Such a magnificant company. I booked the Elmo and Cookie Monster characters for my son's first year birthday. The hosts arrived perfect timing, had amazing energy, came with the music, and great vibes. Our son, his siblings and us adults enjoyed every moment. We rented a Skye and Marshall for a paw patrol themed party. The costumes were very dirty and the eyes and paws were peeling off. Very low energy of staff and the "helper" didn't really lead the kids or do much of anything. A character walked off randomly in the middle of dancing without an explanation. Music was from YouTube and played commercials in the middle of it. Paid $275 for 2 characters for an hour and they mostly just stood there and waved their hands. I reached out to the owner and she said it was basically my fault because the parents weren't engaged enough in the one game of musical chairs and the park didn't have a bathroom for the character to have a water break. I'm not saying the characters shouldn't have water but maybe the "helper" could have said Skye is gonna have a little break instead of just walking away. I wasn't even looking for a refund just some constructive criticism that was obviously not received well. For almost $300 this was a joke and so painful to watch. I couldn't wait for it to be over I was so embarrassed and my guests asked who we used so they didn't make the same mistake in the future. read more

The quality of the characters and how interactive they were with the kids! Could not be more than happy with the turn out! They were very attentive the WHOLE hour! No breaks! I don't even know where to begin... Okay so I was looking for a business who had realistic and nice looking characters. As I looked and searched I came across Evie's. IMMEDIATELY I knew that they were the ones I needed to go with. My party was scheduled for Oct 15, but there was rain all day so I was stressed and upset about canceling/postponing stuff. I contacted Evie's in fear that they wouldn't be able to reschedule for the following Saturday (which I would have understood completely). However, they were sooooo quick to respond and rebooked me with no hesitation. They would come later at night, but I was grateful that they would even reschedule and make the effort to come that late. Day of the party, they let me know that they could move me up in time which I was thrilled about! Once Mickey got to the party... it's as if my kid was at Disneyland again! He has the absolute most amazing time and even the adults loved him. Our neighbors were also having a party and some of their kids ditched the party to come see Mickey lol.
