The other company double booked the jump/waterslide combo, and gave it away to another customer, eventhough he admitted we clearly had our deposit in first. We called Josh frantically friday night at 7:30p to see if he had the Minecraft waterslide combo in stock for the very next day! To our surprise, not only did he get back with us afterhours, but the jumper combo was in stock! No hassels, no up charges for last minute, and it was delivered the next day at 11am for a my 6 year old grandsons 12pm party! Do not, I repeat, do not ever give this company your money! I reserved a waterslide for a party I'm having tomorrow and keep in mind it's about 118° in Phoenix right now. They called me the day before our party and asked if they could drop it off the day before and we said sure. When Tyler their drive showed up, my husband showed him where to set up and Tyler also asked where our hose was. After about ten minutes I received a text message from Tyler that read, "All set. Have a great day." My assumption is that the water slide was up and ready to go. About three hours later, I went into the backyard because my kids decided they wanted to have some fun on it, I noticed the hose was not set up and the slide was not staked to the ground. We were about to have 4 and 5 year olds bounce on a slide that isn't staked down. Can you imagine? Want to hear the best part? The manager hung up on me THREE TIMES when we called and asked what was going on. They tried saying one of their employees passed out and got heat stroke but we found it really interesting no one notified us of this. And we received a confirmation text messAge, from Tyler, saying that everything was set up and ready to go. Do yourself a favor and don't ever work with these people. They are terrible at customer service and they are incredibly rude for hanging up on us THREE times. And very aggressive. Spend your money else where. I don't normally write reviews but I feel like I got gypped. I had booked a combo bounce house but our new backyard is still a dirt lot so I read through setup requirements for it and added an additional $100 for a setup surface fee (tarp) to put under it since it wasn't grass. I noticed during the party that there was no tarp under the bounce house and I waited until after the party when the crew deflated it and picked it up to make sure. No tarp. So what did I pay additional for? I reached out to the business just to get the additional $100 refunded and they proceeded to tell me... "The dirt fee is for the unit itself when it is set up on dirt unit becomes dirtier. The dirt gets into the seam and loosens up so units don't end up having as long a shelflife as they would usually." AND "We charge to set up on dirt the tarp if would be if you were having a waterslide. We do charge to set up on dirt due to the fact of everything gets dirty with that set up." 2 different things, made up. I read through the requirements and contract several times to see if I missed anything but there's nothing that states anything about what they said. THEY'RE JUST TAKING MONEY WHERE THEY CAN. *** Let me add that the first number stopped replying and the second number told me that I can only get half a refund if I take my review down. Really pleased with AZ Jolly Jumpers. The customer service was great, they were clear in setting expectations for drop off and pick up, gave us a heads up when they were nearby, and were always prompt and friendly. We did notice some of the cleaner oozing in the bounce house, but we followed their instructions of leaving it inflated after set up to give enough time to dry off, took a towel and wiped up a couple of places ourselves (not a big deal at all) and had no issues. Pleased with the price point and communication with the company. Will be using again. read more

And it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. per their contract they were supposed to contact us the day before our reservation to confirm delivery window. They did not. I had to contact them via text to confirm drop off on the day of the party, they never responded. I got a message at one point saying they were 37 min out. Luckily I was home. When asked what day or time they would pick up, I was told they had no idea. Next day, 8:41am I get a message that they are 50 mins out. The communication has been awful. Technically, this company was breach of contract when they did not let me know what time they would be dropping off on our delivery date. We will never be renting from them again nor refer them to anyone. And if we ever see them recommend we will inform whoever that this is not a good company to rent from. read more

I had a bad experience with this company. I know my experience is situational and others may have had good ones this is just my experience. I reserved a jump house almost a month in advance of a Halloween party I hosted at my home for my daughter. It was explained to me at the time of reservation, that with standard delivery the jump house could be delivered between 24-48 hours before my event. It just so happens I have a small backyard and the space I was using for the jump house was my front drive way. I did not want an inflated jump house in my driveway that far in advance of the event, primarily due to concerns of theft. I was told that the jump houses fold-up like a tent and that I could store it in my garage and then, at the time of the event, inflate it. This appeased my concerns and I specifically asked if I could be shown by the delivery driver how to do so at the time of drop off. I was told it would be 'no problem' and proceeded to reserve the jump house. The week of the delivery, I was notified by text message that the delivery would be made Thursday the 19th between 9-12. This was more than 48 hours before my event and not what I was expecting. I expressed my dissatisfaction via text and received a response that it could not be moved. I stayed home from work that day to wait for the delivery, however I was working from home, and had a 30 min meeting at the exact time the driver arrived. The driver let me know he was here via text, set it up, and left, all within 30 minutues. It was inflated, in my front driveway, blocking me into the garage. I called the driver, I kid you not, less than 20 minutes after his initial text, asking him to return to show me how to roll it up, and he stated he was already heading to his next route and couldn't be late because they were very busy. He referred me to the office, who when I called, just regurgitated their policies about standard delivery. I asked for a manager, who referred to this as a 'communication gap', and offered no solutions other than coming to pick it up the next day and giving me a full refund; until I pointed out that they had made delivery farther in advance than there quoted timeframes, and that I too record all my calls and had clearly indicated that leaving it inflated in my driveway was not my request. Reluctantly, the manager and her office staff came out, to roll up the jump house (clearly a 2 person job) and move it to my driveway where I had originally wanted it stored. She let me know "for next time" that they offer touchless delivery and thus their drivers just drop it off and leave without any client contact. I'm letting you know now, because clearly, I would not use this company again based off my experience. The jump house itself was in fine condition and served its purpose. read more

In addition to getting the last few units dirty full of hair, confetti, dirt and grass, I rented a bounce house for Christmas, inflated it the day before and it was duck taped. I notified the company, after a lot of back and forth they sent out a new bounce house. However, upon removal of the other bounce house the workers ran the dolly and bounce house right into our brand-new AC unit leaving it scratched and dented. Bounce house itself was good quality. Setup crew was very professional. Be advised that if you are renting at a park, they will add a $200 'surface setup fee' which isn't really a surface setup fee. It is an additional charge for a generator and a 2 hour delivery and pick up window. My bounce house was setup on an open grass area, took the crew less than 10 minutes to setup and take down. Upon contacting the company after, they were unwilling to waive or reduce this surface setup fee. At first glance this company seems reasonable on their pricing, but after all was said and done, I was charged $500 for a single bounce house which I utilized for approximately 3 hours. We rented a bounce house for my son's bday party at the park. The night before we got a text that the bounce house would be dropped off anywhere between 7-9am and we had be there for that. My event didn't start until 10am but still I get to the park at 7am just in case. At 7:18 I get a text that eta for the bounce house is 35 minutes. By 9:00 am no one has shown or called so I called the office and asked if anyone was going to show up. They called the delivery truck and they showed up about 9:30 eventually. So I sat it the park for 2.5 hrs before my event just to wait for the bounce house. Then after the event they say will pick up anywhere between 1-330pm and of course you have to be there. So the party ended about 1pm. I called and they couldn't come, said it would be closer to 3:30. They didn't arrive until about 4:20. So essentially to rent a bounce house from them you have to be available the ENTIRE day from 7Am even though they won't show up until 9:30 to 4:20pm even though the rental technically ended at 1and they said no later than 3:30pm. Would I rent from them again! Absolutely not. It's ridiculous to expect a customer to wait in the park from 7am to 4:20pm for a bounce house they only need for 3 hrs. Next time, I'll spend more for better service. It was a joke. read more

We ordered a fantastic double waterslide for kids ages 10 through 12. We used it for multiple gatherings of small groups of kids over a Covid weekend and it was non-stop fun for kids AND grown-ups. We had a great experience with this company. We rented a 16" inflatable water slide for our sons' birthday party at our house this past Saturday. I was very happy with the slide. The night before the party, two guys delivered it to our house and set it up. They were very helpful answering some questions I had about the slide. Three guys came back Saturday night after the party and took it down. They guys who came to set up and take down were very professional and pretty efficient at their job. The company was very communicative and responsive. I have just two minor complaints. First, the slide was a bit dirty - i.e. dried mud, which I was able to hose down and wipe with a towel to clean. The guys who dropped it off Friday night apologized for it being dirty and offered to clean it, but I told them not to worry about it. My other minor complaint is that the company could have been more upfront about their pricing. They advertised the slide at $199, which appeared to be a better deal then comparable slides with other companies. However, that rate was for six hours and didn't include a delivery fee, optional insurance, and tax. We rented it for eight hours, so it was $249. And after including a delivery fee, optional insurance, and tax, it was about $330 to rent it. But, in the end, $330 was pretty comparable with what other companies' prices. read more

I rented a bounce house for my child's 3rd birthday party. The morning of the party, we were given a text discouraging us with going forward with the rental because at the time, it was raining. The text concluded "probably would not be a good experience for them and I would hate for you guys to get something you cannot use". After the encouragement of not going forward with it, we made other plans. Nowhere in the discouragement of the text or phone call that was made, was it mentioned that we would not get our $150 deposit back, but in 12 month credit. I have no use for $150 bounce house credit in the next 12 months. After a phone call and a snarky "have a blessed day" I'm pretty certain they are the one with the blessed day as they kept the $150 of my money that they discouraged me from moving forward with my origina, and failing to mention to me I wouldn't get my deposit back. What makes it even worse, is the rain had stopped in time for his party, so it would have been just fine. Definitely feel cheated and will certainly not recommend them to anyone. Hope it was worth it to them for their $150. Update: I was msged this week and asked if I was being sued. I was told that this customer had the same experience I did and the owner told him she was suing me because of my post. Intimidation tactics? Whatever it is...in case she tells you I'm being sued....I'm not being sued for posting a true experience that I had. read more

After going around with them, I finally got a rain check. When we ordered again, the set up crew hit the main water line to the house. They told us to send photos to be compensated for the cost of repairs. Our landscaper only charged $100. After 2 months of the company ignoring our emails and phone calls we finally talked to a manager who lied about their contract stating that "all sprinkler lines must be marked out." I have a copy of the contract and it says absolutely nothing of the sort. Leah outright lied just to get us off the phone. The customer service is appalling from a managerial standpoint. Owing several service companies, we understand the importance of retaining happy customers and the longevity of a client. First of all, prices are better than a lot of other party rental places but I would've rather paid more to go with a party supplier that actually cared about what I wanted at my daughters party. The day of delivery (6/8/14) they were scheduled to come between 1-2pm but they showed up at 10am. By the time we got around to setting everything up we noticed the flavors they dropped off with the snow cone machine were leaking all over. I sent the woman a picture message letting her know but she completely ignored it. Then when my husband went to set up the actual machine we couldn't believe how disgusting it was! I'm talking broken leg, clumps of dirt and grass where the shaved ice was supposed to go, and there was no door to keep debris out of the ice. So my husband called her to let her know and she said she'd have her driver get right on it. This led my husband and I to believe there would be a different machine on the way but it never came. All she did was refund me $35 for the machine which didn't make a difference to me because if I wanted to keep my money instead of having snow cones at my party, I wouldn't have ordered the machine in the first place. I had no ice cream or Popsicles because I was expecting snow cones and my daughter and all her guests had to watch this broken down machine sit on the table while I explained to them that they couldn't have snow cones like I promised. Next, onto the water slide bouncy. We rented the Disney princess water bouncy combo and several children were complaining of hurting their back on the slide because the slide doesn't go all the way down into the water. There is at least a foot and a half drop to the shallow water from the slide. Also, getting into the bouncy was very difficult because there were no handles for kids to grab onto and they kept slipping off the platform. Finally, after receiving a lengthy text about how to keep everything clean or I could be charged a "cleaning fee", I was very surprised to discover how dirty the chairs were. Looked like dirt or soda was spilled on a few of them. Overall, I was very unhappy with their customer service and the garbage they delivered to my house for my daughters first big party. I will never recommend/go with jolly jumpers ever again. Kayla if you are reading this, my suggestion to you for future customers is to try harder to make them happy. Don't leave them high and dry on their big day they spent a lot of time and money trying to make perfect. I've made numerous attempts to reach out to the manager in regards to a refund of the BROKEN cotton candy machine I was given, and YET to still receive from MARCH 16th!! not to mention they did not bring the cotton candy cones for it, had I not realized and never texted the driver I probably would have not gotten it AFTER I never received a text back from either the manager or driver I ended up going online and talking to someone on there.. the response was " manager is aware and will have it dropped off " had I been aware of this before hand I probably would not have been as frustrated however my daughters first birthday party is the next day and here I am waiting around for cones to a machine that ended up being broken. Very very disappointed with lack of communication and professionalism. I understand people get busy, however as a manager you need to be prompt with your customers questions, comments, or concerns.
