I love EV bounce. We have used them for rentals year over year. Pickup and drop off are easy, nothing has ever been out of stock or broken. The owners are great, our first year renting i was pregnant and needed to take a post kid birthday party recovery nap before i could return my items, they were super understanding and gave me the time i needed. read more

we had a party on Saturday and we needed extra tables for our party last minute due to a lot more people coming over and they were there to help with tables right away great service I recommend them read more

Love using this company for my kids birthday parties! The pricing is super reasonable, there are so many options, delivery and pick up is professional and super easy, and it is pretty easy to get a hold of someone if something goes wrong. This is my second year using this company, and I don't plan on it being my last. The only reason why I gave it a four star review is because this time around, when I paid the deposit, I didn't get a confirmation. When I reached out via email a couple weeks later, someone got back to me within a couple days and was able to locate my order. Also someone is supposed to reach out the day before delivery to confirm drop off time. I didn't get a call or an email the day before or after, but when I emailed them the day of, they got back to me right away. They came when they said they would, they did the setup and take down, the equipment was clean and made the party so much fun! Even though there were a couple missteps, it was totally made up by their fast communication. Would definitely recommend read more

We used East Valley Bounce for our son's birthday party this weekend. I can't say enough great things about Ashley and her wonderful family business. From the ease of booking a quality bounce house, table, and chairs to the fabulous communication (and even helping us keep an eye on the weather), plus great price points, East Valley Bounce really went above and beyond. Kim and Mike made set up and take down so seamless and were just lovely all around. We can't thank you enough for helping make our party a blast and can't wait to use your services again! We will be recommending East Valley Bounce to all our friends and family. read more

This is a start to finish top flight business. Electronic type contract approval, super reasonable prices, spotless equipment and great communication. I rented the tropical bounce house and it was delivered and picked up on time. Bouncer was clean and new! The kids had so much fun!! I got the add on bubble maker and it was a big hit! I didn't see any prior yelp reviews and was told that because this business didn't want to pay YELP they removed all their prior great reviews. I sure hope this isn't the way YELP operates because that practice flies in the face of providing consumers with accurate information to help them make good buying choIces. East Valley Bounce is highly recommended. read more

I was excited to locate an awesome obstacle course. I was quoted a price. Wasn't told a generator was an extra charge and also necessary until later. I ordered this for a 2 hour party. It wasn't completely set up until 25 mins into the party. And unfortunately it was the main attraction. It couldn't be left unattended after the party because of the generator- we sat in the park with it for almost 2 hours waiting for the driver. Great blow ups. Just really poor communication. read more

I would have to say they are great!! Communication was always on point with whether that was me emailing or calling! I had kind of a last minute change with dates and I had another birthday party to plan last minute and they were nice and flexible they changed my date with no problem. They made sure Gilbert had the insurance information ahead of time. The gentlemen that set up and broke down the jump house was very nice and polite! He did it all by himself in the heat! I will 100% being using them again!! read more

I just recently used East Valley Bounce for the 2nd time for my grandsons birthday party and they exceeded my expectations yet again. From the start communication was great. Even with me having to make multiple changes they were patient & kind willing to accommodate. Their prices are reasonable & I love all of the add on options like the games, cotton candy machine, popcorn cart etc. Delivery and pick up were prompt which was great since we were at a park & not a residence. I would highly recommend using East Valley and will definitely be using them again! Thank you for helping make my grandsons party a success. read more

We had a wonderful experience with East Valley Bounce! From the ease of reserving a bounce house on their online system, to communication in setting up delivery/pick up, to the reliability of the team setting up the bounce house at a city park, and the cleanliness of the rental - everything was top notch!! Not to mention all the kids had a blast bouncing away! We even had the option to order a banner with the bounce house that matched our party theme. We would definitely recommend their services to our friends! Thank you East Valley Bounce! read more

They saved the day!!!! My daughters birthday plans were in limbo. We are struggling to create a good birthday for her without being able to invite a lot of friends from school due to social distancing measures. We called them the day before the party. They were efficient friendly and well priced. Even with the last-minute notice we got an amazing bounce house that made my daughter day. They've included a free unicorn birthday banner. The whole process was almost effortless for us. The people setting up the bounce house were amazing and kind. If you call they will answer your call quickly or call you back just as quickly. I highly suggest using this company for your bounce house needs. read more

They guys have some of the best bounce houses and water slides I have ever rented! All of their rentals are clean and seem to be brand new. We have rented from them several times and they always communicate accurately on when they will arrive to drop off and pick up the rental. Their water slides are especially great in the summer time not only did the kids love the. But the adults didn't want to stop slipping and sliding too! I highly recommend these guys for their great products and services! read more
