We had Chad come bring a bounce house to our daughter's 4th birthday and the experience was flawless! His collection of houses is wonderful and ours was in perfect condition and clean! He was wonderful at communicating leading up to the event, arrived on time for delivery and pickup and was very nice! Would 100% book again! Thanks so much Chad! read more

We've rented from Mr B's twice and have had great experiences both parties! Would definitely recommend to our friends & family.

Excellent experience with this company! We celebrated my daughter's birthday yesterday and got a Halloween bounce house for her party. The bounce house was clean and had Halloween characters in the front. I also ordered some chairs and tables for the party. Great service and very fair prices! read more

This review is overdue! Wonderful company that was communicative, punctual, well priced and has great customer service. We initially were looking at a different company, however, sketchy reviews led us elsewhere. We found Mr B's Moonwalk and we were blown away. Also customer service and so easy to work with. We've already recommended several others! We will definitely use them again for all future bounce house needs! read more

Contacted Chad with Mr. B's Moonwalk for a Halloween themed bounce house. Being only a week out, other companies were booked but luckily was able to find this company and schedule with them. Pricing was fair and Chad was on time and professional. Bounce house was clean and in nice shape, kids/adults had a great time. Would highly recommend. Thanks! read more

Mr B's Moonwalk - Great birthday party! - Party & Event Planning Near Me

He saved us! We signed a contract with another company who completely screwed us over. We called them a few days before the party and they were able to get us a bounce house for the party and we're extremely helpful through the entire process! I can't wait to use them again! They truly deserve their 5 star review! Thank you so much for coming to our rescue! read more

I will start by saying that the best part was dealing with Casey, our delivery guy!! He was professional, efficient, friendly and prompt!! He even reminded me to put our dog away so that he didn't escape!! He is certainly an asset to this company!! I had reserved with another company who didn't confirm so I checked with him. I was told I had no reservation. I was very happy that I confirmed rather than have a dozen disappointed kids!! By this time, they were sold out for my date so I checked Yelp and then talked to Mr. B. Mr. B let me know that he had availability. He knew his inventory off the top of his head. He even knew that the specific bouncer that I was asking about was available despite not being in the office! He also told me that he has been in business for over 20 years!! He said that he has over a hundred bouncers and made it work for us despite not much notice! He also told me not to worry about curbing because they will make it work and even provide tarps/blankets at not charge to cover the curbing if necessary!! Mr. B is our new go-to for bouncers from now on!! I highly recommend Mr. B and his bouncers!! We are very pleased with the experience!! read more

For my twins 4th birthday they wanted a Power Ranger theme with of course a Power Ranger bounce house. I spoke with Cad who stated they didn't have one but asked to give him a little time and he could probably find one. Well he did! They arrived early and also were able to pick up when asked. I will definitely use this company in the future! read more

Update: we DID rent from Mr. B's again, only this time an inflatable water slide rental to keep the kids cool during a summer bbq, and just as good if not better than the first rental! We had ages from 2-6 and Chad recommended the perfect fit for the kids, so they all would enjoy. They loved it and played on it for hours! read more

I worked with Chad from Mr. B's Moonwalk for my kids' birthday party last weekend. From start to finish, I received nothing but the utmost professionalism and personal service. You can tell he really enjoys the service he provides to families and makes an extra effort to make sure his customer is satisfied with their service. I ordered a castle bounce house, along with tables and chairs for our party at the park. He was prompt, the bouncer was clean, and it made it really easy to be able to have them deliver tables and chairs too. This was the 2nd time we have used Mr. B's and this experience was even better than the first 2 years ago. I will definitely use them next time I need a bounce house! read more

Chad was an absolute breeze to work with! His services were impeccable, and our kids and their friends had SO much fun in the bounce house we rented! The bounce house arrived early (which made our kids very happy, as well as us because it kept them entertained while we set up, ha!) The set-up and take-down was a piece of cake and everything went so smoothly. Chad will definitely be our go-to for party rentals from here on out, and we will for sure be recommending him to friends & family! read more

Last weekend was my second time using Mr. B's Moonwalk, and I couldn't be happier! Great service, clean bouncer, on-time arrival, and a very professional staff. The bouncer arrived when they said it would, it was set up fast, and I was given an exact pick up time. The bonus part - the price was cheaper than most of the companies in the valley! l definitely be using them again :) read more

Mr. B's Moonwalk was great to work with! Chad was very thorough with his set up and inspection of the water slide, ensuring that it was properly positioned in the driveway and tethered down, and that the pool was filled sufficiently. He arrived when he said he would, and picked it up on time as well. He answered all of our questions in detail, making sure it was safe for all of the kiddos to go down. We will definitely be calling him if we have any needs in the future. Thanks again Chad! read more

Chad was excellent. He was willing to accommodate to our drop off and pick up hours. He was punctual and a pleasure to talk to. The kids had a blast. After a bad experience with a bounce house rental that I found on craigslist I turned to Yelp to find some one to rent a bouncer from for my son's birthday. When Jump for Fun was a no show on 1/2/2016, Mr. B's Moonwalk came through for us at the last minute. My husband got in touch with the owner 3 hours before our party and he was able to bring out a bounce house and 15 chairs. What a great job! Bounce house was clean and service was great, right on time to pick it up as well. Thanks! read more

I HIGHLY recommend Mr. B's Moonwalk! After calling MULTIPLE other companies and either not getting a call back or being told they didn't have what I was looking for, Chad really came through for us. And at sort of the last minute, no less. He even offered great advice when dealing with other companies, however I will only be dealing with this company in the future. Jason delivered the bounce house on time and even picked it up early when I called him. What a nice change! Good job Mr. B's! Thank you! read more

I submitted an online request for a deluxe Disney princess inflatable. I received a text shortly thereafter from the company number which is supposedly operated by Chad's wife. We texted back and forth until I thought we both understood what I wanted. The day of the event I received the wrong inflatable. When "Chad" was called he claimed I received the deluxe Disney inflatable which was what I ordered. What I received was the Disney princess which is a standard inflatable with a Disney banner. The inflatable I wanted was a Disney castle named deluxe Disney princess. He accepted responsibility, but also made excuses. He stated he would have to look into who I had been texting back and forth ...really?? He compensated me $10 for the mistake. That was not really a compensation in my mind more of a discount for an inflatable I didn't order. I would suggest the company be more familiar with their product names or change the names so this confusion doesn't happen to someone else. If you book with mr. B's get a picture of what your reserving or a description. read more
