The AC was not working properly, and we were seated upstairs in an extremely hot area with only a fan that was turned off multiple times. I had preordered our food months in advance, yet our order came out late and was incorrect. Meanwhile, our guests were upstairs waiting with no food and not even water available. We had to ask multiple times just to get the water refilled. Once all of the food finally arrived and the water was refilled, things were somewhat better, but we were still sitting in an uncomfortably hot space. Our party host did her best with what she had to work with, but the overall operation felt extremely disorganized. The entire place appeared to be run by teenagers, with no adult manager present or available to address issues. One employee at the front desk, Peyton, consistently appeared irritated and never once offered a friendly or welcoming attitude. To make matters worse, because we had spent so much of our party time upstairs waiting for the correct food order, my son went to take one last slide. Peyton came up to him and told him, "No, your time is up." At that point, I asked to speak with a manager. I was told, "You'll have to look up the number on our website and call them." I found that response incredibly unprofessional and rude, especially after spending nearly $700 on a birthday party that had already been filled with problems. I waited three weeks expecting someone from management to reach out and discuss what happened, but no one ever did. I understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but the lack of communication, poor customer service, disorganization, and complete absence of management made this experience extremely disappointing. I would not recommend spending your money here or hosting a birthday party at Slick City.

We also love that they change themes each week and bring out new, exciting toys and activities, so there's always something fresh to look forward to. After completing 10 activities, he received the cutest little present from the staff, which was such a thoughtful and special touch! The relaxing music they play creates such a nice, calming atmosphere, and the staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. On top of all that, the facilities are absolutely immaculate. Cloud House is such a wonderful place for little ones to learn, explore, and have fun. We're so happy we found it and highly recommend it!

Totally appropriate from infant to 7-8 years old. My 4, 3, and babies all had the best time playing independently (NO ONE WAS CLIMBING ON ME) and with the open and quiet layout, my kids felt safe and comfortable enough to climb and explore. Antonio and Jasmine were so helpful over the phone and in person they even had TWO different craft activities in where they at down with the kids and taught them about the subject of the week. (Transportation) I loved that part. Two hours is a great window of time enjoy the space though we totally could have stayed longer. It recently moved from Desert Ridge Marketplace to Superstition Mall in Mesa. Supposedly this move was because they "outgrew" their old place in Desert Ridge. I was cautiously optimistic because their old place was rather small. I let the Play Factory know ahead of time I was coming in to do a review on this day. We arrived 15 minutes after opening and the gates were still locked to the store front. Bummer. And, unfortunately, this place was even smaller than their old location in Desert Ridge. Much, Much smaller. When I reached out to the owners to let them know that we had arrived, they said they were late due to "unforeseen circumstances". Never an apology. We left and did not go in. I'm disappointed that once again this round of "The Play Factory" is less than satisfying and will not make a future visit.

The cost was 12$e I believe that was for a couple hours.. idk wasn't really paying attention but that's all the littles could handle before their little tummies were hungry and ready for a nap. We stayed in the little kido play area that's fenced off for the little littles. They had plenty to do in there and plenty fun! I don't think they even realized there was more to the play park.. lol. I usually brings my 3&6 year old and they love running all around the jungle gym. My little couldn't get enough of the slides and once he figured out the little stair area he didn't want to stop he did that maybe 7x in a row to walk the little plank atea to the little slides and he loved it. He was pooped after passed right out in the car. Needless to stay it was a hit. Bathrooms are available atea was picked up, I noticed a kid eating in the gym area and spilled chips every where the mom wasn't paying attention so then other littles were trying to eat the food off the ground so I just picked it up and threw it away. I love that the 18 month old area is fenced in with a pool gate type of gate to enter making it difficult for 5 and under to get out on their own. Uptown Jungle has one of the best 5 and under area when it comes to the fencing and options for playing. This was our first time ordering a pizza and for $12 when you want to dine in to make it easier on the kids, it's fine. However, it doesn't compare to places nearby like Barros that you could go eat at afterwards, but again it's good enough for the convenience factor. Uptown jungle has a membership that comes with some perks like 10% off socks and foods as well as unlimited play for the month without restricted days. It also includes a parent to be able to jump. If you buy the annual pass it's about $18 a month which makes it worth it if you plan to go at least twice a month. If not, the Groupons for Uptown Jungle are better if you don't plan to go at least twice. Uptown jungle has toddler time in the morning from 9-12pm during the week for $12 and additional siblings are $6 and parents are free. During this time they have a little craft and some games. There are several options for things to do if your kiddo doesn't need to be with the littles. Big trampoline area, 4 different kind of slides, rock climbing are, etc. My 4 year old daughter has been able to make it 5-6 hours without getting bored or wanting to go home. Heck, she may have been able to stay longer if us parents wanted to stay long get. Another plus with uptown jungle is they are not picky on the grip socks like some places that absolutely require that establishments socks. Uptown jungle will allow you to wear socks from other jump type places. The only restriction I've found is when wanting to do the rock climbing wall, they did require my kiddo to have their socks.
