Angelika is amazing! I decided last minute I wanted a professional to provide the decorations for our 40th getaway/baby sprinkle for my friend. I literally contacted her less than a week before and talked to her three days before. She said was able to do it with the pictures I had sent to her. I couldn't choose between certain one so she gave me multiple reasonable quotes. She was so easy to correspond with. Day of she is able to deliver a little bit earlier. Her balloons set up for baby was absolutely adorable. So cute. The 40th birthday set up was grand and perfect too. Thank you so much for all your help and for your beautiful creations! read more

Last minute I called to see if I could get balloons for my father-in-law's birthday, NYE, with the 123123 numbers...to my surprise Scott said he could do it if I could pick them up! I called on Wednesday afternoon and picked them up on Saturday morning. You definitely need to have room in your car/truck if you pick up as the balloons are large, but they were well worth it! Next time I will plan in advance and have them delivered with a bouquet of balloons added! Scott and his daughter were very helpful and friendly! The quality of these balloons is by far the best I've purchased...it's like they say, "you get what you pay for". read more

I wanted to surprise my nephew on his 5th birthday with a balloon bouquet, and AZ Party Mart absolutely delivered. The balloons arrived beautifully, and my nephew was thrilled with his porch surprise on his special day. Highly recommend them! Thank you for making his birthday extra special. read more

poor service and communication, was supposed to get a refund they never did. would not use this company

We rented a helium tank, but many of the balloons barely floated and others deflated within 2 hours. It seemed like the tank may not have contained pure helium. Although we declined their upsale offer of "helium boost", the regular helium tank should have inflated our latex balloons. When my husband returned it and explained the issue, the staff showed no concern and offered no explanation or resolution. Disappointing experience overall. read more

This was the easiest balloon transaction I've ever done! One phone call, credit card and next day delivery. It was a very large delivery. I was impressed how they could fit all of these balloons in their van and set it up so nicely. The balloons also lasted for about a month and I continued to take pictures with them so in some photos they are slightly deflated. Great job Arizona Party Mart, we will be using you from now on! read more

You can find anything you need in this one stop shopping mart! They have a lot of fun things to choose from. Very helpful too.

I called wanting huge gold "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" balloons inflated with helium for my sisters golden birthday. At first they didn't have enough letters (I called literally the day of, so super last minute and was frantic ofcourse). I hung up and was trying to call party city, thankfully I was on hold when Katelynn who was so friendly called back said they found enough letters and could deliver the balloons as well on the same day I needed them!! They blew me away with their great customer service and willingness to help me and get me exactly what I wanted. The delivery boys were also super nice and set the whole thing up! I will definitely be using Az Party Mart for all of my balloon needs! Surpassed my expectations and I was over the moon with their display and customer service. read more

Had a great experience with AZ Party Mart for my dad's 80th birthday. I needed a party store close to our hotel that would be convenient to swing by before the party. Found these folks on Yelp and called up a few days before to reserve a giant "8" and giant "0" balloon for pick-up on the day of the party. They were pleasant to deal with and my order was ready exactly when promised. When we stopped in to pick up the order we found several more fun items (confetti with "80"s) and definitely had a movie montage moment trying on funny props and hats. The staff was really helpful in tracking down all the little extras we needed. We also had the fun idea to put old photographs around and had to great creative with how to display them, but the owner hooked us up! They also had some great tips about how to carry/stash the balloons in the car to make them last longer. Funny thing is, my dad's birthday was in mid-Feb and he just revealed on our weekly Sunday chat that they are actually still going strong in APRIL! Guess those tips are winners. read more

We were very happy with the "string of pearls" arch we ordered for a drive-by retirement parade. Steve handled everything from taking care of our design, to offering what would work best for our occasion, to safely delivering the piece. We will use them again! Support local! read more

Last weekend my husband and I threw a party for my sister's 60th birthday. It was at a bar/restaurant so I wanted a few bouquets of balloons to keep decorations simple. I found AZ Party Mart on yelp and I'm so happy with my experience. It was so easy to place my order on the phone and the prices are reasonable. When I went to the store to pick up my order it was hard not to go in a shopping spree. Their inventory is amazing! I ended up also getting big gold "60" balloons - they were a hit! I was concerned about getting everything in my car but the woman who helped me went the extra mile, brought them out and made them fit nicely in the back seat. I know where I'm going when I need party supplies I'm the future! read more

I found AZ Party Mart on Yelp and I'm so happy! I was helping with a retirement party but from out of town. These people could not have been more accommodating. The party was in honor of someone who served in law enforcement. AZ Party suggested spelling out his name in giant 5 foot Mylar balloons, along with patriotic colored balloon bouquets for the tables. They letters floating from weights was the perfect backdrop. Everything was set up on time and perfectly in place. I highly recommend AZ Party Mart, great people - they make it so easy for your party dreams to come true, read more

We were in Scottsdale Az for our grandsons 1st birthday. The theme was Le Petite Prince. Two grandmas, 1 aunt , 2 cousins went to AZ Party Mart. The service was outstanding! They helped us with colors, styles, arranging. To top it off was FREE delivery. I'f we'd gone to another party place we would to have to make severAl trips. The high quality of the balloons, the staff and delivery was exceptional! All should make this your first stop whether for just a small arrangement or for an over the top party statement. The pearl string arch with 30 balloons was left out overnight and in the morning was still going strong. Thank you! read more

These folks are so friendly and accommodating. Their balloon arches can absolutely make an event even more special.

Saved my event with a last minute balloon delivery order!! I don't know why all the more corporate event balloon providers are booked on my event date, but I am so grateful AZ Party Mart fit my order in when I had only 8 days left before the big day. AZ Party Mart had everything I wanted and were so pleasant and kind-- I want to throw another party very soon just to be able to work with them again; I certainly will. A++++++ read more

AZ Party Mart did a balloon garland for our company's anniversary party and the staff was super responsive throughout the whole process to ensure the colors and set up were exactly what we needed. They had a very short amount of time to set up and a curveball last minute with the type of wall not being what they expected, but they made it work and got it done on time, and it looked amazing!! Thanks, guys! Would definitely buy from again! read more

What an absolutely awesome party planning place! I wanted to surprise my daughter with balloons for her 4th birthday, and I wasn't sure where to turn. I didn't want anything super extravagant...just something to widen her eyes in front of her friends at school. With a quick search for "balloons", Yelp came through with Party Mart! The shop appears to be a little bit small, but that's only because it's absolutely chocked full of party supplies! When I did the search, I really just expected to find balloons at this place. Boy was I surprised! I was immediately greeted by the owners, who absolutely bent over backwards for my simple balloon needs. They were sure to ask about what my daughter liked to ensure that I walked out with a perfect compilation. From there, they inflated them, strung them up, and added a weight to make sure that my little one had them at her own perfect height. While I was waiting for them to finish their arrangement, I made my way around the store. There is SO much stuff! They have plates and napkins for all situations (baby shower, bachelor parties, weddings, etc. They have party favors for the New Year. They even have gag gifts for birthday. For example, there was this hilarious inflatable walker for those "over the hill" type of parties. There were so many things to see, that I'm positive I only took in about half of them. In the end, I walked out with a simple and beautiful arrangement that tickled my daughter seven shades of pink! If you're looking to throw the perfect party, you should definitely come by Party Mart. They absolutely have everything you need to ensure that your party is a huge success! read more

This place is small, but packs a real punch when it comes to your party needs. I was in a pickle. I had balloons in my mind's eye for my friend's baby shower, but I didn't have enough time to order them online and no store in town had them in stock. I mean, I had called everywhere I possibly could. Amidst my party prepping frenzy, my husband decided to try his hand and gave Party Mart a call. I don't know how they slipped my radar, especially since this was where I once accompanied my mischievous teenage boyfriend to get dry ice for pranks. Good thing that once boyfriend didn't forget. He saved my butt because they had my giant letters in gold to spell out 'BABY' ready to go the very next day. As the owner tied the letters to my ribbon of choice, I took a glance around. I can't believe the amount of stuff they have in stock. Balloons of all colors and with cute polka dots, decorations for all the holidays (including Oktoberfest, in March), children's party favors with plates and napkins, costume items, and helium rentals. He even loaded my unwieldy balloons in my car for me with tips on ways to keep them living for as long as possible. I'll certainly be hitting them up again soon. Shop Local, Yelpers! read more

11 days later and the "18" is still full! The latex bouquets deflated around day 8! Could not be more pleased!!!!!

I wish I could have went somewhere else for what I purchased. The owner is a really nice guy, but $5 for a balloon that sells at Party City for $3 and $20 for delivery fee kinda sucks. There wasnt a great variety for what I wanted, there were no package deals. Say a bundle of 15 plain balloons(you pick the colors) for $15 or party theme 15 balloon package for $20. I felt like I got ripped off when I walked out. I should have went to Party City spent $30 on 20 balloons and taken a Lyft or Uber car ($14-$20) to pick up the balloons. 10 balloons for $40 then a $20 delivery fee..... Just feels wrong. All I can say is research, research, research! Or head to the 99 Cent store if your not looking for super fancy. read more

Had a party on 11/21 for my husband's 40th and needed balloons. They are so nice and happily accommodated my requests. I own a local restaurant IL Bosco Pizza. We had a joint party with Handlebar J's. I live in California and had to make arrangements for some balloons of unique color and have them delivered to a hotel in Scottsdale. I was very nervous about dealing with someone on the phone and not in person. However, when Paul and I spoke he knew exactly what I envisioned, he also had some great suggestions, and he even called me back right away with more ideas. This is what good phone-based customer service is ALL about. Thanks to Paul and his staff. AND....they deliver. How cool is that? Can't wait for the party now. read more

I have to say WHAT AN AMAZING JOB PAUL did in decorating my husband suite. Not only did he decorate but he also took care of picking up his birthday cake and make my vision a reality. I'm located in Arcadia California and I explained to Paul that I'm not from Scottsdale Arizona and would like to do something special for my husband I told him what I wanted for my husband's surprise birthday. Paul says to me "Don't worry I will take care of everything, mail me your pictures and i will pick the cake for you and put it in his suite nicely decorated." AND WOW. . He went ABOVE AND BEYOND... it was MORE THAN I EXPECTED. .. he did an amazing job decorating his suite with balloons and attaching the pictures to the string of each Ballon. Paul is such a SWEETHEART and so patient he has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!. He made me feel at ease being so many miles away. My husband was SO SURPRISED... when he walked in his suite and saw the balloons with pictures of our kids and I ...he thought I was going to pop out of the closet... that's how GOOD PAUL decorated the suite. My husband was in tears of JOY when he saw our pictures. ( he was actually down during the day before he checked in to his suite .. knowing he couldnt be with us on his birthday due to his last min trip.) BUT By Paul doing SUCH AN AMAZING JOB !!!
