He offers it all, various bouncers, snow cone machines, tables and chairs, etc., etc., etc.!! We had the MOST active and amazing party yesterday!! He brought the bouncer the day before, so I didn't have to worry that he wouldn't show up in time OR AT ALL - which happened to us before!!! The kids were highly disappointed when the bouncer didn't show up that one time, and it happens more often than you think (if you read reviews). It was going to be a hot day yesterday, hotter than typical for this time of year!! Well, the owner came to the rescue and offered us the option to turn our bouncer and slide into a water slide!! WOW!! We haven't rented a water option before, and it was SO much fun the teen guys!! I was nervous at first watching them slide down the slide at a very fast pace because of the water on the slide, and hoping they wouldn't crash!! There were TEN of them!! I had to just let it go and watch them enjoy themselves!! I am happy to report that there were ZERO injuries!! LOL!! I got a LOT of "thank you" texts from parents afterwards!! Their kids were raving about having a BLAST!! We actually ended the party on time (sometimes we run late) because the kids were EXHAUSTED!!! I was too!! LOL!! I highly recommend Parties R US!!! But...know that he took down his website in an effort to minimize business right now. It is NOT that he is out of business. His son is no longer working with him as he has grown up and moved on, so he is working alone right now, but he is very dependable and awesome!! I LOVE that he doesn't have any hidden fees!! NO extra fee for delivery (I assume within a reasonable area), no extra fees for sandbags, no extra fee for having dropped it off the day before AND whatever extra fees the others are charging for everything they can think of! We will be having more bounce parties!! Such great memories and pictures were created!!!

Do not trust this company with your important events. I booked a large swamp cooler for an outdoor…read morebaby shower during a record-breaking heatwave, and they completely dropped the ball. Zero Communication: I had to initiate every single interaction. I had to chase them down for my initial invoice, text them when they missed the delivery window, and follow up again the next day just to ask for my refund. No-Show Delivery: My delivery window was 9 AM - 12 PM. At noon, I finally texted them to ask where it was. Only then did Jessie tell me their equipment was broken and they couldn't deliver until 4 PM (right when the shower was ending). Unprofessional: They knew their equipment was failing but never gave me a heads-up, leaving us stranded in the heat with no time to make a backup plan. They offered a $200 credit for the hassle, but I declined. Their prices might be the best in the valley, but the complete lack of reliability and communication is not worth the stress. Look elsewhere!

The owner is unhinged and unprofessional. I called two days before the event to confirm my paid…read morereservation online. Owner confirmed, and stated I should have received an email. I had, so all was great. The day before I called to see about adding more chairs...This is when things got interesting. The owner stated that he would not be doing my order because it is less than $250. I asked why this was not communicated on the site, or why he didn't inform me of this when I called to verify two days prior to this call. He quickly being angry and when I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me and said "I am the owner". I said, ok, can I still have your name? He then said "whatever! and hung up". 2 minutes later he called back; I answered and he began yelling "you know what fuck you" and "shut the fuck up".. when I told him I had no desire to speak to him further given the way he spoke to me prior. He continued to yell obscene things on the phone so I hung up as it was obviously this man was suffering from anger issues or mental health issues. Possibly both. I had to contact my bank to file fraudulent charges as the money was collected when I reserved the equipment online. Reported him to BBB. Mind you, he had no intention of notifying that my order would not be filled based on it not being $250 or more. AND when I pointed out the lack of communication, and the confirmation two days prior WITH HIM he became unhinged and angry. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Yikes.
