They came to our rescue to celebrate our 6 year old daughter during quarantine who was bummed out she was was going to miss her school field trip on her Birthday and Birthday Party. We surprised her with the bounce house slide combo into our pool and she was on it ALL DAY even wanted to skip cake and presents! We had to pry her off it for meals. Me being the "Extra Big Kid" I am I had to try it out and not miss out on the FUN which was incredible!! We were so impressed with the communication, professionalism, and thoughtfulness of all their staff from booking to delivery to setup to tear down to pick up. Do not use this company. Their record keeping and communication is non-existent. I originally booked a bounce house on March 26. Over the next couple months I had some changes that increased the cost of my rental. This was ok as I was upgrading. No communication problems here as it meant they got more money. The Wednesday before my event I received an email that said I needed 4-5 feet of space to get the equipment into the back yard. I was never told this in the beginning, it isn't on their space descriptions or on their contract. I immediately responded with the dimensions I do have. They responded that they would set up in the front yard. I told them that this wasn't an option, my front yard is tiny. Then I never heard back from them. Completely ghosted me. The day of my event the delivery guy called me to let me know he was on his way. I reminded him of the space constraints and he said no one ever told him about that and he'd get back to me. He said it couldn't be done. I told the delivery guy that I work for a crane company and can just lift it over the wall into my back yard. The deliver guy seemed all about it. Tyler, their office person absolutely refused. Tyler admitted they forgot to call me on Wednesday to confirm delivery times. This was a chance to remedy the situation. I offered solutions to the problem but he refused all of them. When I recited the email chain to him he just said they get a lot of emails and can't keep track of them all. At this point I lost my cool. I said some things that I probably shouldn't have. He said he would attempt the delivery and leave if it wouldn't work. Instead he just cancelled everything. read more

Her staff is horrible they came in the middle of the party and took the bounce house and the kids were crying but they did not care at all. I booked Bubbas back in October 2021 for a party in Feb 2022. This was for my sons first birthday party. We are having it at a park and were up front regarding this when we booked 4 months prior. With my son turning one it was really quite the package that we could do the toddler soft play area plus a big bounce house for my older son and his friends. I reached out to them mid January to check to make sure everything was good for our party late February. This is when I was told that they no longer did park parties due to excessive vandalism. This was all explained via text, not one phone call was made and to also point out; I reached out to them. They had literally no empathy at all and almost explained to me about the vandalism like it was our issue that they had had that occur. I immediately started reaching out to other companies with similar company profiles and because we are a month out from the party; shocker, but no one is available to provide our party. What a real shame considering they had such high recommendations. They did return my $20 deposit that I paid FOUR MONTHS ago but that's besides the point.
