I used this company years ago and left a glowing review ..... what a difference a few years make. I guess the business was bought out by a bounce house company (which is fine), but my problem is that they have not updated their website. I just drove all the way to their location on Encanto. The location is basically a warehouse with no showroom, and was tricky to find. I was ready to order tables, chairs, dishes, glasses, flatware, tablecloths for a party, only to find that they don't offer most of that stuff anymore.....even though it is all still advertised as available on their website. I just wasted a few hours and now need to start looking for a new company from scratch. Disappointing. read more

The people that own this business apparently own Arizona Bounce Around. Here is my experience with them. I wouldn't touch this place with any serious event that you have. Use A-Z Rents they know how to do Parties. If you are a school or PTO, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! It is a bait and switch operation. I can see why this is a 1 star operation. The only reason they get one star is that their equipment is great and their person they sent to set it up and stay was amazing. Other than that. Their contract is draconian and they don't stand behind their quote. I signed a contract for a date that was during their "peak season". They were very aware of the dates I was holding the event. When I went to pay the contract that I had already signed for one price they told me, "Oh well you are holding your event in "peak season" and it is 25% more. I said to them that they were aware of the date of my event and that they should have estimated it for their "peak season" (They kept repeating this word as if I had never booked a hotel room during "peak season"). I had another estimate for practically the same price and chose this group as it appeared initially that they were the more professional. Boy was I wrong. I was over a barrel and had to pay for the item at the price they requested as this was an event for over 200 people and I had a week until it was going to occur. They were unavailable to discuss the problem, when I did discuss the problem they treated me like I was unreasonable in asking them to stand behind their original quote. The event almost had to be cancelled due to weather and wind. (It was an outdoor movie). I was informed at that time that I would be charged, weather or not. I could reschedule but if I cancelled I was on the hook for the entire cost. It was almost like they were happy about it. This was a school event 5 weeks before the end of the school year. No possibility of changing the date during their "peak season". I wonder what they would have said, "OK, lets do it next year." I'm sure they would have said, ok but that will be 25% more as it will be peak season and prices will be higher next year. What a sucky place. BTW, if you do care about your reviews I'm signing an agreement for over $2000 in bouncy. houses on Monday. Not with your company. read more

I helped my sister setup for her daughter's first birthday. First stop, the day before the party, was to White Knight Party Rentals to pickup the bounce house, kids' table, and mini chairs. Not the easiest place to find but the building is setup to make it easy to pull around back and have your items loaded by the staff there. The guys fit it all in the back the SUV, and gave us great tips on how to fold it up when we are ready to return it. They were very friendly and easy to work with for pickup and drop off. Next time, we feel like it would have been worth it to pay the $60 delivery charge for setup and tear down, if your order doesn't meet the minimum. If your order is big enough, delivery, setup, and tear down is included. Even the small bounce house was very large and cumbersome for us. We did it just fine though, thanks to their easy tips on how to fold it back up. Highly recommended. It was a great experience. We will definitely use them again. read more

There is nothing in this world that my son loves more than bounce houses, so it seemed like a great idea to rent one for his birthday party. However, leave it to White Knight Party Rentals to almost royally screw up the party and leave a bunch of kids with nowhere to bounce...... When I placed my order, over a month in advance, I clearly stated the time I would need the rentals by. Of course I was told that it would not be a problem. I even volunteered for their first available delivery time of 5am to 9am. I didn't care if I had to get my ass up at the butt crack of dawn to take delivery of my rentals because this party was THAT important to me. The day before the party I called to confirm and yet again I was told that my order would arrive before 9am. I was even transferred to the jackass in charge of routing the deliveries who said it wouldn't be a problem. Of course, the day of the party, at around 8:30am is when the fun really started. I was getting nervous so I called White Knight Party Rentals to make sure everything was on schedule. I was told they were "on the way" and would be to me "soon". At 9:30 I called again and was told pretty much the same thing. This went on a few more times at which point I was told some bullshit story about how the truck had a dead battery. Anyway, White Knight Party Rentals was over an hour late to my party. I will never use White Knight Party Rentals again and I suggest you don't either. The delivery people were very nice and very quick. It is not easy to set up a bounce house with 15 kids running around. Oh, and the White Knight Party Rentals delivery people told me they didn't have a dead battery; they simply weren't told when I needed the equipment. To be honest though, their prices are fair and they do have quality rental gear. read more

I rented chairs and tables for my engagement party and I had a wonderful experience with this company. The follow up call was fast, I mean its like a few hours after I reserved it on their website and voila! I got a call from them which is great. The customer service is amazing, I was not charged extra when I called them to check if they're willing to move my pick up date. Whether you have a big party or a small gathering, this company is the perfect to do business with. read more

So thankful to White Knight! For my wife's birthday we invited 60 people to our house for a party. WK was so friendly and helpful with the reservation, made some suggestions, and were so nice. We must have changed our order 10 times, adding and removing things. The setup was fast, delivery was on time, pickup the day after was easy. Inflatable TV screen and sound system was great. Speakers were sooo worth it because it distributes the sound. You can hear it everywhere without blasting. read more

I had a backyard party for about 40 people and rented tables and chairs for the event. I put the reservation in on their website and they followed up with me very quickly. My party was on a Saturday and they even let me know they could pick up on Monday AM instead of Sunday afternoon, which was much more convenient for me, and it was no extra charge. They delivered the tables and chairs early on Saturday, which was fine with me and picked up promptly on Monday morning. The tables were in fine condition (I had tablecloths so I didn't care if they were banged up on the top) and the chairs were actually more comfortable than I thought they would be. I was worried they'd be cheap and flimsy but they were pretty sturdy. I did not pay for set up and tear down so I can't speak to that. They just brought everything into my yard and I took it from there. Overall I was very happy with the service and the quality of the rentals. I would definitely use White Knight again. read more

I'm really impressed with this place! I had a small order of 20 chairs, 3 tables, a trash can, beverage dispenser and linens. Everything was very clean and that was amazing. They guys at the shop are friendly and helpful. Check in and out process was so simple! They are now called aba=arizona bounce around. You can rent a variety of things. Without a doubt I'll use them for my next event!! read more

They were on time, everything was in amazing condition, they were kind enough to set up, even though i hadn't paid for that service and they picked up first thing the day we agreed The price was extremely reasonable also. Definitely give them a thumbs up, would recommend them and WILL definitely use them in the future. THEY MADE THANKSGIVING A LOT EASIER! THANK YOU! read more

The items we rented were in perfect shape! The two young men that showed up to deliver and pick-up were so personable and efficient, working quickly. Delivery and pick-up were right on time! I will definitely use White Knight/AZ PARTY ZONE for all our future party needs!!! read more

These guys are great. We ordered tables, chairs, linens, and propane heaters for a backyard holiday dinner party. They delivered on time (actually a little earlier in the morning than we expected) and they picked up on time. The delivery guys are very hard workers and do a good job. Like another reviewer said, the contract says curbside drop off, but they brought our stuff to the back yard. The customer service over the phone was very friendly too. They are pretty meticulous with reviewing and confirming your order to make sure you receive everything that you need for your event. Will definitely use them again if we ever have another party at the house. read more

Rented chairs. They are easy to work with and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting the shop before you rent as online pictures might not fully represent the product. Was going to rent resin chairs. On visit they showed me resin chairs and I thought they looked cheap (cause resin chairs are just plastic after all). They recommend other chairs. I loved how the fruit tree wood chair looked so I got that. read more

They are Amazing!!! Fast Service easy to work with, there was some confusion on the pick up time but they fixed that. I will for sure use them for all parties, and spread the word they are the ones to use for any event!! read more

White Knight Party Rentals is probably one of the best businesses I've come across a while. One word to describe them: URGENT. I had a last minute oder, and they were able to accommodate me immediately. They were fast, professional, and efficient. I would DEFINITELY use them again for future rental needs. read more

I am very happy that I found White Knight Party Rentals. I had two events last spring and used two different party rental companies that were located near each location. The quality of the equipment and timeliness of delivery that I received from White Knight was exceptional so I decided to use them for all of our events. We just used them this week and people commented on how nice the tents were. They were nice and professional looking, and that added a nice element to our event. People probably would not have noticed or commented if they were lesser quality, but they did appreciate the equipment provided by White Knight. Successful events are all in the details! read more

I recently used White Knight party rentals for my daughter's birthday party. I only needed a tent and a heater but they treated me no different than I imagine they would treat a larger customer. They were really professional and accommodated every request I had, even when I had to move my event two weeks later. I opted to pick up and drop off the items, and they were really helpful loading and unloading everything for me. Their prices were unbeatable and that's why I chose them - I'm so glad I did. I'm sure they will be my "go to" for my next event as well. Give them a try you won't be sorry! read more

GREAT Experience! Great service delivering furniture. Furniture was in top condition and really completed my event! Highly recommend!!

I am so glad that we used White Knight Party Rentals for our party! I made the initial order on on the phone. The man that helped me was very patient as I asked questions. About 2 weeks later I needed to add some more items to my order. Again, very nice and patient. We went to pick up the items because the delivery charge was way too much for getting the items to Peoria. The guys there were welcoming and great in loading all of our items. The linens were perfect too. I will use them anytime we need rentals even though they are 40 minutes away from us! read more

Well I agree with Roxana - This was about the worst customer service I have ever experienced !!!! In the customer service industry and this is why I am writing this . There contract states there phone conversations mean nothing only what the contract says !!!! Yep the are true to that for sure as they had the time wrong on the contract and then said they would change to time and when I asked about that after I had a issue with the Toni g of it all they used the contract against what they agreed to verbally !!! I guess you at allowed to say what ever you want and then change it on the contract and then ague with the customer when they question it !!! That's what you get when you deal with this company. Just thought the public should be aware of the ethics of this company and there employees!!! read more

White Knight was seriously amazing to work with for our 600 person Grand Opening event. Through all the changes we had to this event, and there were A LOT of changes, White Knight never said no and were never difficult to work. We were changing the order and the delivery time all the way up to the day before the event and they were awesome every step of the way. The delivery guy even helped us move our cake from another vendor! So nice! Once we set up our event, we realized we needed another table. White Knight delivered another table and linen within the hour! Hands down, we will use again! read more

I've used them for my kids birthday 2 years in a row. It was a great experience every time. The customer service is excellent from the website, to the office, to the delivery guys. The jumper was clean and fairly priced. The delivery and pick up has always been right on time. I definitely would recommend them to anyone. Be nice and tip the delivery guys, but also what they would like most is a cold bottle of water. read more

I had a great experience with White Knight Party Rentals. The staff is very friendly and their party packages are customizable. My sons' birthday party went so smooth and everybody was impressed. I rented 2 tables, 12 chairs, and linens for our Christmas Dinner. The customer service was wonderful and everything was on time. For the price i would still recommend this company but would ask to make sure the rentals arrived clean. The tables were pretty dirty and the chairs were VERY dirty--the seats were dusty/dirty and the legs and tops seemed to have mud splattered on them. We had to spend significant time wiping them down. I also received two different "white" tablecloths, which with a large order i could understand, but for just two tables i think they could have had a little more attention to detail. The difference was pretty obvious. I hate to knock off stars because again they were on time and friendly, but the equipment was just too dirty! read more

Incredible first class service! Eddie and Ricardo set delivered the rentals exactly where I wanted them. White Knight scheduled the pick up and delivery window and everything was delivered in perfect condition at the indicated time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

I have used several party rental companies in the Valley and White Knight was by far the friendliest and easiest to work with. We rented a 9 X 5 inflatable movie screen and had a very successful experience. We picked up from the office and was given a thorough explanation about how to set up the equipment, best practices, and more. Very fairly priced and reasonable to work with. We will definitely be back! read more

This past weekend was the first time I placed an order with White Knight Party Rentals. They will continue to gain my business over and over. Cost: Some of their pricing is high although for the large basics they were very reasonable. Timing: They gave us an hour window of when they were going to deliver and they were right on time. Customer Service: They were SO easy to deal with. My initial order was easy to place. I called twice to make additions and each time the changes were made with ease. Delivery: They were SO friendly!!! Do yourself a favor and just place your order with them. Event planning is stressful enough, let White Knight handle the details. read more

Our friends at WK are always there with whatever Party or Event Rentals we need.... I can count on it being clean and in very good condition, unlike some other rental companies around town who's name I won't mention! As an industry partner we find the folks at WK to be as professional and honest as they come. We'll continue to partner with WK to serve the Valley in the coming year and get the job handled. I was on the planning committee for the Junior League of Phoenix's Legacy Celebration. This is one of our big annual fundraisers, with typical attendance of 200-300 people. The owner, Ken was so easy to work with. He responded very quickly and was very responsive to our every need. The invoice was itemized and easy to break down, and rates are very competitive. We rented all of the tables, chairs, and linens for our event this year through White Knight. Delivery was right on time, as was the pickup. I would highly recommend Ken and White Knight and will likely be reaching out to them for any future needs whether it be for personal or business. read more

Excellent customer service- delivered in time frame indicated- great quality tables, chairs and linens for a fair price. Was a bit frustrating on the pick up end and had to call a couple times to nail down a time - ended up putting the items in front driveway area so we didn't have to wait for pick up. I will use them again but will probably nail down the pick up ahead of time. read more

This is the BEST party rental companies out there! They offer a wide range of products at great prices. We have rented backyard movie screens, tables, chairs and a water slide on separate occasions. The delivery personal are friendly and helpful and go through how to set everything up and explain best practices so we would have a successful movie night. I would highly recommend White Knight Party Rentals! read more

Amazing and prompt customer service. They truly went above and beyond and are more than reasonable on their delivery fees. Had a great experience with White Knight rentals. Easy to rent online, less expensive than AZ rentals, checked in with me day before to narrow delivery window, called me day of to give me 20 minutes heads up. Delivered tables, chairs, linens & heat lamps without damaging my backyard. Everything looked great & worked properly. Gave me a pickup window for next day & came within that window without any problems or damaging anything. I'd definitely recommend them & use them again for future events. read more
