Took several days to return my call after initial inquiry. Then was rude on the phone so i had my husband talk to him. Said he would get a quote to us for tents, tables, chairs, heaters, dance floor, the works. 5 days go by and on a Friday my husband called and he said he would have a quote by Monday. I ordered a 20x20 tent for a party I held on May 7, 2022. Joe and his staff delivered the tent, tables, and tablecloths on time. They were Professional and worked quickly and hard. The person in the office was patient and allowed me to make several changes before the event without any restrictions or additional fees. Joe was concerned that a 20x20 might be too big for our yard so he offered to bring a 15x20 as well as 8' and 10' poles should they be needed. We have an at home wedding with a huge tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, and separate ceremony at the lake behind our house with chairs. Joe worked for months with me and my dad to provide us with all the information we needed to make sure that the tent would fit in our backyard and that the lighting would also work. We made several changes to the quote throughout the time leading up to my wedding, and he always worked with us to update and send us drawings. JMS Tents is a must use source for tent rental. We called 4/15 for our wedding on 5/7 and in just one email and one phone call we were set to go with an affordable, unique back yard wedding. We received diagrams of our yard with tent placement and our pricing was well within budget. We worked with Joe and Jessica and the both of them were so helpful and great to work with. The real payoff was on delivery, setup and take down. The crew was an absolute joy to work with. Easy going, fun and yet professional at the same time.
