Everything feels well-organized, and you can tell they truly care. My son recently started taking classes here, and every instructor has been wonderful. They make him feel special, and he absolutely loves them! The membership is also a fantastic value with unlimited play, discounted classes, birthday parties and other great perks. They're always organizing fun games like Red Light, Green Light and The Floor Is Lava, plus special events like glow nights. It's so refreshing to find a place where the staff genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

People don't necessarily come to a rage room just to have fun and break things. Some people are dealing with tremendous grief, trauma, anger, stress, or the loss of someone they love, and an experience like this can provide a much-needed emotional release. Unfortunately, I felt the customer service and overall experience were lacking. The check-in process could definitely be more organized and welcoming, and there was very little effort made afterward to ask whether we enjoyed ourselves or had a good experience. Even though the business is centered around breaking things, basic kindness, enthusiasm, and customer service still matter. I also learned that many of the items being broken are used items that have been donated or obtained from thrift stores. What concerned me most was being told by an employee that staff members sometimes pick through donated items and select things they want for themselves before the items make it onto the floor. I obviously cannot speak to the company's policies regarding donated merchandise, but hearing that made me uncomfortable and raised questions for me about how donations are handled. There is a lot of potential here, and the actual idea behind this business is great. I simply think management could significantly improve the experience by focusing more on customer service, creating a warmer and more compassionate environment, and making sure donated items are handled transparently and appropriately. For some customers, this isn't simply about smashing a television or breaking a plate. It may be an outlet for something incredibly painful they're carrying. A little compassion and genuine human interaction could turn this from simply a place where people break things into an experience that actually helps people leave feeling a little lighter.

An events listing showed a schedule of community activities coming up. The parking on the McKemy side was a little strange -- they left the actual parking spots as dirt and a number of them are already turning into a bit of an off-roading situation. I think this was put in within the last 2 years. Overall a nice little community park! Not necessarily a destination from across the valley, but a good spot for taking kids to play. It doesn't really have a walking path to take a long stroll like Kiwanis, but felt like a great community park.

My family and I visited here on 7/11/26 which was a Saturday in the summer. Knowing it would be…read morebusy, we made sure to get there close to opening. Overall our day went well. We enjoyed the rides, the 4D movie, all the opportunities to build, and especially the mini model of Phoenix. I was also very impressed by how clean and well-spaced everything felt despite it being a very hands-on place. The reason it did not get 5 stars for me was the amount of employees and subsequently the wait times. Not counting those in training, the first ride had 2 employees, the second had 1, and the mosaic room had 1. Each ride also had one person in training, which will be very beneficial for them. Having more employees available overall would have been great. For example, in the Merlin ride which has flying vehicles that can go up and down, there was one employee that seemed experienced and the trainee. There were 6 vehicles that could fit up 2 at a time. We witnessed the ride cycle through twice before our turn and we timed that it took us 30 minutes before we rode. The ride itself was maybe 2-3 minutes in its entirety. It took that long for the employees to load everyone on, check seatbelts, run the ride, and then unlock and release the people that just finished. Here is what I would change: have a designated employee at the entrance that counts off whoever is going on the next ride and prep them while the prior ride is going. That means take the measurements, ask who is riding (adult w/child, etc.), and explain the rules. Once the prior ride finishes, both the employee from the entrance and an employee from the exit enter the ride area to unlock the passengers, one for the outside guests and one for the inside. Then let the new passengers enter and repeat the seatbelt check cycle. Resume positions and start again. If I was to go again the first thing I would correct was to wait on going on the second ride. Get there early and knock the rides out first to save you time. I sincerely hope they find a way to operate faster because this place is super cool and without the long wait time, I would be way more likely to return. It is a great way to spend a day indoors during the AZ summer!

It's very close to home…read more Unfortunately, sometime over the past couple of years, the big dog owners took over the small dog area and we were told to take our dogs to the run in the rear (which has openings in the fence big enough for my little dog to get under). When we first entered my then 6 month old schnoodle puppy was "greeted" by several big dogs who descended on him like he was a new toy, which sent my dog literally screaming into a panic, and none of the big dog owners even moved. It used to be a fun, friendly park for dogs of all sizes. We will no longer go there.
