They were friendly throughout the booking process and delivery + pickup were smooth and on time! If you have kiddos over the age of 1-2, I highly recommend booking the bounce house with a slide! The older kiddos got bored with the castle pretty quickly and it honestly was empty most of the party. That surprised me! Just my two cents. ;) I will definitely be ordering a bounce house from Inflate Forty Eight again!!! And their water slides look super fun too. Thanks so much for making my son's first birthday extra special!

They were friendly and seemed happy to get the inflatables up and running. We rented the Sports Club Bounce House and Adrenaline Rush Obstacle Course. They were exactly what we expected, clean, and tons of fun. This alone would have merited five stars! Then, though the set-up and clean-up times had been clearly communicated to me, I still gave a call at the end of the event to see if there was any way someone might be able to come sooner to pick the inflatables up since the crowd had cleared sooner than expected. Someone from AZ Inflatable Events arrived so that I could leave the park, and I was surprised to see it was not the clean-up crew! I believe it was someone from the office or who was supposed to be off duty, as they were going to wait for the clean-up crew to arrive for me. It was incredibly kind, above-and-beyond customer service. Arizona Inflatable Events will always be my first resort.

I chose this company based on the high reviews and disappointed I didn't get the positive…read moreexperience as everyone else that did. I did get a phone call the day before the party and confirmed the time frame of drop off and set up would be between 12-12:30pm. I paid for a bounce house as well as paid for staff to stay throughout the party to watch the bounce house. The day of the party, no one showed up at the time they would so of course I had to reach out. It was 1pm and the person said his dad is in traffic but would be there soon. He didn't arrive until 2pm and by the time he finished setting up, it was 2:30pm. During the party, he didn't really watch the kids and even had to tell me he needed to leave early to pick up another bounce house that was an hour away. I had to ask the venue to allow him to leave the bounce house until the next day. Luckily, the venue agreed but that shouldn't have been my responsibility. So not only did he arrive late, he also left early. I reached out for a partial refund for the tardiness and early leave for what I paid for staff to stay. I did not get anything back. Such a disappointment. The only plus side was that the bounce house was clean and looked well maintained.
