I had contacted Claudia and she agreed to be a face painter for my son's party. She would only speak over Facebook messenger, and her messages were hard to read, but I thought I was helping out a small business. I hadn't heard from her and reached out...only for her to cancel FOUR DAYS before the party with no explanation. This is an AWFUL thing to do to a kid. I luckily found someone else who said this is not the first time she has cancelled on someone. Claudia is AMAZING!!! I have never seen someone who can paint the way that she does. I have hired Claudia for about three of our celebrations. The parents are always amazed at her work and the kids LOVE their faces after she's finished painting them. Claudia is FAST! Make sure you have a list of kids/a line up and they are ready to be painted because she is so quick with each child and is ready for the next one. I booked Claudia for a nonprofit I work for. She and I had spoke on the phone a few times before she came to our Halloween Carnival. She was professional and great. She had a lot of great ideas and knew just which face painting art to do for the population we had and number of kids she was able to serve. She was on time and had everything she needed. I think there was very little that I needed to provide for her other than a table which we arranged prior to her coming. She was great with the kids and did beautiful designs. Being that the kids I work with are wards of the state, I cannot post pictures of the full designs she did due to HIPAA laws, however, she did a beautiful job. Claudia does ask for a deposit (I believe it is 20%) up front to book the date, but that's pretty standard when booking artists (make up, face painters, etc.). We easily paid her on her Pay Pal account. She had a few payment options which I thought was really great. I would definitely hire Claudia again!! Thank you for coming out, Claudia!
