We were very pleased that we invited the Ice Queen for our small family gathering. The whole experience was super easy. When I initially called I left a voice mail with date and time but forgot to give a location. When the Fairy Godmother called back I was in such a noisy place they left a voice mail but they said I could text! It was super convenient. Later she called back and we discussed options and availability and picked someone and made a deposit. The day before our event the actor (Hailey) called. She was so nice! She asked a few questions about what we were planning and what the kids' names were. She was glad to pick up a gift that we left outside for her to gift for the kids. She texted before she arrived and she showed up right on time. We had already agreed that she could ring the bell and we would let the kids answer the door. The kids were so excited to see her. My daughter would not stop jumping! Both of the kids could hardly talk at all, which meant that the actor had to carry a lot of the conversation, which she was perfectly comfortable and skilled with. We had agreed ahead of time that she could do a mini makeover with the kids which was possible because there were only the two. I told her ahead of time that if my son wanted to participate with makeup that was just fine with me and she was very professional about that as well. She brought some nail polish and also some makeup and some disposable eyeshadows. She brought a really cool light up mirror to show the kids how great they looked. She participated in the games we had going. She took photos with them. She was happy to sip the tea and have a sandwich. I wasn't sure if she would want that but she was very polite about it. Even if she faked it I would not have minded. When the kids wanted to sit on the floor for some photos she was fine with that too! Costume and all! In fact she got right down to my 3 year old's level as soon as she walked in which really meant a lot about how friendly and open she was. I'm sure it isn't that comfortable in the full dress and train but she did it and did not seem uncomfortable at all. We would love to have her back and in fact we were wishing we had thought to have her and another actor because she was wonderful and it would have been great to have two interacting since my kids went silent! They were just astonished by the presence of a real life queen I think. She did so so so well even though she had a silent crowd. Now we have something to look forward to for another time. read more

The "fairy godmother" Jenna was great at responding to emails and going over everything on the phone. Ariel arrived right on time and even called the day before to go over any questions or event details. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company!! We scheduled Ana and Elsa (ice sisters) for my little niece for her birthday party. Unfortunately, she woke up the morning of the party with pink eye and a double ear infection. We called Jenna (the owner) 3 hours before party time and told her that we needed to cancel/reschedule. Unfortunately, it was super last minute because the birthday girl was waiting to get into the doctor for a diagnosis. She was AMAZINGLY understanding and told us we could reschedule the princesses without a fee. We rescheduled to 2 weeks later. Now let's talk about the actresses. They were SO GOOD. Their costumes, wigs and make up are spot on. Their singing voices were amazing. They even ask you beforehand if the kids have ever met them before. They showed up to the house and old my niece that they remembered her from Disneyland, and her day was made. We only had them for 30 minutes, but they squeezed in LOTS of photos, princess lessons, singing, and birthday cake in that amount of time. My niece was completely through the roof excited. Due to covid, things are a bit strange. These girls called me beforehand to ask about mask preferences, and were happy to wear masks if we wanted them to. We purposely set up the backdrop outside so we could get photos with them without masks. But they are happy to accommodate with whatever makes you most comfortable. Our experience with fair maidens and masks was superb! To start, the owner ("fairy godmother") Jenna was wonderful to work with and so pleasant and happy at every interaction. She got back to me so quickly and made the process seamless. She made sure to ask lots of questions about my daughter's preferences and the party to cater our experience to exactly what we wanted. The week of the party both Jenna and the girls playing the princesses (Elsa and Belle) called me to make sure they had all the correct info. They played along since my daughter had "mailed" invitations to the princesses and pretended they had received her invitations. They read their stories to the kids at the party and Elsa included some songs from the movie that the kids sang along to. They gave the kids some princess etiquette lessons and then did photos and helped sing happy birthday and spent the rest of the time chit chatting in a circle with my daughter and her friends. My daughter was in heaven and talked about it the rest of the day and night. It was a very magical and memorable experience! I imagine we may be calling Jenna again for the next birthday! We had Rapunzel and Mirabel for our daughter's 4th birthday in Tucson. They were both AMAZING! They made the birthday girls (our niece was also turning 1) feel so special. This is our second time using this company for our daughter's birthday party. This year we had Princess Jasmine come and she was great. She had a great singing voice and kept the kids entertained doing games and storytime. I thought the older kids would be bored but they loved it. The princess also got the parents involved in some of the activities, like practicing their princess wave and blowing kisses. She did a special coronation for my daughter, posed for a million pictures, did face painting and nails, and helped me pass out the cake. It was great not having to worry about keeping the kids entertained and let her handle everything. She was a pro at it. One tip I have for parents is to have an extra activity planned during face painting because the kids can end up waiting a while for their turn. I had a simple craft for the kids to do while waiting. Our princess was great and she did face painting quickly, but when you have a lot of kids it's always helpful to find something to keep them entertained while waiting in line. We booked Anna for our 3-year old daughter's 2-hour Frozen birthday party. She was in character the whole time and super communicative via text and voicemail. Anna arrived promptly and stayed for the last hour of the party. She was super flexible with our family and instructions for activities. She was soft and sweet and approachable. She made the kids feel at ease from the moment she arrived. First, she read them a book. Then, she did some of the activities we had planned with them (although she brought her own games and activities as a backup plan). I was nervous as I've never hired anyone to do a party for me, but it all went really well. Jenna, the owner, was very professional and listened to everything I wanted. The girl who was coming as Rapunzel called me the day before the party to go over last minute details and see if I had any special requests. On the day of the party, my guests were running late, so I reached out to the princess again seeing if she could delay her arrival by 10-15 min. She was very accomodating and flexible. She also texted me when she got to my house to see when she should make her grand entrance. My daughter was ecstatic when she showed up at the party, and told me her favorite part was doing story time with the princess. Rapunzel sang during story time and she had a great voice.
