The pricing is super reasonable, there are so many options, delivery and pick up is professional and super easy, and it is pretty easy to get a hold of someone if something goes wrong. This is my second year using this company, and I don't plan on it being my last. The only reason why I gave it a four star review is because this time around, when I paid the deposit, I didn't get a confirmation. When I reached out via email a couple weeks later, someone got back to me within a couple days and was able to locate my order. Also someone is supposed to reach out the day before delivery to confirm drop off time. I didn't get a call or an email the day before or after, but when I emailed them the day of, they got back to me right away. They came when they said they would, they did the setup and take down, the equipment was clean and made the party so much fun! This is a start to finish top flight business. Electronic type contract approval, super reasonable prices, spotless equipment and great communication. I rented the tropical bounce house and it was delivered and picked up on time. Bouncer was clean and new! The kids had so much fun!! I got the add on bubble maker and it was a big hit! I didn't see any prior yelp reviews and was told that because this business didn't want to pay YELP they removed all their prior great reviews. I sure hope this isn't the way YELP operates because that practice flies in the face of providing consumers with accurate information to help them make good buying choIces. I was excited to locate an awesome obstacle course. I was quoted a price. Wasn't told a generator was an extra charge and also necessary until later. I ordered this for a 2 hour party. It wasn't completely set up until 25 mins into the party. And unfortunately it was the main attraction. It couldn't be left unattended after the party because of the generator- we sat in the park with it for almost 2 hours waiting for the driver. Great blow ups. I would have to say they are great!! Communication was always on point with whether that was me emailing or calling! I had kind of a last minute change with dates and I had another birthday party to plan last minute and they were nice and flexible they changed my date with no problem. They made sure Gilbert had the insurance information ahead of time. The gentlemen that set up and broke down the jump house was very nice and polite! He did it all by himself in the heat! They saved the day!!!! My daughters birthday plans were in limbo.
