We used them the prior year and everyone loved the slides so we did it again and went bigger and better with larger slides and it was a HIT!!! We added the Foam cannons in addition to the slides and bouncy house and once the music turned on the kids and many of the parents were having an amazing time in the foam!!! Delmy and her husband are so friendly and outgoing. They were engaging with the attendees and really kept the 4th of July Vibes high the whole time. We changed the location of the "Kids Zone" from a flat piece of land to a water basin within the community with a large hill as the entrance. The team did not bat an eye and got to work with getting the items down into the basin and used all of their muscle to get them out of the basin at the end of the event. They are always a pleasure to work with and Delmy shared with me the cleaning process they do since so many of the parents commented that the slides we so shiny and looked new. Delmy shared that they take their time cleaning each and every one of their slides and it shows in how great they look. Before finding this company I called and e-mailed a few of the other inflatable companies and lets just say they were not as friendly or timely as 2getherWe Bounce! It's always a good idea to call ahead or check their schedule in case someone else has the placed booked but they normally have an open play time you can squeeze the kiddos in. They don't do bounce house rentals - it's all indoor bounce houses with a small snack shack you can buy water and chips at. OH, don't forget to bring socks, they are super sensitive about not getting dirt inside the play area so they ask everyone (even me) to take off their shoes and if you didn't bring socks which I had forgot... I had to buy socks from them. It was only a buck or two so it was all good. He stated he would give a refund because of my situation, and still waited to play games giving a refund. The text I have is proof that he agreed to a refund and WILL REFUND, the full amount. He also provided a contract after paying the full amount of $400 which is backwards, instead of agreeing then paying. He then through many texts and a few calls continued to play games and now it's almost 7 days later and still no refund. He then sent a guy over to so called "scope it out" at my home yesterday (5 days later) and bother my wife while working. He then proceeded to make threats because I am disputing through credit card company. His contract does not give anyone who rents within his "7 days before event" contract agreement to have any options of cancellations. He also stated he is 68k in debt. And also sent me a screenshot of his bank account showing $61 dollars to his name. He used this in the mean time to state he has to wait until funds can be available to send refund. During this time is when he sent one or two guys to my home to "scope it out." He calls me a liar and doesn't actually know what happened to my family for reason of cancellation. So no option for those to cancel within the 7 days per contract if rented 7 days or less before event. He will snag your money and use that contract against you. Secondly, he makes you pay before providing you with contract. Everyone be aware of this shady company and scammers. He wants your money to slowly snag from you in a scammy way in order to slowly pay off his 68k in debt. And then he threatens me when I tell him I'm pursuing a dispute and or legal action. If I could give zero stars I would. Shady, scammy, crummy company. Attached is a photo that Josh says he WILL refund but hasn't. What a liar and a scammer. He never even canceled it.

We rented smaller 48-inch round tables for dining, 6-foot tables for catering, and two super cute kids' tables with white wooden chairs -- one for the kids to eat at and one for crafts and activities.
