I chose this company based on the high reviews and disappointed I didn't get the positive experience as everyone else that did. I did get a phone call the day before the party and confirmed the time frame of drop off and set up would be between 12-12:30pm. I paid for a bounce house as well as paid for staff to stay throughout the party to watch the bounce house. The day of the party, no one showed up at the time they would so of course I had to reach out. It was 1pm and the person said his dad is in traffic but would be there soon. He didn't arrive until 2pm and by the time he finished setting up, it was 2:30pm. During the party, he didn't really watch the kids and even had to tell me he needed to leave early to pick up another bounce house that was an hour away. I had to ask the venue to allow him to leave the bounce house until the next day. Luckily, the venue agreed but that shouldn't have been my responsibility. So not only did he arrive late, he also left early. I reached out for a partial refund for the tardiness and early leave for what I paid for staff to stay. I did not get anything back. Such a disappointment. The only plus side was that the bounce house was clean and looked well maintained. read more

Although, this is outside of their service area we received great service from scheduling, booking, and accomodating us for early pick up and coordinating drop off. I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect bounce house company. The prices were comparable to most other companies of the same caliber. I ordered the 7 in 1 bounce house along with a generator. 2 men came a couple hours before the event time to setup. They took the time to look for outlets in the home so I didn't end up renting the generator and instead got a refund for it. They were easy to communicate with during the entire process and always responsive. The house was clean and had no holes in it. They made sure to take their time for it to be exactly where I wanted it. The pickup time was later in the evening so they offered for us to keep it overnight with no additional fees. I was happy to oblige! It was hard nailing it down to just one selection but the service, quality and cleanliness of the inflatable, and the company made the process a breeze. You can reserve online with a $50 deposit then pay the rest at a separate time. This won't be the last time we use them. read more

They we're late picking the slide up which in a normal situation wouldn't have been a problem but we were throwing the party at my mom's and had to wait with three very tired kids to leave and drive to the other side of town. We recently rented the princess deluxe bounce house for my daughters 3rd birthday party and it was a huge hit with all the kiddos! We have never rented one before and we're worried about the space, but Ryan with Backyard Bounce was very helpful in helping us select the right size and was very thorough and patient with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted!! The two gentlemen that delivered and picked up the bounce house were wonderful at quickly setting up and tearing down and we didn't have to do anything except watch out daughter and her friends have fun! ***Updated Review*** Backyard Bounce contacted me stating they would give me a $45 credit for the inconvenience. It's appreciated that they wanted to do something to help resolve the issue. If it weren't for the leak in the pool area of the water slide, and this mishap, everything else about dealing with Backyard Bounce was good...from creating the reservation, to delivery, etc. The dolphin water slide was delivered on Saturday before the birthday party and the 2 guys who dropped it off told us to fill up the pool and then once it was full, hook up the hose to the part where the water goes down the slide. We put the hose in a came back to check on it an hour later. There was only 6 inches of water in the pool area. My husband discovered a yard full of water as the pool portion was leaking and not retaining water. I tried calling to see if someone could come out to fix it but no one answered. It was very disappointing because we had about 15 kids really excited to use the slide. The bigger kids couldn't even go down because there was no padding once they hit the pool due to the lack of water. I called on Monday and spoke with Brian to let them know about the mishap. I was asked how much money I wanted back to make the situation right. I said half would be fair. I was told that the message would be delivered to the manager and my call would be returned. About an hour later Brian called back to say his manager was going to take the slide out and assess it to see what the damage was and get back to me. My call was not returned and I called back today to find out what they were going to do to resolve the situation. Brian said that his manager said there was no hole. I said, "well then he didn't fill it up with water because I'm telling you there is a hole in it. How do you explain the fact that it retained NO water." He said, "the kids must have splashed it out!" I said, "the water wouldn't fill up even before any kids used the slide." I asked him to have his manager call me. In the mean time, my husband called and Brian was rude to him and told him if he wanted to come down to the warehouse to look at the slide himself, he could. Very rude, very unprofessional! No support after the slide was delivered and BLATANT lies about the fact that the pool wasn't damaged. We did NOT get what we paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

I used them for my daughters 1st bday. I got a princess jump house. They text me to confirm the night before. They said they'd b there at 830, I scheduled for 9, and they got there about 9:10. This was no problem. It was clean and they set it up perfect. My ONLY complaint is at check out there is a delivery fee on top of the price of the products. I've used others and never had this. I just guessed if they serviced an area there wouldn't b a delivery fee. If I had known before hand of the service charge this would b a 5 star. read more

The bounce house that we rented was very clean and in great condition. Sandbags were provided, since using stakes for bounce houses it not allowed in city parks. Run for the hills! I was a returning customer because they offered me 10% off this year's purchase, so I thought I'd give them a chance to redeem themselves. Equipment was filthy last year (bouncy house) and filthy this year (20' slide). This year, the workers did not anchor the 20' slide to the ground and did not hook up the second inflating fan, so the unit was only partially inflated. I went up to the top of the slide to test for stability and the whole unit/slide almost tipped over with me in it! "If" I didn't do that test, then this thing could have tipped over with all the kids in it during the birthday party. I called their office to come back out to anchor it properly and to bring another inflation fan, and they "did' show up.... but not before their ancient extension cord reel caught fire in my driveway and melted all over my concrete. What a disaster! I wouldn't recommend this outfit due to their lack of safety for their customers, filthy equipment, and shoddy installation. They are very lucky that I have the wherewithal to check their work for safety. If I was not on the ball that day, a lot of children could have gotten badly hurt/killed. I cannot put into words the awful feeling I have towards this company for jeopardizing the safety of my kids; a bunch of chimpanzees with machine guns. Run! read more
