We added the Foam cannons in addition to the slides and bouncy house and once the music turned on the kids and many of the parents were having an amazing time in the foam!!! Delmy and her husband are so friendly and outgoing. They were engaging with the attendees and really kept the 4th of July Vibes high the whole time. We changed the location of the "Kids Zone" from a flat piece of land to a water basin within the community with a large hill as the entrance. The team did not bat an eye and got to work with getting the items down into the basin and used all of their muscle to get them out of the basin at the end of the event. They are always a pleasure to work with and Delmy shared with me the cleaning process they do since so many of the parents commented that the slides we so shiny and looked new. Delmy shared that they take their time cleaning each and every one of their slides and it shows in how great they look. Before finding this company I called and e-mailed a few of the other inflatable companies and lets just say they were not as friendly or timely as 2getherWe Bounce! Zero Communication: I had to initiate every single interaction. I had to chase them down for my initial invoice, text them when they missed the delivery window, and follow up again the next day just to ask for my refund. No-Show Delivery: My delivery window was 9 AM - 12 PM. At noon, I finally texted them to ask where it was. Only then did Jessie tell me their equipment was broken and they couldn't deliver until 4 PM (right when the shower was ending). Unprofessional: They knew their equipment was failing but never gave me a heads-up, leaving us stranded in the heat with no time to make a backup plan. They offered a $200 credit for the hassle, but I declined. Their prices might be the best in the valley, but the complete lack of reliability and communication is not worth the stress. Look elsewhere!

I understand things happen and offered to help anyway I could. I ask to be informed if anything changes with delivery. 1 hour before the party I call him to ask if I should expect delivery or come up with another plan, no answer. 15 minutes later I call again and leave a voice mail followed by a couple texts to him. It's now 3 hours after the party started (5 hours since I was informed of trailer issues) and they have not called or text me back. It takes nothing to show decency and respond, I've used them several times for parties - don't make the same mistake I did with this guy.

We called around for a bounce house rental for my sons birthday but we had a budget. Anyways, we found this Bounce It AZ company from a FB ad and although they only had 3 options of bouncers to choose from they were very affordable in price. We called and asked questions, set up the reservation and the owner called to verify our order. When we received the bouncer it was set up quickly and smelled brand new! They told us they were a new company so that explained why the bounce house smelled so new, it was super clean too! We kept the bounce house a full day and it was picked up in the morning. Pick up was quick too! I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone who uses bouncers for their events, this saved us money and the kids loved the bouncer!

It was going to be a hot day yesterday, hotter than typical for this time of year!! Well, the owner came to the rescue and offered us the option to turn our bouncer and slide into a water slide!! WOW!! We haven't rented a water option before, and it was SO much fun the teen guys!! I was nervous at first watching them slide down the slide at a very fast pace because of the water on the slide, and hoping they wouldn't crash!! There were TEN of them!! I had to just let it go and watch them enjoy themselves!! I am happy to report that there were ZERO injuries!! LOL!! I got a LOT of "thank you" texts from parents afterwards!! Their kids were raving about having a BLAST!! We actually ended the party on time (sometimes we run late) because the kids were EXHAUSTED!!! I was too!! LOL!! I highly recommend Parties R US!!! But...know that he took down his website in an effort to minimize business right now. It is NOT that he is out of business. His son is no longer working with him as he has grown up and moved on, so he is working alone right now, but he is very dependable and awesome!! I LOVE that he doesn't have any hidden fees!!
