My review for the girls at Your Jubilee is so long overdue!! I could NOT have done my wedding without Maddy, she truly was an angel throughout the entire wedding planning process and made the day so, so special for me and my family. Being that I live in Chicago and was getting married in Scottsdale, it was a no brainer that I would need a wedding coordinator. Working with YJ was truly the best decision I could have made. Every little detail was perfectly planned, including the ones that would have never even crossed my mind. I love that they have relationships with so many incredible vendors, it made picking a DJ, florist, etc, super easy! What I really loved about Maddy and the Your Jubilee team is that I never felt pushed or rushed in the decision making process. They always gave me plenty of time to make decisions, and even when we were on a crunch never made anything seem like it was un-fixable. The day of the wedding was such a breeze. I had about 3 girls from the YJ team there (maybe even more?!) including Maddy. At one point Maddy was steaming my dress herself. The timing of everything was seamless. We even had our pup there and one of the YJ gals was walking him around during the reception! Had our wedding 3 weeks ago. The only negative thing I have to say is I wish we would've communicated to our planner what to do in the event that we didn't get a chance to try our desserts...make sure to communicate to your planner ahead of time that you at least want a slice or piece of something to take home so you don't miss out on anything! This was just something that fell through on both ends. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to YJ. I had zero stress the day of the wedding and know it wouldn't have been this way if we hadn't had YJ! Our planner was Kayle and she was so sweet and patient with us from the very beginning. Let me start by saying that Shelby was amazing and how grateful we were to have her help plan our wedding. She and her team from Your Jubilee ensured our wedding was smooth and as stress-free as possible. Shelby was there to provide vendor recommendations that fit within our needs and budget, and to ask questions for us during vendor meetings that we would have never considered. She was extremely professional, responsive, ensured we were always on track, and was vital in bringing our wedding vision to life. Both my wife and I are autistic, so we required some additional accommodations that may not be typical of other couples. Shelby was able to ensure they were met, which made us feel supported. On the day of our wedding, we were well attended to from the moment we arrived at the venue. There was someone always available to us for whatever we needed, whether that was a snack or just reassurances. Absolutely cannot speak highly enough about Shelby and Your Jubilee. We recently got married on February 18th! Amy & the Your Jubilee gals were absolutely amazing to work with! We hired them for our "day-of" coordination. BRIDES - Even if you think you've got everything handled, day-of coordination {at the minimum} is a MUST!! YJ took over from about 3 weeks out and handled the final timeline, all vendor communications up until the wedding, day-of setup, breakdown, etc. There wasn't one thing that they "couldn't do". For example, they hauled my 12+ gigantic boxes of wedding supplies to the venue and then back to their office after the wedding! They also dropped all of our gifts and cards at our hotel room during the wedding so that they would be there when we got back. Amy even met us at the office on Sunday morning {after working an insanely long day Saturday} so that we could pick everything up. The wedding itself was setup perfectly and just how I had envisioned {this is coming from an event planner, perfectionist, OCD; you know, all of the things}! We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Maddy with YJ! One of the first things that stood out to me was the initial call I had with YJ - the owners, Meagan and Ashley, take the time to have that initial phone call with you, and to me that speaks volumes about this company. If you are hesitant at all to hire a planner for various reasons such as cost, etc, etc, I'm here to say don't! This was worth every penny. I went ahead with the full planning service and I do not regret it one bit. Maddy is incredibly personable, professional, and demonstrates a true passion for her job. Im a very indecisive person and can be super anal about things, but Maddy was more than patient and accommodating with me. We also had many hiccups along the way with our venue and Maddy was always on top of it and took care of things right away. I could not speak any more highly of her or this company. My sister-in-law used Your Jubilee for her destination AZ wedding and I once I saw everything they did for her I knew I needed to fly them out for my CA wedding. I hired them for day of services and I honestly could not have gotten through the day without them. They kept everything right on schedule and allowed the wedding to run seamlessly while allowing me to enjoy it. They were worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone. They provide top notch professional service and my day of girls (Shelby, Ashley, and Maddie) were extraordinary. Before the wedding I was working with Shelby on timeline and things like that. We had the pleasure of working with Kayle during our 8 weeks of planning leading up to the big day. Before she came on board, I was convinced I didn't need a planner. I was so wrong. Kayle stepped in and quickly handled ALL vendor communications, scheduling, coordination, etc. and was super helpful with last minute design questions and needs. Trying not to tear up as I write this because I am just SO thankful for Ashley & the whole jubilette team. I knew instantly after looking over their website they were the wedding planners of my dream. After meeting them, we vibed instantly and I had a huge sense of relief knowing that these wonderful girls were going to make my dream come true. Every step of the planning process was FUN and EXCITING! These girls literal professionals. They know everything about this industry and have SOOOOO many contacts. This is how you have a stress free wedding! We used them for partial planning, since I quickly discovered that I am not a fan of wedding planning. Ashley was fantastic. She had great ideas, and always responded to my texts/emails, no matter how minute of a question it was. My planning only had one major snag (not caused by Your Jubilee) and she was great about helping me deal with it. The actual day of the event was extra awesome! I feel like things just magically happened around me. I just got to enjoy the day, and basically the only question I ever got asked was if I wanted another drink. We took some photos out in the desert and one of the interns came out with us to watch the time and have water if we needed it. Even our photographer remarked that they had never had that happen. This is long but please read it!!! You will not be sorry!! I will be the first to admit that I was not planning on hiring a wedding planner. It was very low on my list of MUST haves for my big day. I make a living off of being a professional planner and put together large scale luxury events all year long. I believed I had no need for anyone else's assistance. Now let me be the first to admit that I could not have been any more wrong! Having Meagan and Ashley assist me with my final planning and day of coordination was by far one of the BEST decisions I made over the entire year of putting together my wedding. Every time we spoke they put my mind at ease and were always asking the right questions to make sure every detail of my wedding weekend was covered. As the weekend drew closer they handled all of the final preparations with my vendors. Could I have done all of that myself, probably, but who wants to? Instead I was able to relax, enjoy my family and focus on myself. Now set up...keep in mind my entire wedding was practically built from the ground up. I am an extremely picky individual. I have a specific way I like everything to be done and I also happen to have relatively creative vision. I think one of the hardest parts was trusting that everything would look and "feel" the way I had envisioned. Especially considering we really had nothing to go on! I was so impressed with Meagan and Ashley's ability to bring my vision to life that I was truly speechless. However, I think the most important and rewarding part of having yourJUBILEE be involved in my wedding was how they took control over the timeline! I did not have to worry about a single second of the entire day! They were so on top of the schedule and made adjustments seamlessly. Where to start? We hired Ashley Allen for partial planning and day-of coordination and truly could not have pulled off our wedding without her. Though we used to live in Phoenix and were familiar with the Valley, by the time we started planning we had moved and were doing it from afar. We had already made a few key decisions on our own (venue, food, cake baker, invites, photographer, a handful of other details we wanted for the day) but quickly realized it would be better with some in-town help. We found Your Jubilee on a lark/google searching and chose them after interviewing a few planners by phone. We're SO glad we did! Ashley was instrumental in recommending the perfect vendors we hadn't selected yet (florist, DJ, caricature artist) and setting up meetings on our two visits back to Phoenix to knock out wedding planning. She clearly loves what she does, is truly unflappable and quite frankly made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. Where Your Jubilee REALLY blew our minds, though, was during day-of coordination. Ashley and a team of girls showed up at the venue and made sure EVERY detail was taken care of, from setting up the reception to checking in on the bridal party to making sure guests got their parking validated to ensuring our dog (aka the ringbearer) got where he needed to go before and after the ceremony. The whole day, they were discreetly on walkie-talkies making sure everything went off without a hitch. Our guests raved at how smoothly it all went, and we just kept pointing to Ashley and her team. (Sometimes, out of the blue, we ask each other hypothetically: What if we hadn't had a planner at all?? Then we shudder and resume our lives.) Their are a few times in life when you feel truly loved. Your Jubilee made this happen for me when they threw me a surprise going away party with my closest friends and family. I was so surprised by all the detail and hard work they put in to this event that it brought tears to my eyes. From the food, to the lawn games, beach themed decor and handmade photo booth I was amazed at everything they did for this event. My bride and I had a wedding in Payson, Arizona on May 30th, 2015 and hired these two sweethearts for our special day. These two went above and beyond contacting our vendors, helping us decorate, making a timeline, etc. We did have some issues with our vendors and they quickly resolved any problem that was in their control which took a lot of stress away from not only my bride but my friends, family and myself. Meagan and Ashley were our "Day Of" consultants for my daughter's wedding reception at the Wrigley Mansion in October 2014. They clearly preformed more than the day only and then totally shined on "the day". From the time my daughter (who is out of state) and I contracted with them, the team when in to effect to cover any gaps in planning. From videography to table settings to rehearsal dinner. On the day of the wedding they stopped by the house to collect the marriage certificate, table extras and programs for the church, etc. All went well at the ceremony but a few major glitches arose at the venue regarding seating arrangements and place settings. Ashley and Meagan quickly contacted me and were most professional handling the mistakes of the other contractors. Continuing through the night the pair were right there to handle any problems( Ex. fake eyelashes falling off to Bandaids for blisters). In addition they guided us through the ceremony, informing us what was happening in each of the three rooms the wedding was spread between. My husband and I do not do what we would have done without them! They continued to stay until the end of the night to break down the rooms and make sure the wedding gifts and floral arrangements made it to our home. After the wedding, Meagan and Ashley continued to keep in touch making sure the their recommended contractors had performed their contracted services.
