Wonderful local business offering great deals in bounce houses of all sizes. The owner is involved with the business on a daily basis. He took my order after answering my questions. They'll arrange for a time to drop off the house and the you have 24 full hours to enjoy before the scheduled pickup. They offer houses for girls and boys, and there are about 3-4 different sizes from small (10 jumpers) to big (25 jumpers). Everything is provided you just need a regular power outlet for the bound house to plug into. Our house was clean, with zero issues. The owner had called a day early and offered an early drop off for no additional charge. Apparently they were in the neighborhood and would save themselves a trip by giving ours a day early. It was really nice and we loved having it an extra day. Our daughter got some free time in to practice her moves before the party goers arrived the next day. If you need a bounce house to entertain the kids look no further. This place is great!! read more

I scheduled a bounce package and sent the deposit on a Monday. I ended up needing to cancel the very next day. I sent a message everyday since looking for my deposit to be refunded and no response at all. Horrible customer service! I was a regular customer but will not use this company every again. This company set up a bad generator for my sons 2nd birthday. I was promised a refund and never got it. The bounce how i order was for Toy Story 2. They gave me a Toy Story 3 bounce house, the generator was blink for carbon monoxide and we were told by park officials we weren't able to use their equipment. The team gave me a call early in the day of the party to discuss drop-off. Edgar arrived right on time and quickly got everything setup in the right spot, and then after the party wrapped up came back to haul it away. Edgar was great to deal with. We reserved a combo bounce house (with water) for my sons 3rd birthday party. I scheduled the rental for Saturday (5/1/2021) with drop off at 9am and pickup at 7pm using their online booking calendar. Thursday evening, I receive a text from the owner (Dumitru) if the bounce house can be delivered early as they cannot guarantee they will make it on time come Saturday. This should have been the first red flag. How do you have a reservation system and not know how to property schedule your deliveries? Anyhow, I said that was fine, even though no one would be using it until Saturday as we had errands and decorating to do Friday evening. I was assuming they would be dropping it off some time in the evening. When I sent a text back to confirm on the time for Friday, he said between 9-11am. Wow, that was quite early for it to just be sitting in our back yard. Okay, no big deal, kids are in school and daycare, we won't be using it, but it will at least be ready for the party Saturday morning. Friday morning rolls around and one guy drops it off around 10am and requires the check for payment. I am at work and so my father-in-law who lives with us took care of the payment. The guy sets it up and disappears without a word to anyone. My wife who is working remotely comes downstairs and she and her father go check it out. THE THING IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! There was solidified dirt and debris all over it, inside and outside. There was cat pee stains and hardened cat poop on the outside. My wife tried calling Dumitru at the number listed on the invoice I shared with her and the VM box is full (funny coincidence?). I then shared the number I had of his that he contacted me with by text message. No answer there so she left him a voicemail. So, my wife and father-in-law had to take a shop broom with a bucket of soapy water and clean out the entire interior of the bounce house and slide so the kids would actually be able to use it on Saturday. What the hell kind of business isn't sanitizing, or at the very least, cleaning their products given the current status in the world? I understand it a giant outdoor air pillow, but the interior at the very least should have been cleaned out. I attempted texting Dumitru twice on Friday and never got any acknowledgment or response. Saturday comes and goes without zero communication and NO ONE comes to pick it up at 7pm as I had scheduled. We have a turf backyard and I only needed the bounce house for a day as I was concerned about the weight sitting on it for much longer. So, now we are on to Sunday, and I'm trying really hard to give the benefit of the doubt that they will be there in the morning to come get it. We had a family event planned and were not home the entire afternoon. We get back late in the evening and the bounce house is still sitting deflated in the back yard, as it has been, for over 24 hours now. My wife tried once again to call (still a full VM box). I shoot over a text with no response and try to call the other number which actually does allow me to leave a message. Response? Nada. Lo and behold, as I am driving to work Monday morning, I get a text message that I was unable to read. My father-in-law proceeds to call me letting me know that two guys were finally picking it up. He tells them how frustrated we have been with everything and asks why don't they clean their bounce houses, mentioning we've been trying to get a hold of someone for almost 48 hours. They have the audacity to say that they sent a text message and no one returned it. I pulled off to the side, took a look down at my phone, and sure enough, they had sent a message (to someone with a different name than mine) that they would be picking up the bounce house in about 15-20 minutes. I was on the road, and they are going to moan about the fact they did not get an immediate reply when I've been reaching out to 2 different phone numbers for almost 2 days responded with only silence. Cursing is frowned upon in reviews, but they can kiss it where the sun doesn't shine. My father-in-law asked why the owner would follow up with me and they told him "he's a busy guy". WE ARE ALL BUSY! You have a business to run and if it means taking care of it before and after hours, a reputable business would do so. Or hand the task off to someone to take care of so you don't piss off people from whom you've just taken nearly $300 from. I assume feeling a small amount of guilt, they did ring the doorbell before heading off to tell my father-in-law to let us know that IF we wanted to rent another bounce house from them, they would give us a discount. Best part is the debris that they conveniently left behind in our yard of all the formerly mentioned caked on dirt and mud now in the yard. Spent a good 15-20 minutes using a shop can to try and get most of it up. 5-star businesses get 2 thumbs up, this place gets 2 middle fingers up for their complete and utter disregard and disrespect of a paying customer. read more

I just rented from this company for Saturday, May 26th, 2024 at 4:30pm. I submitted and paid for it on May 1st, 2024. I ordered a sports bouncy thing and 3 tables and 18 chairs. Well never heard from them and noticed it was almost 5:00pm on Saturday. My party was starting at 5:00pm. I called the only number on website and no answer. Sent a text and no answer for almost 30 mins. Then said they will be late due to a tire. They are an hour away from me. I said okay that is fine but when they get here they don't have my chairs and they have only a table. Now no response from company on my complaint or no refund. I immediately called the number on the invoice and received a voicemail recording saying to text for better service. No answer. We have used this company several times, but they have gotten progressively worse. They almost never deliver the actual bounce house you ordered. Always something "comparable". But this time I ordered a specific themed bouncer for my son's birthday and they brought something completely random, and smaller - and tried to charge me the same price. I confirmed on their website that the one they brought was $50 less than the one I ordered. Halfway through the party one of the blowers stopped fully functioning and the house collapsed on the children inside. They did come out relatively quickly to replace the blower, but by that time the party was almost over. They also took one of our personal extension cords and never returned it, even after being notified they took it. Wow is all I have to say, this company really came thru for us. Our original company cancelled on us at 11:00am the day of our event 50 kids for our daughter B-day party. As you can imagine we went into panic mode we just started calling all the Bounce companies listed on Yelp. AZ Bounce 4 kids responded with a text message saying they can deliver. Oh boy did they deliver within 2.5 hours we had an obstacle bounce house that was enormous and high quality, they set-up the popcorn machine and snow cone machine as well. We hired AZ Bounce 4 Kids for our son's birthday party. We rented a 14-foot waterslide. The crew arrived and setup no problem. When the children arrived the water slide began to leak air and pretty soon there was a hole leaking air that caused the entire slide to deflate and become unsafe to use. We contacted AZ Bounce 4 Kids and they said they would send someone over with a new slide. We waited until the time they said and nobody ever came. The kids had nothing to do and the birthday party was ruined. We tried to call AZ Bounce 4 Kids and we texted them the next day and they sent our calls to voicemail and never responded to our messages. Big disappointment for our 10-year old son. Initially, we booked them back in March for my 36th birthday for some good ol school fun to take us back to our childhood. Only to not be able to do anything because the bounce house was FILTHY and so were the tables and chairs (we cleaned the tables and chairs but didn't bother with the bounce house). Did I mention the tables were broke but they tried to duct tape them to hold them together. We also had a snow cone machine which was ok. Because we called and complained, they asked us to send pictures (I guess because they thought we were lying) and we did along with videos and once they saw the proof, they told us they would give us everything we ordered for future use but they would upgrade us. I thought a refund should have been offered but since we were planning a 2nd birthday party in July, we said ok. Well we booked for July 10th. We requested the popcorn machine instead of the snow cone machine and the water slide bounce house instead of a regular bounce house. July 10th came and they brought the water slide and not only was it was dirty but it was faded and run down. It needs to be retired but we didn't make a big fuss because what could we do at this point? They brought the popcorn machine and it was also very dirty and it was broken. What we didn't have were the tables and chairs. The person that delivered said he was told that we would not get tables and chairs. We tried to call multiple times but no one ever answered. As a matter of fact, they started sending us to voicemail because they knew why we were calling. The slide and popcorn machine were picked up the next day without any notice. We have used this company for our Fall Festival for 3 years, as they are the cheapest option and we are a non-profit organization. This year, not only did prices go up, but service and product went WAY down. They arrive almost an hour late, with the wrong product and damaged product. The product had 2 large tears that had to be held together during the event. After the event was over, I requested a refund. They are not responding to calls or emails. Spent 2 hours spinning their tires and completely thrashing our yard. One of our neighbors finally came down to pull the truck out. They said they would come put 3 days ago to fix it. No show. The absolute worst. ZERO customer service. They do not answer the phone or return texts or emails or voicemails. After I finally got a hold of them via text and was able to reserve a bounce house I had a time sensitive question for a permit. I called, texted and emailed them several times a day for six days all with absolutely no response. I even drove to their address and it was an unmanned warehouse with old dirty trucks and what I'm guessing are dead bounce houses piled up outside. On day six I cancelled my reservation for their failure to respond. They didn't even bother to respond to that. Then a week and a half later they called me the morning of my event and said they were on their way! What?!?! I said "are you kidding me? I cancelled my reservation over a week ago!" He just said "okay" and hung up. Save yourself a huge headache and DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I've never in my life worked with a more incompetent business who does not care about their customers one bit. They have no interest in making you happy. I can't stress that enough. read more

We got to keep it for much longer than we needed and could enjoy it even after our party ended. Ordering was very easy and got automated confirmation emails immediately after purchasing. Our party was blast! Cons- Communication is not easy- tip: text, don't call or email. Not a deal breaker but difficult. I was nervous about my order since i never spoke to a human (calls go to a full voicemail). I called the day before reservation because I didn't receive a reminder confirmation prior to the party (I ordered a month in advance and the only email I had was original order). I decided to call the 2 different numbers posted online. Calls again went directly to a full voicemail- so I then emailed. Eventually I got a reply via text that they would check if they had my reservation. Luckily, I then shortly got an email confirmation of order. I was very relieved. When we originally ordered, we asked for delivery for 10am. Day of party, showed up at 830am with no calls or texts to let us know they were on their way so we had to scramble to get ready earlier than expected (a heads up would've been nice). Slip and slide was filthy. We had to clean off all the dirt and sand from previous use prior to our guests and family playing on it. Pick up the next day would be between 8am-10am. 1030am came so I texted and crew arrived shortly after. While picking up and loading, I went in to check on my dogs and the guys just left. I don't know what I was expecting, but was shocked that they were gone. To be fair, this made our party a hit, but we were a little put out by having to clean the sucker and lack of communication. read more

No, we want our bounce house. 3pm rolls by, guests are arriving, no bounce house. We call, no one picks up. We try again and they say their truck broke down. This company is A JOKE. They should be out of business. Warn your friends and family not to use. Thank God we hadn't paid them. They let down the kids, ruined the party we had spent months waiting for and planning. One of the most unprofessional business transactions I've experienced in awhile. I ordered online for a Sunday from 1pm to 6pm, and received an email confirmation with my reserved time of 1-6, paid in full. Around 115 I called for status and was advised they needed to call the delivery crew for status and I would get a call back. A few minutes later I get a text saying they are running a few minutes behind and ETA is 20-30 mins which would be around 145 (very late) and they finally arrived at 210 (over an hour late) I was offered a discount for future use which I would never use after this experience, and I never received it anyway. No issues with the delivery besides a hole in the jump house but no big deal, the kids enjoyed it. Around 730pm I text back to the earlier number asking when they are picking up the jump house, only to find out house deliveries are 24 hours, period, no matter what your email confirmation says. When I asked why the email stated 1-6 and also demanded a partial refund, the response I received was "Reason it shows that, is when you placed the online order that was the end time you put in. This is from our home page of the website" he included an attached picture that says "24 hour rentals" I replied that this is very misleading and that the 24 hour rental "notice" on their website appears to be optional, ESPECIALLY since you send an email with a specific time frame. Why let customers enter a time and send confirmation if it's not accurate. No further response was received from the establishment which was not surprising considering the circus being ran there. SHOP AROUND FIRST, I wouldn't even use this place as a last resort. read more

I am the Youth Services Director for a large Health Club. We just rented a Slip and Slide type rental for a pool party. The slide was in good condition and set up and tear down went easily. I would definitely use their services again-The only very small issues was my rental was booked for a 1:00 pm set up and a 6:00 PM pick up. AZ Bounce arrived at 10:30 am to set up and arrived at 5:30 PM to pick up. They were way too early but I worked with it. Next time I will make sure we are closer to the target times.
