We met Joyce about 6 weeks before the party and shared our vision with her regarding our desired theme. We really wanted a natural feel to the party using herbs and succulents, burlap and natural fabrics. Other than that we didn't give her much direction, but she proved to us that she didn't need it! We were absolutely blown away with the final product. Never in our wildest dreams did we ever think we could have such beautiful decorations and tablescapes, it was exactly our vision X100! Joyce created an amazing backdrop behind our buffet table out of wood pallets. She printed some of the food images off of our website onto wood and hung them throughout the backdrop. There was a galvanized sign in lights with the word EAT spelled out. It was absolutely beautiful; all of our guests were amazed. She had customs napkins made up with our logo, succulents scattered throughout the various tables, adorable signs identifying our menu items...we could go on and on. She not only decorated our main dining room table, but also put together the most adorable table for the kids complete with craft paper and wooden boxes of markers to keep the kids occupied while the adults enjoyed a more relaxed dinner of their own. Our table was even more amazing with fresh flowers in an antique wooden tool box surrounded by greens all atop a burlap table runner, linen napkins with sprigs of fresh rosemary, personal bottles of wine and small succulents in glass jars that served as place cards for our guests. And beyond the table setting, Joyce laid out a beautiful wine-themed cheese and fruit platter for our guests to enjoy before dinner. Rarely if ever do I see coaches on cell phones. Staff/coaches look out for all kids even if not a kid in their class. All coaches seem to love the kids and what they do. They are also willing to share their time/knowledge about other coaches or classes not just their own. My kids love Coach Marcus and Coach Peyton, great energy/examples for kids. I'm always entertained by these big guys (coaches) working with small/sometimes tiny kids, gentle but still teaching them how to have fun safely. Love that Coach Marcus doesn't let my older child slide, within a group of different sized kids/skills, he still knows exactly what he is capable of, challenges him and will teach him how to do something specific 1 on 1. Both Peyton and Marcus don't seem to mind/are entertained when either of my kids takes a moment to dance or be goofy in middle of class. Dakota (program manager)is always floating around the gym, helping out in a class, teaching a class or helping a kid master a skill-he singled out my oldest recently to help 1 on 1. And he has worked with my youngest son as well. BHe seems to know or is familiar with all the kids across various classes- ninja and gymnastics, calls them by name and encourages or teaches them as he walks by. All the staff truly cares about all the kids in the gym whether in their class or not. Front gals (Kaitlyn & others)are always friendly/helpful. Kayla (manager )seems to do it all- with patience and a smile. Always Amazing Energy packed music that provides me with energy too. Management must good to their staff because they all seem to love the job/kids and stay- no constant turnover like you see other places. We had my daughter's birthday party here today and we're pretty disappointed. We just did the…read moreunicorn encounter because we were doing a small group with just a few kiddos. The whole reason we did this for her birthday is because my daughter is a strong believer in unicorns and absolutely loves them. Upon arriving the kids immediately noticed the "unicorn" and his horn was lopsided, falling off of his head. My daughter went up to the employee and told her that the horn was falling off. Later she told me that it broke her heart it wasn't a real unicorn. If you have a group coming specifically for a unicorn encounter that unicorn should be ready and looking magical as can be for their arrival. Additionally, the second reason we chose this experience was because the website said you would get to hold bunnies. My daughter loves bunnies and told me all leading up to the party that she couldn't wait to hold a bunny. The employee did NOT let the girls hold bunnies at all, she only let them pet the bunny. It also said they would feed alpacas, sheep, and goats. They didn't have the girls feed any animals at all. In fact no one was guiding through the process at all aside from a lady taking the girls in a circle twice on the pony. Then she disappeared for a long time until she finally came back out and brought out one bunny for them to pet. The AC was not turned on in the castle until we were about to leave and it was 2:30 in the afternoon so almost 100 degrees outside. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend going here. We paid $125 for the kids to basically run around a farm for an hour in 100 degrees. The reviews had been so great saying they make it a magical experience and sadly the magic was exactly what we were missing today.

Leading up to the party, Christy was incredibly responsive and patient, answering all of my questions via email and even giving us a tour of the venue ahead of time. The space was absolutely perfect for our princess unicorn theme. During the party, Rebecca and DJ were so kind, patient, and attentive with all 15 kids, allowing them to ride the ponies multiple times, helping with photos while riding, and bringing out the hare and baby goat for petting--which the kids absolutely loved. All of the animals, including the miniature horses, donkey, sheep, alpaca, chickens, geese, and ducks, were very friendly and tolerant with the children. It was obvious how well cared for and loved the animals are. DJ even went above and beyond by helping my husband lift a heavy cooler full of drinks during setup, which was greatly appreciated. The party setup looked beautiful, and everyone--kids and parents alike--had an amazing time. The team at Inferno is really creative in their story building and puzzle development. This is a great option if you are looking for a fun holiday activity to do with friends or family. I recommend not doing this room with more than 4 people. The second room I did was "The Candy Shoppe". Our group ended up arriving to the room a bit late and the Inferno staff was so understanding and accommodating. They adjusted the room's puzzles to match the time we did have and were great at anticipating we we needed extra guidance. I can't wait to come back again-after your session is over, they even offer a discount for you to rebook again. I highly recommend checking this place out if you love to do escape rooms.
