Best experience ever! This is the first year we had a birthday party for my son that we invited 20+ kids. AJ made this so easy and stress free! Price was by far the best and was able to set up at a park which a lot of places don't. Alan was the one who came and set it. He was so professional and such a sweetheart! He arrived right on time and was able to set up the jump house in no time! Was such a big hit for all the kids! Couldn't get them out! Alan came back was able to take it down without any issues. The was another young gentleman named AJ as well who made it so easy! Thank you for helping make my son's birthday party a success!! Will definitely be using them again for future functions!! read more

First time getting a water slide for my 1 yr old son birthday party turned out to be a miss at the end. One of are friend notice a sprinkler was blasting a lot of water from a stake that they put in to stabilize the slide. So, I had to turn off the water, so that means the water on the slide didn't work as will. Luckily the slide was still wet enough for the kids to slide. I talked to the guy who installed the slide about the damage. I didn't yell at him because I know it was an accident so, I still give him $20 tips and ask him to have the boss call me about the situation. The next day come, nobody called me so I had to call them. They told me they never got that message but that didn't get me mad. What made me mad was when they didn't apologize what happened, they blame me that it was my fault that I didn't tell the guy where the sprinkler was and they lecture me how I should of done the next time??? I thought I hired a professional guys to install a water slide? Why don't the guy ask me where the sprinkler is before he install the slide? We were nice to the guy, I gave him some water bottle and ask him if he needs help (twic) but he said he was ok? They where not willing to pay my damage in till I had to be aggressive about it. They ask me they will pay 1/2 the damage bill, or if I don't except it they won't pay anything. So, I gave up and take that offer. I wasnt even asking for a refound, i just wanted to have them fix my sprinkler. Oh will, They are not getting my service. No customer service at all. I would give them a 5 star if they apologize and will fix my damage. Like I said it was an accident but they were SUPER rude and made customer pay for the damage that the company have should of take responsible :/ The only good thing was the kids loved the slide.... just the first hours. Hopefully other customer who hires them don't get the same situation what I did. Wish you good luck. read more

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars!! Such helpful staff! My son is afraid of bounce houses so I was recommended a slide that was the perfect size and everything! His 2nd birthday was so much fun! He was able to get in and out with no problem. We also ordered a bubble machine (which was his favorite!) and a cotton candy machine! Everything was super clean and quickly put out and set up. Also, everything was reasonable priced for the items we received. Adults got on the slide and it was a huge hit!! I will definitely be ordering from them again! It was just the best day ever :) **Not the best photos but he was sooo happy!!** read more

Our church has used Slide and Bounce for a few years but this was my first year in the role of using them and I have to say that they were OUTSTANDING. Being in the customer service industry, this company (especially AJ) delivered above and beyond service. Being in charge of events can be overwhelming and AJ and his team handled everything seamlessly. The original rock wall they were setting up had a problem and within an hour before our event began AJ had found another Rock Wall and had it set up for our event. I can not say enough good things about this company and team!!!! read more

The woman i corresponded with was so friendly and accommodating! I called with only a week in advance to rent a Rockwall and a bounce house for my son's birthday. She helped me decide on the perfect bounce house, and made the process so easy. They brought the bounce house early to set up, and then brought the Rockwall early too! All the staff was so respectful and kind to my guests and I. Bounce house was clean and kept the kids highly entertained. I will be using this company for many years to come! read more

This year marks the 4th time we have used Slide and Bounce Around for a kids party. The people are very responsive, they arrive when they say they will, they have everything that could possibly be needed for set up (tarps, electrical cords etc), and the equipment is always in good shape. The setup team was very understanding and engaging when my very excited 8 year old is talking their ear off about the upcoming birthday party and they're trying to set up a 12 foot tall water slide. I wouldn't even consider calling someone else. read more

Used Slide & Bounce Around for a party this weekend and everything was great! Highly recommended and will definitely use again!

From start to finish, this company rocks! The staff is very nice to work with and they were thorough in helping me figure out which exact product would suit our needs since our 16-yr-old surprised us by asking for a bounce house to begin with. We thought this was a product that was only for little kids! Slide & Bounce Around told us that teens rent these all the time and which bounce house would be perfect for our sweet 16 bday party needs. And it was. All was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend Slide & Bounce Around and will use them again for sure! read more
