I'm not an ex-con so maybe that's why they let me go during the pandemic. I expected to not be treated as though I was in a prison with mandatory overtime almost every single day. They also let somewhere around 30+ other people go during the pandemic as well. So maybe it wasn't that. I was hired on as the IT Administrator. I was told the company had many projects in my department that I was going to be implementing once I started. After finishing all the projects, including getting everyone set up for work from home, they let me go during the pandemic in May. I was let go 1 day before I would have been eligible for my medical/dental/vision etc. I would highly recommend NOT working here or doing business with them. Especially considering the seedy behind the scenes stuff that goes on. The things I heard while working on the computers on the sales floor with what they did with customer accounts would make heads ROLL there. Also they don't have anything to do with OSHA. They make "customized" manuals that help you get OSHA compliant. All the information they give can be found on the OSHA website.

Since I was a loyal customer, and my daughter still needed a lot of work behind the wheel, I asked if we could have a small discount on our next hourly session. To my surprise, they said no. I took my business elsewhere and within 3 hours my daughter finally understood how the traffic lights in Arizona typically flow and how to turn left on a flashing yellow. NControl isn't bad. But if you're wanting the best, this isn't it.

I loved Nikki in the office. She was my first impression to NControl and she is AWESOME! She was very informative and could relate to a new teenage driver being on the road. Nikki got my teenager enrolled and we were off and driving pretty quick. We were able to schedule our lessons ahead of time so long as my driver was doing his "homework" between lessons. The driving sessions are 2 hours long, which is (was) long for a teenager, but we built up to those with several 60-90 minute sessions at home. The skid pad day was fun as it actually rained for a little bit giving the drivers some wet conditions. All of the instructors were very patient and professional, but I have to say Chuck was the favorite as my son had him twice for lessons. If you are in the east valley and need a great driving school, NControl is a no brainer!

There's plenty of homework. Do it all, a few times The teachers aren't great about answering questions in an understandable way (example- some asks about question "X". The teacher responds "well it's obviously not A or C so that leaves B or D and B is clearly the better answer of those two. Any more questions?" Umm...if we knew all of that was "clear" we wouldn't ask. I waited to take my school exam until a couple months after finishing school and I had time to really study and retake the exams they give in the packet. I passed my second time. I did buy some of the study materials (flash cards, dictionary and the practice exams on CD) I found these helpful and essential to my learning. Highly recommend the CD!! I passed the state exams the first time.

I live in the SE part of the valley, so that is too far for me. I decided to give the Gilbert campus a try, and I'm very glad that I did. It was very easy to sign up for classes and the two ladies at the front desk, Kerstin and Charmaine, are very friendly and helpful. The instructors are all very professional, knowledgeable and available to help. Most of them even give their contact information so you can ask them questions outside of class. Most importantly, even though I took the Crash Course, which the instructors say is like drinking from a fire hose, I was able to pass both the school test and the state test on the first try. I couldn't have asked for more than that.

I was terrified to put my daughter In school as a first time mom. I actually couldn't handle the anxiety so I pulled her out after I was sobbing all day the first day she was gone. Well, penny and the staff were not only empathetic but made me feel comfortable doing things on my own time table. So when I decided to try again a week later I was welcomed with open arms. The quality of the teachers here feels more like a family. Everyone in the school helps each other. Miss Jazzy, Miss Caitlin, really every single teacher I have ever met has made me feel like home. They all know your child and love your child. Miss Wulan and Miss Ann Marie were her home room teachers and wow. These woman.. they don't make them like this anymore! Positive, loving, personal, engaged are only a few ways to describe them. They have been absolutely instrumental to Logan's growth and experience. She has thrived and become a social butterfly. These teachers never look tired and are always up beat. Ms Chrystal at the front desk always welcomes you with warmth and familiarity and never judged how many incident reports my daughter had. I was always met with comfort and understanding whenever I was worried about something my Daughter had done! And the school is owned and managed by Penny who is a GEM of a human being. These women are loving, smart, and are valued so much. They deserve the world and I'm so grateful to have found them. From the very first visit, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell the team really loves what they do. Our main teacher is always so happy around the children, you can feel her joy, and it really stood out compared to other places we toured. All the teachers are kind and smiling, and they take the time to connect with both the children and the parents. It's such a warm, supportive environment. Literally everyone is so nice! Another huge factor for us was safety and peace of mind. As a parent, being able to drop off your child without worrying is everything, and this preschool makes that possible. The classroom ratios are low, the environment is always clean, the sign-in process is secure, and they're thoughtful about food and nutrition. We've also had no issues with recurring colds or back-to-back illnesses, which has been such a relief. All of that makes a big difference. They've also been incredibly flexible, willing to work with us to make sure our child feels comfortable, whether that means bringing a favorite stuffy from home or making food & drink accommodations. They even have an easy, healthy lunch ordering system, which has been such a plus for our busy mornings. There are always fun activities and themes planned, plus special events like Splash Days and the petting zoo! We get daily updates (naps, meal times) and photos, which we look forward to every day. Our child is always excited to go, and it's clear the other children are happy too. This location has such a cozy, close-knit feel, and the whole team is just wonderful. Lastly, the school was incredibly supportive when my husband, my daughter's dad, passed away very unexpectedly in November. They immediately put our tuition on hold, reserved our place, sent gifts to our home for my daughter, and helped make it as smooth of a transition as possible when she returned to school 2 months later. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and compassion during such a difficult time. A special shoutout to Ms. Maria and Ms. Re'Shon for being so great with my daughter these last few months.

The teacher's here are amazing, they really do care about the kiddos and every single child has a special spot in their hearts. If I had a child, I couldn't imagine bringing them any where else. The facility is top notch clean, always has new and fun educational toys, and every teacher is always wearing a smile and ready to endure a fun filled day! Julie Costello (who is the owner) is really an amazing, genuine, thoughtful, and caring person. She cares about the safety and well being of EVERY child there. She will be there for you if you are ever having any issues and always has the best solutions. She is what makes WMG so different than any other facility. I was sent a selfie of her WITH a staff member with her shirt soaked, as if that's acceptable. My daughter was sent with two pairs of clothes and bibs packed. I've seen kids crawling under cribs with TWO teachers in the room. I just want other parents to be informed and mindful before allowing your child to attend Watch Me Grow.

I think you are definitely on the right track with getting him tested for speech and seeing what other ways the school district can assist you in your academic journey. Zippy is amazing! He is highly professional and prompt to respond to emails and questions. Even before we met, I had no doubts that I had made the right choice by hiring him for my son's 5th birthday party. He arrived on time and looked professional (actually he arrived 15 minutes early in order to prepare his 'balloon station'). He set up a nice table with awesome visual displays. The kids loved seeing all of their options laid out in front of them like a balloon animal 'menu'. And his display showed only a tiny fraction of what Zippy could do! The kids swarmed him as soon as he was set up and I didn't see a single unhappy "customer". You honestly have to see this guy in action to believe it. The kids weren't walking away with wimpy swords or flimsy poodles. I-kid-you-not, I saw a Spider-Man shooting a twisty web, a monkey climbing a tree with bananas on it, an alien riding a motorcycle, and even a Despicable Me Minion (for my youngest kiddo, Milo). He was great with all the kids; patient, calm and kind. I actually overheard three kids tell their moms they wanted him for their next birthday party! There wasn't a lull in 'customers' for Zippy the entire time he was at the party; there was always a kid (or adult!) patiently waiting for him to twist up something awesome. I would also like to mention that Zippy made more balloon 'things' in 1.5 hours than I could've ever imagined or hoped for! Most kids left with at least one giant trash bag full of crazy, cool balloon creations (some with two or more!). Zippy exceeded my expectations in every way. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation! And for any event! (I've never seen so many adults smiling over balloon animals! Ha!) Zippy is a wonderful entertainer for all events and all ages! Zippy is the zippiest, most amazing balloon guy ever!! Before scheduling with him, I took the time to shop around, and he not only had the best price in the Valley, his kindness and sense of humanity on the phone spoke volumes to make my decision. We had Zippy for our community event this week, and I could not be happier! He is so fast twisting his balloons that way more kids than we expected were able to get a ballon. He twisted about 60 balloons, maybe more as we lost count after tickets were out and yet he kept zipping and twisting! The quality of his work is above the line, creative and fun!!! We hired Jerry for a Memorial Day weekend event at a resort in which over 200 children were in attendance. Despite the inflatable bounce houses, water slides and other events throughout the property Jerry was the main attraction. For both Saturday and Sunday Jerry had a constant crowd of both children and adults surrounding him. He never stopped smiling and he seems to genuinely enjoy the people he interacts with while twisting. He even has a few jokes to tell during his performances. Zippy was hired by Joe's Real BBQ for their free BBQ day. I was there alone with my 3 littles and it was very busy and crowded as you would expect. Zippy was so kind and patient with all the kids not so patiently waiting for their balloons. He was able to quickly make the different balloon creatures each child asked for, and even made an extra effort to make me a balloon baby because he noticed that I was expecting. My little boys can't stop talking about Zippy's balloons!!! Their favorites are the dinosaur and the electric guitar. Mine was a ladybug wristband. Zippy's professionalism and kindness at our little birthday party was fabulous! It worked out perfect:-) I hired him to come to Peter Piper for an hour or two. There were a couple of other birthday parties at the same time and it was really nice that he gave preference to our group but I was happy to share the gift of his talents to other littles there! I had never contacted a company before to help with party entertainment, consequently I was a bit hesitant. I could not be more pleased with Zippy! I was contacted in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. The follow up prior to my party was a welcome relief where we made sure we were on the same page. Zippy arrived on time and the kids had a great time (as did the adults). Santa spoke to all the kids and took all the time that was needed for pictures. We reached out last minute to see if we could get Santa at our home on Christmas Eve and were pleasantly surprised when we were fit into the busy holiday schedule. Santa kept us informed of his departure and arrival and the kids were beyond impressed with the certificates, photos and gifts that Santa brought. What a great experience! Showing up as the Easter Bunny and his involvement with everyone is outstanding!! The kids were very excited and absolutly loved him, almost as much as the parents. Zippy (Easter Bunny) came bearing gifts of special made balloon art of a bunny of course lol and passed them out to each child. Zippy was great. We'd first seen him at a resort in Scottsdale and knew we needed to book him for our son's 5th birthday. He is extremely professional and arrived 15 minutes early in order to set up his table for the kids. He interacted with them and was incredibly accommodating to a horde of 5 year olds with ambitious balloon animal demands. :-) He was fantastic, and we would 100% book him again for our next childrens' party. I sent in a request to Yelp for a balloon delivery, and they sent it to several businesses. Zippy Entertainment responded within 30 minutes, while the business I originally tried to contact didn't respond until the next day. My email conversations with them were answered within minutes over the next couple of days as we worked together to get exactly what I was looking for. Zippy was great at our school event. He had a grand entrance greeting all the kids and families. Families had a great time taking pictures and talking to Santa about their Christmas wish lists. Omg! Kids had a blast! Came in character and stayed in character till he left. Very interactive. Kiddos were entertained the entire time. She was able to entertain a rambunctious group of 3 and 4 year olds and kept them all engaged. The kids loved the face painting and activity and it kept them all busy while the parents had a chance to eat (always a plus!). We opted for the 90-minute package and are glad we did. I would definitely look into the larger packages in the future. Elsa was worth it! Sara was great as well. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, providing wonderful tips for kids parties. Leading up to the party she provided several recommendations and helped make our party planning easier. We will definitely plan to reach out again in the future and look forward to seeing Elsa (or another princess) again soon!
