Every little detail was perfectly planned, including the ones that would have never even crossed my mind. I love that they have relationships with so many incredible vendors, it made picking a DJ, florist, etc, super easy! What I really loved about Maddy and the Your Jubilee team is that I never felt pushed or rushed in the decision making process. They always gave me plenty of time to make decisions, and even when we were on a crunch never made anything seem like it was un-fixable. The day of the wedding was such a breeze. I had about 3 girls from the YJ team there (maybe even more?!) including Maddy. At one point Maddy was steaming my dress herself. The timing of everything was seamless. We even had our pup there and one of the YJ gals was walking him around during the reception! Moving on from looks, Boojum Tree also has fantastic package deals, which made planning for the wedding so much less stressful from out of state. To have a set of great vendors already included (bar, catering, DJ, and day-of-coordinator), as well as decorations, silverware, linens, chairs, ceremony equipment, etc etc was the best thing and really helped us be present and enjoy our wedding. Our day-of-coordinator, Jennifer, was also incredible! She took great care of us, staying organized, moving around flowers and decorations, ensuring our wedding favors were at each table, coordinating with our other vendors, helping with an emergency dress bustling, keeping us on time, and hundreds of other things that we did not see behind the scenes. I had a vision for what I wanted the florals to look like for my wedding. Before meeting with Julie, I met with at least 5 florists. I very clear in expressing my ideas. All of the florists took over two weeks send me the proposal. They quoted me by the flower--each flower costing a certain amount which always ended up being wayyyy over my budget. When they finally sent me the proposal it was nothing like I pictured. When I would ask them to revise it, they would either tell me what I was asking for couldn't be done or they wouldn't even respond to me. ALL of that changed when I met Julie. I contacted her and she responded almost immediately. She asked me to send her pictures of ideas I had. By the time of our first meeting she already understood my style and had even more suggestions for me that were beautiful! She had the proposal done the same day and worked within my budget. She doesn't stem count so I got more flowers than in any of the other proposals for much, much cheaper. She even custom made one of my centerpieces. She has such a fantastic eye and is so experienced that she made everything more beautiful then I even thought possible! But Julie is so much more than a florist! Even though she wasn't my wedding planner (I already had one by the time I met Julie) she treated me like I was one of her brides. She constantly checked on me. When I had an issue with anything for my wedding, she went out of her way to find a solution. She used Wedgewood's services to create wedding gifts for the bridesmaids. She ordered bags with all of our names on them and when she received them, multiple bags had the names misspelled. She reached out to the company and they said if she wanted them fixed she would have to pay $15 per bag to fix them, ever thought it was a mistake on Wedgewoods part. She has continued to reach out with no resolution and no further responses from Wedgwood. Clayton House has not returned her emails either. This is supposed to be a beautiful day for the bride and groom and they can't even get bags for the wedding party corrected.
