Nice website & good videos but that is where it ends. I payed the $296 for their online course and got a nice webpages saying thanks for paying, you will receive an Email with instructions. I got nothing, I waited 2 days and no Email. I called several times and all I got was a message saying their Voice System is full so no message could be placed. Then, I made an appointment online (as per their website instructions), a few minutes before the appointment, I got a text saying that they will call me, none called me. I tried making another appointment and same thing, none called. I waited 2 weeks and nothing. I had to contact my CC to ask them to cancel the charges. What a pain!!! read more

Beware of this deceitful online money making operation. They advertise a price for the course, $997 when I bought it, but you can't access it unless you also pay a monthly fee of $97 for the "Elite Lab." I didn't remember authorizing that so I raised the issue with them and cancelled the "Elite Lab" sub(scription). They didn't respond to the help ticket. Ten days later i decided to see if I could access the course without the "Elite Lab" sub. You can't. Now they were only asking $49 for the sub. So I paid it. But then I wasn't able to access any of the lessons. I put in a help ticket but I got no response, not even an automatic one. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company. I cancelled the "Elite Lab" sub. Now I can't access the course and I'm out $997. The course material appears legit but I'm not an expert so I can't speak to its value. Remember just because there's videos and pictures of people online who claim to be the staff of the school that doesn't mean that they are still in control of the entity calling itself CRS. The whole thing could have been bought out by a sleaze or they just decided that easy money was better than honest work. They might not answer help tickets because they're on vacation living high on the hog with your money. I wish I had checked Yelp and BBB first. read more

There was little to learn from the "Cell Phone Repair Essentials Course". I think it should have been combined with "Cell Phone Troubleshooting Course". You cannot get anywhere with the Repair Essentials Course. After paying more than $600 for both courses, they still did not teach me how to perform basic tasks like checking ESN, no mention of Icloud, no LCD repair, no info on unlocking cell phones etc. The courses are full of unnecessary stuff like history of cell phones etc which is totally useless. Just teach people how to repair cell phones, period. Go to youtube and if you are patient enough, you can find videos that are better than what they have. I decided not to take the LCD refurbishing course with them and learnt everything on youtube in a day. Saved me $300!!!! In my opinion they should be charging $100 for their courses, nothing more. I went to CRS about three years ago. It was a good learning experience. I would give the class itself a 4 star rating. They promised a lifetime access to the online school they have when you attend in person. I loved that part of it because you can stay on top of the new phones and tablets that come out. I had access to that for my first year. They made some changes and I could no longer access it. I tried calling and emailed them several times to no avail. I also bought 10 Cellibrite cell phone systems from them. Approximately 10,000.00. They took the money and did not pay the company for them. We kept getting billed and never did get our access codes because cellibrite never received payment on them. The class was great and our teacher was too but don't believe in the lifetime online school access and I wouldn't buy anything from them that you can't get while there.
