I had to chase them down for my initial invoice, text them when they missed the delivery window, and follow up again the next day just to ask for my refund. No-Show Delivery: My delivery window was 9 AM - 12 PM. At noon, I finally texted them to ask where it was. Only then did Jessie tell me their equipment was broken and they couldn't deliver until 4 PM (right when the shower was ending). Unprofessional: They knew their equipment was failing but never gave me a heads-up, leaving us stranded in the heat with no time to make a backup plan. They offered a $200 credit for the hassle, but I declined. Their prices might be the best in the valley, but the complete lack of reliability and communication is not worth the stress. Look elsewhere!

My daughter wanted the Disney Princess Castle and Dave and his crew, delivered on very short notice. The jump house was HUGE and a massive hit in the neighborhood and with the girls. The price was incredibly reasonable. We had a slight mechanical issue that the crew worked on for quite some time. It really didn't affect the use of the jumpy house, but they wanted it to be as perfect as possible. Because of their self-described 'inconvenience', Dave allowed the girls to have a few hours of extra 'jumpy castle time'.
