I had no experience renting furniture for a large event and quickly realized there are many choices. Kat was incredibly helpful in giving information and guidance. Example - I wasn't sure which bar to rent as the catalog has many. Kat let me know that the white bar was a good choice as it has a shelf on the inside which helps the bartender store bottles. Prices were very fair, responses to phone calls and emails was swift. Our wedding had a lot of serious dancers in attendance so we rented the largest size dance floor 25 X 25 which I'd recommend if you think 80% of he people will spend a lot of time dancing. Not all companies have a floor this large. Drop off and pick up went smoothly. I highly recommend.

I used this company years ago and left a glowing review ..... what a difference a few years make…read more I guess the business was bought out by a bounce house company (which is fine), but my problem is that they have not updated their website. I just drove all the way to their location on Encanto. The location is basically a warehouse with no showroom, and was tricky to find. I was ready to order tables, chairs, dishes, glasses, flatware, tablecloths for a party, only to find that they don't offer most of that stuff anymore.....even though it is all still advertised as available on their website. I just wasted a few hours and now need to start looking for a new company from scratch. Disappointing.

The people that own this business apparently own Arizona Bounce Around. Here is my experience with…read morethem. I wouldn't touch this place with any serious event that you have. Use A-Z Rents they know how to do Parties. If you are a school or PTO, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! It is a bait and switch operation. I can see why this is a 1 star operation. The only reason they get one star is that their equipment is great and their person they sent to set it up and stay was amazing. Other than that. Their contract is draconian and they don't stand behind their quote. I signed a contract for a date that was during their "peak season". They were very aware of the dates I was holding the event. When I went to pay the contract that I had already signed for one price they told me, "Oh well you are holding your event in "peak season" and it is 25% more. I said to them that they were aware of the date of my event and that they should have estimated it for their "peak season" (They kept repeating this word as if I had never booked a hotel room during "peak season"). I had another estimate for practically the same price and chose this group as it appeared initially that they were the more professional. Boy was I wrong. I was over a barrel and had to pay for the item at the price they requested as this was an event for over 200 people and I had a week until it was going to occur. They were unavailable to discuss the problem, when I did discuss the problem they treated me like I was unreasonable in asking them to stand behind their original quote. The event almost had to be cancelled due to weather and wind. (It was an outdoor movie). I was informed at that time that I would be charged, weather or not. I could reschedule but if I cancelled I was on the hook for the entire cost. It was almost like they were happy about it. This was a school event 5 weeks before the end of the school year. No possibility of changing the date during their "peak season". I wonder what they would have said, "OK, lets do it next year." I'm sure they would have said, ok but that will be 25% more as it will be peak season and prices will be higher next year. What a sucky place. BTW, if you do care about your reviews I'm signing an agreement for over $2000 in bouncy. houses on Monday. Not with your company.

Well, come to find out they couldn't play fortnite and my son was extremely bummed. We ended up having the game bus leave early, because the kids were bored. These guys were awesome! A little background info - I needed to rent some tables and chairs for a…read moreHalloween party and did quite a bit of cost comparison. I found that many rental places charge about the same pretty reasonable fee for basic tables and chairs but where the cost differs is in the delivery and set up. Most of the companies I looked into charged exorbitant fees for in town delivery and compounded that already high cost if I wanted them to set up the items or bring them further than 75-100 feet from the curb (my set up site was 125 feet from the curb - ugh!). I put calls into about 10 different companies for quotes and, whereas Discount Party Supplies was the first to call me back, it took many of the other places up to a week to respond! The guys I worked with were courteous and very good about potential to changes in our order. We were unsure how the weather was going to be and they were willing to work with us up until very close to the last minute on the possibility of adding tents if we needed them in case of rain. They have a lot of equipment allowing them a modicum of flexibility in orders. Pros: Over all, the service was great, the set up and delivery were the most reasonable I was able to find, the tables and chairs were new, clean, and in good condition ( they told me they phase out older equipment regularly), they called one week in advance to confirm the order and delivery time, the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: I have little if anything bad to say about this business. Were I to be very nit-picky, it is scarcely worth mentioning, but they do request cash on delivery although the website states that they accept a variety of credit cards. They do not offer any email confirmation (this made me a little nervous that they could be a fly by night company that might not show up but they turned out to be great). And they ended up delivering the equipment a day early (after receiving my approval) only because they were so busy with deliveries. The early delivery was totally fine with me but I imagine some people might not be able to accommodate the equipment for longer than expected. Short of those very negligible points, I cannot say enough good about Discount Party Supplies! I'm very happy with their service!
