfectly in line and all the same size. I was so happy walking into my wedding venue to see such a beautiful touch the balloons where. Andrew, you did an amazing job and I couldn't thank you any more!!! read more

I rented a helium tank for my daughters graduation party. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave them a 4 is for there hours. I had to take time off work to pick up and return the tank. I will definitely use them again!!! read more

The organization I work for was holding an event this weekend in Phoenix. We are from NC and had no idea who to contact for balloons. I got quotes for several companies, and Andrew was very reasonable with the prices, but also so easy to work with. He was quick and communicative. He went out of his way to work with our very specific and slightly unique needs. The balloons were PERFECT. We received many compliments on them and they made the event so fun. Andrew was so kind and helpful. We were thrilled with how they turned out, as well as how smooth the entire process went. Thank you SO much Andrew! read more

It is my pleasure to recommend Bubbles of Joy's services. During the last three years, our team has worked directly with Andrew, the owner, on planning numerous events. He is a pleasure to work with on specialty balloon orders for employee engagement activities at PayPal Chandler. Andrew has a generous spirit and is a loyal, positive individual. We are very happy with the quality of service his company provides. We sincerely appreciate his responsiveness and the way he conducts business. We have recommended his company to others because of our level of satisfaction, and look forward to doing business with Bubbles of Joy for many more years to come. Greatest workers. Love their prices. Wonderful time being at the store. Amazing balloons.

It looks like the costume business and balloon businesses at this location have split from each other so here is my original review for Bubbles of Joy from 8/12/2013: I went here for some balloons and I didn't even look around at the costumes. I had called around trying to find the best price for some helium filled balloons for my Dad's birthday party and this place had the best prices. A big plus was that they also offer (for 25 cents extra) to put some kind of gel in the balloons that keep them from loosing their lift. I had to pick them up the day before the party so I really needed them to last. They were still floating 3 days later so that was pretty cool. They also had a HUGE selection of all different kinds of balloons. They did not have one that said "65" on it but they did have a Happy Birthday balloon that you could customize with any age. This was a pretty cool idea but unfortunately by the end of the party the 5 was peeling off (apparently they are stickers even though you couldn't tell when it was fully attached). So that was kind of a bummer and the only reason I am subtracting a star. Check out their website for prices on ordering balloon bouquets to be delivered to your special someone. That's right, you can order a dozen balloons and they will take it to someone's home or office with a card attached. I think that is such an awesome idea! It is much more original (and cheaper) than flowers. read more

Another amazing shopping experience at Bubbles of Joy. Andrew and his wife are amazing people who really invest in the helping their customers to realize their dreams and create wonderful and memorable celebrations and events. I have been using them for all of my corporate and private events, parties, and assorted get togethers, and they never fail to provide quality products and creative suggestions. Doing a mermaid themed party? Trust them to create delight balloon based under the sea worlds. Need something with Elsa (everyone's favorite snow queen)? They'll have it, and if they don't, they'll order it. I'll upload pictures from the next event, but if you're in the market for balloon decorations, they can cover your needs. From beautiful to whimsical and beyond. read more

Andrew is just an absolute pleasure to work and speak with. We have a credit account with his company where he invoices us for our business. He suggests some ways that you can save some money. He's down to earth and not so concerned about his bottom line as much as he's concerned about customer service. Simply Amazing! read more

I purchased a helium tank from Andrew for our New Year's Eve party. I initially called to find out the helium tank sizes and prices. When I arrived, I was given a much higher price on the maximum size helium tank, than I was given over the phone, by $30. Andrew also recommended "high float" to make the balloons float longer, I've done a thousand parties and never used that stuff, but he was a hard sell. He quoted me a price of $24. For the bottle of high float and showed me (with a balloon) how to use it. When I got up to the front to pay, he began looking up pricing while stating "I am not really familiar with any of the prices, my wife usually handles that". So, not only was the helium tank more costly, the high float, which he quoted me $24 on a few minutes earlier was now $35.00 and he wanted to charge me another $10 for the plastic pump that goes in the bottle of high float!!! A plastic pump that is necessary in order to use the stupid worthless stuff. I think he knew there was going to be an issue if he tried to charge me another $10 after he already just misquoted me by an extra $10 because he "doesn't know his pricing". So, he finally said he would "throw in the pump". The helium tank was also $30 more than what he quoted over the phone and then he charges me an extra $4 for the helium valve, that you NEED to insert the balloon into, in order to fill it with helium. Which was also returned with the helium tank. He never even mentioned this valve charge , I noticed it on my receipt later. Now, back to this high float crap. I got home, tried using the stuff the way he showed me, there are several different little plastic valves to use for different size balloons in order to put in the correct amount of high float. I tried them all. I tried this crap with five, 9" balloons. Every balloon I used the high float on sank right to the ground. It was not working. I read the high float manual cover to cover (because that's what I wanted to do in addition to blowing up 400 balloons) and I tried in good faith to use all of the methods of problem solving the book offered , but I was now wasting my balloons, wasting helium, wasting the stupid high float and wasting my time. Again, I've thrown thousands of parties and this stuff is NOT NECESSARY. So, when we return the helium tank, we also returned the almost COMPLETELY FULL bottle of this high float crap (minus five small pumps) it was virtually undetectable by the human eye that any was missing, and we explained that it didn't work and we only used five small pumps and decided it wasn't worth it. Andrew wasn't there and the person at the counter said she would leave notes for Andrew as she was just covering the front desk for the day. Andrew called me a few days later, left a message on my VM, insulting my intelligence by explaining how we obviously used the product wrong and then proceeds to deep breath through the sheer anxiety of telling me he can no longer use the high float because of some crap about the pump having high float stuck in it, but as a courtesy he will refund me $10. That is outrageous customer service. We returned a $35.00 product that was either defective or useless for our needs, a product that I would bet my life on has either already been resold (at full retail to another unsuspecting customer, or put right back on the shelf to sell. I can handle a lot of faulty issues from businesses, stores and companies, except for those that take advantage of the consumer, I have absolutely no use for them. In regards to your response to my complaint . There was NOT 25% of that hi float crap gone. And I am most certain the thing wasn't plugged. I used it for Five small 9" balloons before I realized it wasn't working and I knew I was going to return it so I made certain to not use it anymore. You are lying and making excuses to try and make yourself look good in light of this bad review. Your entire answer to my complaint is just a complete fabrication and excuse to fit your validation of not returning something that did not work as you stated it would . If I would have known you were not going to do the right thing and return it, I would have taken a photo of the completely FULL bottle before I left it with the person who "was just filling in for the day, but didn't know anything about anything. You are not a good business person. I hope keeping my money for a product that you got returned to you in great condition was worth it. And just to clarify, you did NOT return half of the cost for the high float. Yet another lie to distract from this negative review, when it would have been easier to do the right thing. read more

We recently used Bubbles of Joy to supply the balloons for my son's Celebration of Life. We got 202 balloons- 200 white ones and 1 red and 1 pink. Andrew, the owner, was wonderful to work with. The balloons looked nice and they were perfect for the balloon release. We had our Celebration of Life on a Sunday at Scottsdale Bible Church, which is a large church and very busy on a Sunday, so we had some time constraints for which we could have the delivery. Andrew was amazing in helping us with this and he made our challenging day a lot easier. I would highly recommend Bubbles of Joy if you need balloons for a function. read more

I recently volunteered to make helium balloon arches for my kids school event. I had never even used a helium tank before, let alone made balloon arches. Andrew was wonderful. Everything turned out beautifully and no stress with the help I received from Bubbles of Joy. Highly recommended! read more
