He offers it all, various bouncers, snow cone machines, tables and chairs, etc., etc., etc.!! We had the MOST active and amazing party yesterday!! He brought the bouncer the day before, so I didn't have to worry that he wouldn't show up in time OR AT ALL - which happened to us before!!! The kids were highly disappointed when the bouncer didn't show up that one time, and it happens more often than you think (if you read reviews). It was going to be a hot day yesterday, hotter than typical for this time of year!! Well, the owner came to the rescue and offered us the option to turn our bouncer and slide into a water slide!! WOW!! We haven't rented a water option before, and it was SO much fun the teen guys!! I was nervous at first watching them slide down the slide at a very fast pace because of the water on the slide, and hoping they wouldn't crash!! There were TEN of them!! I had to just let it go and watch them enjoy themselves!! I am happy to report that there were ZERO injuries!! LOL!! I got a LOT of "thank you" texts from parents afterwards!! Their kids were raving about having a BLAST!! We actually ended the party on time (sometimes we run late) because the kids were EXHAUSTED!!! I was too!! LOL!! I highly recommend Parties R US!!! But...know that he took down his website in an effort to minimize business right now. It is NOT that he is out of business. His son is no longer working with him as he has grown up and moved on, so he is working alone right now, but he is very dependable and awesome!! I LOVE that he doesn't have any hidden fees!! NO extra fee for delivery (I assume within a reasonable area), no extra fees for sandbags, no extra fee for having dropped it off the day before AND whatever extra fees the others are charging for everything they can think of! We will be having more bounce parties!! Such great memories and pictures were created!!!

We used them the prior year and everyone loved the slides so we did it again and went bigger and better with larger slides and it was a HIT!!! We added the Foam cannons in addition to the slides and bouncy house and once the music turned on the kids and many of the parents were having an amazing time in the foam!!! Delmy and her husband are so friendly and outgoing. They were engaging with the attendees and really kept the 4th of July Vibes high the whole time. We changed the location of the "Kids Zone" from a flat piece of land to a water basin within the community with a large hill as the entrance. The team did not bat an eye and got to work with getting the items down into the basin and used all of their muscle to get them out of the basin at the end of the event. They are always a pleasure to work with and Delmy shared with me the cleaning process they do since so many of the parents commented that the slides we so shiny and looked new. Delmy shared that they take their time cleaning each and every one of their slides and it shows in how great they look. Before finding this company I called and e-mailed a few of the other inflatable companies and lets just say they were not as friendly or timely as 2getherWe Bounce! My daughter wanted the Disney Princess Castle and Dave and his crew, delivered on very short notice. The jump house was HUGE and a massive hit in the neighborhood and with the girls. The price was incredibly reasonable. We had a slight mechanical issue that the crew worked on for quite some time. It really didn't affect the use of the jumpy house, but they wanted it to be as perfect as possible. Because of their self-described 'inconvenience', Dave allowed the girls to have a few hours of extra 'jumpy castle time'. He stated he would give a refund because of my situation, and still waited to play games giving a refund. The text I have is proof that he agreed to a refund and WILL REFUND, the full amount. He also provided a contract after paying the full amount of $400 which is backwards, instead of agreeing then paying. He then through many texts and a few calls continued to play games and now it's almost 7 days later and still no refund. He then sent a guy over to so called "scope it out" at my home yesterday (5 days later) and bother my wife while working. He then proceeded to make threats because I am disputing through credit card company. His contract does not give anyone who rents within his "7 days before event" contract agreement to have any options of cancellations. He also stated he is 68k in debt. And also sent me a screenshot of his bank account showing $61 dollars to his name. He used this in the mean time to state he has to wait until funds can be available to send refund. During this time is when he sent one or two guys to my home to "scope it out." He calls me a liar and doesn't actually know what happened to my family for reason of cancellation. So no option for those to cancel within the 7 days per contract if rented 7 days or less before event. He will snag your money and use that contract against you. Secondly, he makes you pay before providing you with contract. Everyone be aware of this shady company and scammers. He wants your money to slowly snag from you in a scammy way in order to slowly pay off his 68k in debt. And then he threatens me when I tell him I'm pursuing a dispute and or legal action. If I could give zero stars I would. Shady, scammy, crummy company. Attached is a photo that Josh says he WILL refund but hasn't. What a liar and a scammer. He never even canceled it.
