    Website is awesome. When delivered the Arch was in bad shape. Chipped wood, screws showing and hunks of arch missing at connection pieces. Chairs had foam showing from cracks padded seats. All scratched up. Sat Nov 11 wedding of course no one answering phone on weekends Big arrassment Lynn Fountain Hills

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The Event Co was very communicative, professional, easy to work with, customer service oriented, and went above and beyond. I recruited my husband to go with me to pick up the large farmhouse tables we had rented, thinking we were going to be loading them ourselves, but two Event Co staff saw us pull up as they were headed out to lunch. They stopped, jumped out of their truck, helped with our order and then loaded our tables. The farmhouse tables were beautiful and absolutely MADE the wedding! I was super impressed and would definitely use The Event Co in future!

    I would highly recommend the Event Co AZ for all your wedding needs. Alex was very responsive to all my questions. His team was professional hard working and efficient. They came in the day before to set up all of the tables chairs and lighting and came back immediately after the wedding to tear down. They were very easy to work with.

    Forgot the base to the arch for delivery and brought 14 wrong colored chairs out of the 100 we ordered. The customer service agent said she'd talk to her manager about giving us some sort of discount for this mistake and they won't get back to me. This was the day before my wedding and they didn't bring the chairs or base to the arch til 6PM. We didn't have help at 6PM, our help was all at my house at 10AM when the rentals were supposed to arrive originally. They then interrupted my rehearsal dinner to assemble the arch and switch out the chairs.

    I highly recommend the Event Co and their photo bus. It was the most fun part of the day and there is room for 15 people, plus you can stand!

So instead of looking up places, I asked for recommendations of social media and TADA!! Royalty Rentals was the first on the list from my neighbor. So i looked them up on here on YELP and all looked good. I went to their website and saw that i could actually order the tables and chairs I wanted. Plus I could even had the items delivered for a fee of course. However I decided to do the pick up myself and save the fee, smart choice on my part BECAUSE THE STORE FRONT WAS BEAUTIFUL!! When in I thought i d see jut a few things set up, I was right but the table setups they had on displayed where stunning. one of the tables was set in royal blue, which would be elegant for wedding. There was another table set in a warm rust toned cinnamon color which would be beautiful for thanksgiving dinner or company party or reception. I really should have taken a picture!!! Anyhow, since i order on line and everything was paid for all i had to do was sign that i was picking up and then drove to the side of the building and a very HELPFUL young man loaded up my truck in no time flat, which I was really grateful for because I was on a tight schedule for the day. When it was time for me to return everything all I had to do was go back to the same spot open the trunk and the everything was unloaded for me., now that is great customer service. My advice if you are looking to have a party and need some rentals "START HERE FIRST" !!! Trust me I plan on being a repeat customer!

    3 for tables, 4 for service…read more We rented three tables for a 30th birthday, they did not deliver in time frame (delivered a day early) but were trying to change the time last minute and was inconvenient since the person getting the tables delivered was working. However, it was nice having them early. The tables were a little pricey for what we got. The table kept snagging my shirt and other people's outfits which was annoying that it happened over and over and on many corners of the table. Once they were decorated they looked nicer and don't get my wrong they are definitely nicer then white plastic tables/chairs but for how much we paid/were quoted it just wasn't worth it. The workmanship was okay, some heavier people's benches sounded like they would crack (thankfully they didn't). Ty was great once we were able to get ahold of him since he was out of town and we were playing phone tag. But I didn't realize he quoted me a few weeks prior with a wedding rental quote for wedding season and then quoted my parents a few $100 more. I was bummed that they didn't have the 10ft tables available so maybe they are better quality then the 8ft tables with single benches on the sides however they were trying to charge us more for the smaller tables. Once I called Ty he was willing to give our dad the lower price he quoted me so that was really nice as I would've been sad if we would've paid all that extra money just given the look of the tables. They also look better in photos FYI so maybe just go see them in person if it's for your wedding or something.
