She's professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and promptly answers texts, phone calls, and emails. She's also honest, which you need when you're spending so much money on a big event. You don't want someone who always says "Yes" to you all of the time. I sincerely appreciate her candor and integrity. I found Laura at one of the bridal shows; she was the only wedding planner there. I came home with an incredibly detailed list of what she offered with her various packages. I still Googled other planners, but she was the only one with 5 star reviews ACROSS the board. Other planners weren't as detailed as she is on their Web sites, which made me hesitant to even contact them.
