WORST company ever. No not just for rentals, worse ever all around. When I paste my review on every site their business is listed on, I hope it gets them closed down. Yep, BBB too. This place showed up an hour later than we asked and gave us dirty gross tables. Then called us a few hours before pickup and said they'd come later because they had another pick up in the area. 2 hours later and we still have the tables and chairs. We have to go to bed and get up early and the driver is ignoring our phone calls. I took photos and a video with my clock showing the current time, as well as the condition of the equipment. Try any shady sh** with my family and you'll hear from our lawyer :) as far as I'm concerned, these are our tables and chairs now because you didn't pick them up and we won't be around the following day. Good luck getting them back and if you try to charge us extra days when you all failed to do your job, you'll also hear from our lawyer :) *update* 5/02/2021 Manager/owner came to get the equipment the following day after we needed it picked up. Thank God we were at our own home and not out In a public park or something. Owner/Manager tells my wife they had to get their attorney involved because my review said if they tried to do anything shady/illegal that I'd contact mine. Glen, the owner here is phenomenal. He runs a great company with great equipment. I threw a baby shower on a Saturday, but Glen let us pick up Friday and drop off Sunday. Every other company I called charged by the day and even then had set time limits. A Perfect Party Rental did not. They really work with people and not only that, their prices beat every other out there, and they're real down to earth people. I would absolutely recommend this party rental company to anyone looking. Very clean brand new looking chairs and tables. Almost makes me want to throw another party just to rent from them again. this company has/ and does it all! the water slide we rented was the best ive ever seen! it was taller than my house! the kids and adults both loved it and couldnt get enough of it. it really made our graduation party special! we also got an icee machine that was super easy to use and delicious. they came and set everything up for us and tore it down when it was convienient to us. the new owner scott and his staff are amazing. they went out of their way to accomidate us! everything was perfect! we will use them again and again and refer them to all our friends! thanks scott for making this a great experience! read more

The office staff the we spoke with was very nice and worked with our specific situation, a bit of a last minute rental arrangement for our wedding at Eldorado Park in Scottsdale. Unfortunately this was the only highlight of using this company, and the reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. The rest of our experience was unfortunately a troubled one. When I showed up the morning of my wedding around 10:45am, the driver had me sign for receiving all of the equipment, and I made the mistake of trusting his count (as the groom I had other things on my mind, and he did not walk me through the equipment to count it or anything). They were helpful in unloading the chairs and tables, and the white basic rental chairs we got were fine. But later on when our setup crew began setting up tables, 1 round and 1 banquet table were broken, completely unusable. No big deal, we called and they came back out to replace them, saying they would be back with the tables at 1pm. Problem was, they didn't arrive until a few minutes before 2pm, which by the way, was the start time for our event. Then once the tables were set up, we noticed we were short one table, some of our guests were seated at the head table. Then we realized we had not received 7 round tables like we ordered, but at this point, we just had to make it work with what we had. When the driver returned, we explained what happened, but he insisted that he had given us 7 tables and that we were responsible for the "lost table". Later, we get charged $130 for a lost table that we never received, despite receiving 2 broken tables and the 2 replacement tables arriving late. When asked to provide proof that the missing table was a result of our event, they could provide none (no reference numbers on which tables get sent to which event). They just assume the driver made no mistake and that we stole a table. The concept of customer service went quickly out the window, and it became a blame game. Bottom line: Office staff (Karrie?) is nice, the driver was a bit rude, and the company took no responsibility for their mistakes, instead pinning the whole situation on me. Moreover, my email to them after receiving the penalty charge went unanswered. Ridiculous. read more

I was searching for a rental company when I saw a Perfect Party Rental but I was reluctant to call because of the questionable reviews.​ They were close, and I thought it couldn't hurt to get a quote. ​ I'm so glad I did because as soon as I talked to Glenn, I knew I was in good hands. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! We rented table and chairs from this company- they are NOT organized, don't return calls/emails timely, don't show up on time and then to TOP IT ALL OFF- after you return the items- they called us back and said that 1/2 the table and chairs were damaged with paint and other substances that weren't even at our event!!!! We have hundreds of pictures of our event---which hast people sitting at the tables (which were covered with table clothes) and chairs handing out resource flyers and they claimed they were ruined. The owner/manager doesn't listen just continues to accuse you of ruining her table and chairs....total scam to see if you will pay to replace her things. Then she calls back to apologize- OOPS- "I guess it was someone else". I rented an inflatable movie screen and popcorn machine for a resident function at our apartment community. They were AWESOME! Got everything set up and went above and beyond to hook up the PA system so everything would look and sound great. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We used this company for my daughters birthday party held at the Scottsdale Train Park. When I called to reserve the bounce house he asked for the address (which I didn't think he would need since its a well known park and the only train park in Scottsdale) I gave hime the address right off the website anyway. They were supposed to show up at 1pm and pick up the bounce house/ cotton candy machine at 5pm. The driver was an hour late! He kept calling for directions and could not find this well known park. I could not have given him any clearer directions. He then asked me to stand on the corner to wave him in. ( the guests are all starting to come and I have nothing set up since Im standing out on the corner trying to find this guy) When they finally arrive he quickly gives me some papers to sign (which I just sign so I can hurry up and get back to the party to start setting up) he sets up the bounce house which will not completely inflate and then sets up the cotton candy machine. He explains how to use the cotton candy machine and leaves. Some of my concerned guests advise me to call him back since the the bounce house was falling over! He did come back and finally at 3pm it was up and running safely with the help of sandbags to hold it down better and another generator to get it to inflate completely. We were then told we had too many kids In there. We had about 8 small kids ranging from 2-7. There was one on the slide and one climbing the ladder to go down the slide. It did not seem like an unsafe amount of kids. I've been to many party's with the same amount of kids In bounce houses (if not more ) and never was there any problems. ( at one point there were like 3 kids on the slide at the same time which was a bit much and we did tell the kids that only one can go down at a time) The cotton candy machine was making some loud crazy noises and he told us that's just the way it is. We decided not use it because we didn't wanna be responsible for it breaking. When he came back to get the equipment he was 45 minutes late! The park was closing and we had to wait in the dark parking lot with over tired crying kids for 45 minutes! I told the guy how disappointed I was in the service so he had his boss call me. The boss explained he had to go to the hospital because his back was bothering him and his employees had to cover for him and that's why he was so late coming back. I told him imunderstoodmthat things happen. It wouldn't be so bad if everything else went smooth. He then told me it was MY fault his employee was late- he said I gave him the wrong address! Then he later said the website gives the wrong address! It's a very well know train park, the ONLY train park in Scottsdale. So he blamed me, and the train park for them being late. The faulty bounce that would not inflate right and kept tilting over was my fault because we had too many kids in it. I asked him why he didn't ask me when I ordered it how many kids there was going to be?He replied with "how would I know how old the kids would be or how much they weigh?!" I told him that they didn't discuss anything like that until there was a problem. How the hell would I know the regulations of a bounce house?? He replied with snippy "Well I just figure it was common sense!" He sends out faulty equipment, gives horrible customer service and refuses to apologize or take ANY responsibility for any of it. My son's wedding was planned out perfectly,we thought. After the beautiful ceremony and during the photos of the bride and groom we served horsdoeuvers and had open bar. all this was a outdoor event on 21st of December 2014 . got the picture. What was overlooked was the temperature after sunset out side. This is where PERFECT PARTY RENTAL came into our picture the venue was at Las Sendas Trail-head members club Beautiful setting as I was walking around talking to our guest I notice they were cold, being a good father of the groom asked the directors if they were supplying heaters?No they said, Oh boy,I said but they said they had a wedding the night before and heaters were brought in so they called the host of that party to find out were they rented them from. Bingo they said Perfect Party Rental.We called them. Remember 21st was a Sunday night 5 PM. they had them there by 5:45 just as dinner was being served. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give negative stars, I would. Our first experience wasn't horrible but it was bad. 2 of the 4 tables they delivered were broken and I had to fix them so they were usable. My wife made a 2nd order months later and we told them about the broken tables again and requested they check their equipment. They assured us we would not receive broken equipment. They are unbelievably low cost but I suppose you get what you pay for. So this 2nd order was tables and chairs for our annual Halloween party we are hosting for 75+ people. It was confirmed upon ordering and wife was told that they would be in touch on delivery time. My wife called the day before our party to get delivery time and they said "we were just getting ready to call and tell you." They said they did not see her on the delivery list and would call her right back. After several hours and my wife trying to call several times we still knew nothing as they would not pick up the phone, probably because they recognized her phone number. So my wife called with our daughter's phone and they picked up right away. When my wife stated who she was, suddenly Perfect Party said their phone was "breaking up" and they hung up on her. After a while, I called from my phone and left a VM with only my first name saying I was looking to rent something else and they instantly called me back (but unfortunately I missed the call and my VM states my first and last name so they knew I was related to her). I immediately called back over and over again but they would not answer. Needless to say, what a horrible experience. They should be absolutely embarrassed with themselves and how they conduct business. I have never dealt with a company that didn't even have the guts to take a phone call. We are not unreasonable people. Things happen and we understand that but we do not understand the way it was handled. Why couldn't they say they made a mistake and screwed up? Or simply say "we won't be able to provide the tables and chairs"? That, at least, would have been respectable. Very much in shock on this experience. Between my wife and I, we called them several times and left several messages and nothing. I typically don't post but this experience was so bad that I was compelled to share.
