So unprofessional. Rented dance floor for wedding. They tried to deliver it to my home address rather than Venue. Finally worked that out. I watched driver changed info on pickup form so it would be picked up at correct place. Said he would be back early morning to pick it up. Didn't show up all morning. Missed an entire day of work waiting for them to pick it up. Again, they went to my home address to pick it up. I gave them venue address AGAIN, and that driver (not the delivery driver) proceeded to get lost because he didn't write down the address! Called owner to complain. He agreed it was unprofessional but wouldn't give any credit back for all our trouble and missed time from work. Had he done even a small credit, I would not be writing this review. His reasoning was that Covid has hit their business hard, so he couldn't afford to credit us anything to compensate. Honestly...Covid has been over for a couple years. I had reserved tables and chairs for a 30 yr anniversary party for my work. The tables that they show on their website is nothing like the tables that were sent and the chairs were white but very dirty the tables looked like they were taken from a frat party where, the owners of our company were very disappointed and had I been able to get tables and chairs last minute I would have cancelled the order. I emailed and called the company as soon as we saw the condition of the tables and chairs, as their rental fee wasn't cheap over $400 for everything. The tables were falling apart and the chairs needed to be cleaned. The company sent the delivery drivers back with "New tables and chairs" they were just as bad as the ones that were delivered. The delivery drivers picked the best 8 tables out of the choice that they had and that is not saying much about the condition. The chairs had to be washed #64 since they were white and very dirty. When I contacted the company I was told that the owner would be told about this and I would get a phone call back. No call back. The day after the party I again sent an email with pictures of the tables that were falling apart and most of them weren't very sturdy. They asked me to send the pictures in a different format which I couldn't I did offer to send them text to someone at the company or they could just look at them when the drivers got back to the shop. I have still not gotten any contact from this company. I would not ever recommend or use this rental company. They have you sign a form stating that if their equipment gets damaged you will have to pay for all new which is a joke due to the condition that they send their equipment in. They've made my life a lot easier - yes, I know I get stressed, but imagine if Andrew's Rentals were not there to help?! Anyways, I've used Andrews Rentals for the high top tables and the plastic tablecloths at the Heard Museum event, and most recently, Andrews Rentals supplied the six foot tables and black linen table cloths that the vendors used at the Yelp Rocks! Martini Ranch event... Both times, they delivered as promised with no major problems... If you're in need of anything for a house party to a wedding or major corporate event, give Evelyn at Andrew's Rental a call... she's a doll and I guarantee from my experience that you'll be in good hands. I came in here to rent some linens because the vinyl table cloths weren't going to cut it for this shindig, dahliing. Evelyn really worked to make sure that I was getting the best deal. Like, I wanted some skirting to go around the table but she told me how to work it so the table still looked good and I didn't have to pay for the added linens. Also, while I was walking around I saw this huge massive fan, I can't get it out of my head. I can't wait to find a purpose to rent that sucker. I have held two gatherings at my home in the past three months and have used Andrews both times. Not only is service very good, but their prices for home parties can't be beat. I tried other big name rental companies and they wanted to charge me more than three times what I paid at Andrews. Evelyn was my go to person. She is accommodating and frankly, fun to chat with. She tells me she's been there for a long time and I feel like she knows the products very well. The high top tables (aka high boys) I used were perfect for what I envisioned for my retirement party. Delivery was easy. Just make sure you have someone home and you try to get a delivery window. They do call before so that helped. Because they do so many events on the weekend, they may deliver as early as Wednesday. Not a big deal, just be ready. I will definitely use Andrews again once I get the energy to host another party! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service and products. I rented black tablecloths for an elegant event and they had holes in them. When I returned the tablecloths and brought this to their attention, there was no offer for resolution and I was told "all sales final". I was also told that the tablecloths are not inspected after they come back from the cleaners, because unwrapping them and looking at them would cost them more time and money than the money they earn on the rental. I rented 6 round table cloths and 3 6 foot rectangle tablecloths for $118.37. That's a hefty price for a subpar quality and a damaged product. Buyer beware. I do not recommend doing business here, nor will I be returning. read more

This review has been a long time coming. My family and I met up in AZ after every single thing about their wedding had been derailed. My brother was deployed during their engagement, he came back to their showers and bachelor / bachelorette parties cancelled and their large wedding they had been looking forward to and paid for - postponed. They rented an airbnb and had their vows with just family after being tested. Literally not wanting anything nice, just wanting to be married, we all tried our best to make it seem like a real wedding. I called the owner, Chad, and he heard our story and helped to meet me at the warehouse (even though he had an appointment at his OTHER location that day) and go through everything we could need! His level of care and customer service is one of those things I'll remember for the rest of my life. My brother and his wife came back from social distancing photos out in lost Dutchman to a banquet dinner with my moms cooking and couldn't believe how lovely it all looked. We rented a double door freezer for my daughter's wedding for 180 guests and set the delivery date. Andrews called a few days before to say their freezer is unavailable "because it didn't pass quality control". We had to scramble and settled for the smaller unit and ice chests. When their delivery guy picked it up he ran into the roofline of a building on the property causing a fair amount of damage. The property we held the event at is a friend's property nearly 45 minutes away from our home in Scottsdale and necessitated us making several trips to see the damage and assure the property owner Andrews would take care of the damage. Andrews refused to refund the delivery/pick up fee for the time we had to spend addressing their driver's damage to our friend's property. We thought it appropriate for our time. I've also asked for a copy of our invoice for the single door unit three times and they ignore my request. Event Co in Mesa was a better experience. read more

They never showed up, I was given a 4 hour window for my wedding, 3 tables, 34 folding chair's, 3 chafing dishes,I was told I would get help setting it all up. We ended up having to go somewhere else last second, the delivery driver couldn't find where the house was. The delivery person called and got good directions from the one taking me to my wedding and delivery person said she found it, but ended up skipping over us and went to the next delivery. I was told between 8am and noon, that turned into 11-2, after that someone ells took over for me because I was loosing it. Never ordering here ever agin for any party. If everyone else that has taken me to that house could find it no issues using simple address or google maps help a "professional delivery person" should not have that much difficulty. read more

Nice people. Inexpensive in comparison. Be prepared to load or help load. I rented 3 tables, 3 chocolate brown tablecloths, and 20 beige chairs. Tables had grass and dirt in the legs so check that if you are using them indoors. The chairs were the least expensive that you can rent. They need to be cleaned prior to use. I asked for 3 chocolate brown tablecloths and got 2 brown and 1 espresso (very dark brown). They were two distinct colors and unfortunately I didn't check them before I left or even before my event because it is only 3 and I figured they would get it right. Needless to say it looked terrible. When I returned my items there was a nice man who unloaded everything for me and that was great, I took the tablecloths inside and explained that they had given me 2 different colors. The woman inside simply said "Yes, that happens sometimes. " I told her how bad it looked. Her response was to remind me that I had gotten to spend quality time with family and had a nice time. Did not offer me any kind of compensation, not even $10 refund. I didn't ask for anything. I just left. So although they are nice and cheaper than others, the renter needs to be very careful and check every single solitary thing no matter how small the order. read more
