Party city? Sorry don't know her!…read more This place was awesome for a last minute birthday party. My son loves mario and wanted a mario themed birthday party. On the day of the party (of course its like me to wait last minute to get decorations) I walked into the store and to my immediate right there was the mario birthday party decorations. They also had a mario balloon display all ready made and ready to go (the party was in april and the balloon display is STILL fully inflated) I was able to get a birthday cake topper that matched the theme. My grand total was under $50! What a lifesaver! If you have more time to plan a party, defiantly take advantage of their balloon gift displays where you can pop a balloon and the gift comes out. My long awaited wedding day was an absolute DREAM come true and from the bottom of our hearts my husband and I couldn't thank Tuby, Meg, Michael, and all her exceptional team members that worked in the background for making this wedding an EXPERIENCE. The moment I hired finer detailz for FULL wedding coordination and design I felt at ease knowing they were going to deliver above my expectations and YES they exceeded every single one. I came to Tuby with a vision (or maybe several visions haha) and she truly made it come to life. She took a BLANK canvas and turned it into the most elegant, luxe, romantic, dark, moody, wedding reception I had ever seen. Everything from the tear drop tables, upside down hanging roses, velvet linens, gold reef chargers, candle galore, and cake swing was an absolute hit. As it came down to the week of the wedding, Tuby always made it a point to check in on me and see how I was doing. She made sure I was as relaxed as possible and always provided me a sense of security. That trust and bond we built really made my wedding week so stress free and I got to enjoy the wedding week with friends and family! Finer detailz really provided exceptional professionalism, elegance, and high end luxury rentals with an experienced team and top tier event designer. We are so thankful for the stress free experience they provided and can not wait to work with them for future events! We love the Finer Detailz Team xo

The owner charged me for a vase that accidentally fell and broke while I was passing by with my stroller. The store is so crowded that you can barely walk through the aisles. I really shouldn't have paid for it since the disorganization and misplacement of the items in the store isn't my fault, but I still paid half, i left what I was going to buy and proceed to just leave the store. No-Show Delivery: My delivery window was 9 AM - 12 PM. At noon, I finally texted them to ask where it was. Only then did Jessie tell me their equipment was broken and they couldn't deliver until 4 PM (right when the shower was ending). Unprofessional: They knew their equipment was failing but never gave me a heads-up, leaving us stranded in the heat with no time to make a backup plan. They offered a $200 credit for the hassle, but I declined. Their prices might be the best in the valley, but the complete lack of reliability and communication is not worth the stress.
