However, after I responded with my details and asked about pricing, packages, and whether they offered an on-site venue, they completely ghosted me. Over the next two weeks, I sent multiple polite follow-up messages asking for information and even inquiring if it would be better to reach out via phone or email. I finally tried calling their business number directly and left a voicemail, but I still have not received a single response. Planning a special event requires reliable vendors, and the complete lack of communication and basic customer service from this business is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend wasting your time trying to book with them, as they clearly do not prioritize potential clients.
