It would have been nice having someone from the company confirm with me how the chairs would will look upon arrival. A consumer sees them in your gallery on the site and does not really think about them coming any other way aside from shiny and in mint condition. Had someone told me they were coming so beat up looking, I would have planned and definitely ordered slip covers, as these were so embarrassing to have for my guests looking so beat up. They only looked fit for burning in a fire. Not just a few chairs, but EVERY chair, and one was completely unfit to use. I live 3 hours from where these were delivered. I did not get to see these until the morning of the party when I arrived to set up. Communications like this should not be missed! Please tell customers they will look horrid with paint missing, scuffs, chips, wood missing, discolored, so they can plan accordingly with either renting or buying chair covers! Speaking of communications, there is room for improvement between you folks and the customer. I had received so many calls and repetetive voicemails regarding inaccurate delivery and pick up dates. This frazzled me more with stress, as I had spoken to two different women so many times confirming things. Then the homeowner also received inaccurate information from the driver, to no fault of his own, I am sure. I had spoken 5-6 times over the phone with the company and it was not so effortless. A customer should not have to call in confirming so many times the accuracy of their order once they set things in stone with secure dates. I was worried something was going to get botched, and it did. I kept receiving calls and voicemails with contradicting dates between employees. It was very odd. All I needed was 24 chairs and 3 round tables. Not sure where the disconnect was. The chairs and tables ended up being delivered a day ahead of the schedule, which by luck we were able to manage. Being 3 hours away and hosting a huge baby shower, this poor communication added so much unnecessary stress. To add, the chairs came in filthy and my friend's husband helped me clean them one by one. I was mortified at their condition. I ordered the brown ones. I wish I was able to take better pictures, but if you zoom in you can see what I mean. I forgot to capture documentation before leaving town and the pregnant mama had to try and they were in a large pile. These were not even the worst ones! My order was $298 and I was offered a measly $49 refund. 50% would have be a lot less insulting. I would not use this company again. You folks are so very friendly, and I appreciate that, but there literally is no proper communication going on over there nor the recording of important notes regarding pick up and drop off dates. I cannot imagine I am the only one with this experience. 95% of customers do not even leave feedback with companies, or choose just to never go back and do business with the company again. Thus, I hope you appreciate the constructive criticism to help your company become even better in the future for your customers.

Really disappointed in the customer service with this rental company. I ordered three heaters for my engagement party and this is what they dropped off. I asked the delivery guy, is it normal for them to be falling apart/screws coming off and they just shrugged and said yes they are all like that. It was the day before the event so they had time to resolve it, but chose not to. The sad part is I didn't even ask for a refund but just called and emailed them to delivery at least decent looking ones before the next day because the rentals are embarrassing. They didn't and now it's 5 days later and they still haven't offered a credit/refund or solution to accommodate. I'm sorry but if you're going to pay $500 for rentals you need to provide what's advertised. I'm not that person to write negative reviews but do yourself a favor and go with a responsive and customer service heavy rental company. Especially if it's for your special day. Or you're going to get some beat up/ embarrassing rentals that your guests all comment on.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Royalty Rentals! I have to commend them on their crew they sent to setup for my friend's wedding. Their courteous behavior and efficiency was truly wonderful...and needed. They were accommodating and efficient. If you every have a special event, check here first!

I would never recommend this company I placed an order for my wedding I needed chairs,an arch for the ceremony and a cooler for drinks. When we went to decorate the arch it was unstable and almost feel over just by touching it, the chairs were supposed to be padded and they weren't and the cooler was dirty dented,and wouldn't drain. When I tried to call the company they didn't answer and when I finally got through to them days after they picked up the items they refused to help me with the items I couldn't use

Thank you to Royalty for making my Christmas table decor shine. I called at the last minute and was still able to rent 10 Silver Chiavari chairs and delivered for a very shockingly low rate (these chairs are much more in Los Angeles where I previously resided)Staff extremely friendly and professional. They will definitely be my party rental place in the future!

I was hopeful when renting merchandise here that it would be a good experience. I mean after all the reviews are good. My items arrived 4 hours before my gathering EVERY item was damaged as in scratched, wood pieces actually missing AND so many of the dance floor grooves were broken that the floor was uneven, gapped and a tripping hazard. The heat lamp tops were broken, leaning and looked like someone beat the hell out of it. I reported that all the items were badly damaged and an eyesore to my party and I was told - they will report it to the owner. I will NEVER use this company again and I would encourage you to find another company who will make your party look good !!!
