Mini City is my daughters' favorite play place here in the East Valley. It's always clean- looks clean, smells clean. They really take the time and care to look after the place. I've hosted a party here and all of the kids had the best time. I will definitely host here again. Booking it was simple and an employee called me the day before the party to confirm all details. I was able to bring in pizza, catered drinks and other vendors which I love having that freedom. Also before I forget, delicious coffee is offered here. My fav is hands down the biscoff latte. We had a great time here, I have a 3 year old and his favorite section was the Lego area. My friends 8 year old enjoyed the playground which I would say is more for the older kids. Some of the slides have height requirements and adult cannot go down the slides. The mini city was so cute and it was perfect for littles. They also had a coffee shop but it was not open mid day on a Saturday. All in all, this place is cute, aesthetic, and I'm so glad there is a new play place in the valley! read more

The whole place was super dirty, even at 10:00 a.m. You could clearly see dirt and hair all over the bathroom floor, which immediately made me question how often the facility is being cleaned. For a business that caters to young children, cleanliness should be a top priority. My daughter also got hurt twice on the slides. She's an experienced, adventurous kid who loves indoor play places, so this really stood out to me. The slides seemed much faster than what I'd expect for a facility designed for children under five. She wasn't seriously injured, so I didn't report it at the time, but it happened more than once and made me much more cautious. It's disappointing because Mini City is such a cute concept. The different play areas are creative, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and the safety concerns took away from what could have been a great experience. I genuinely hope they address these issues because this place has so much potential. With better cleaning and a closer look at the play equipment, especially the slides, I'd happily give it another try. read more

IG influencers made this place look huge, so I was excited to check it out. It's definitely brand new, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, but I was surprised by how small it actually is. My 6-year-old enjoyed it for a bit, but there really wasn't a whole lot to do. There's one playground area, an obstacle course, and a toddler/baby pretend play section. After exploring everything, it felt like we had seen it all pretty quickly. The biggest downside was the price. For a 2-hour play pass plus socks, it came out to almost $30 for one child, which didn't feel worth it for the amount of activities available. The café was also closed when we visited, although I probably wouldn't have spent more money there anyway. Another thing to keep in mind is seating. There aren't many places for adults to sit, and once it gets busy, it feels very crowded with little room to move around. Overall, I think this place is much better suited for kids under 5. It's cute, clean, and has a nice atmosphere, but for older kids, I expected a lot more based on what I had seen online. read more

Went here for a birthday party and was excited to try this new place! I guess it's a pretty booked up place. I like how spacious it felt. There's a section for babies or smaller toddlers. And then a section for bigger kids. One thing I really liked was that there were staff members at certain areas to let kids know where they can and cannot play. Great for safety measures. One negative are the rooms with the clear windows that can look like a door way. Looks like a couple people ran into the window. Those windows need to have some sort of decor to indicate that it's not a doorway. I would like to give this place a try again in the future! read more

We just came back from a birthday party here for one of my son's classmates. I think this place is brand-spankin' new because the facility was immaculate. And I mean, clean to the point where my 11 month old was able to crawl all over their floors without dirtying her clothes. I was shocked! Also, for a midday Saturday, the place wasn't overly packed and many kids were able to play in the jungle gym and go down slides with zero accidents or issues (at least during the two hours I was there with the kids). I liked the layout (super spacious), the bathrooms were also extremely clean and feminine feeling, and the Lego center was very popular, yet again, no issues with kids hogging the space or saw any throwing lego pieces all over the place. My only curiosity is how they plan to keep the place running smoothly like this. I saw buckets of Magnet Tiles, other baby toys, and all those legos. They must have an efficient system where some employees are literally designated to pick up all the toys constantly. I also saw another employee spraying and wiping down the obstacle course area. Five star experience! What a sweet surprise and a little slice of heaven for the kids! First, check in is easy when you get there. I suggest buying your tickets online before you go. Your kiddos will need to get the special safety gripper socks to play on the equipment. Adults too if you're shadowing your kids on the equipment. They are reasonable at $4 each I think. Parking is great, but because of construction, it's a little bit limited right in front. Just drive beyond the business and park in the back section where there is tons of parking. This business sits adjacent to the surf park. So many great things around it and great places to eat. OK, now for the really fun stuff We checked the kids in. Our kids are 18 months, three years, and six years old. The little miniature town to the left when you walk in the door is enchanting. There are all kinds of little storefronts to walk into and pretend to shop and eat ice cream and take care of pets and a fire department and a gas station. And there's a soft flat play area as well with large, soft building blocks. Even buckets of toys to keep your littlest ones busy. Even the older kids loved checking this out. Beyond this is the most incredible maze of slides and basketball and air shooters and oodles and oodles of fun. There's even a wall challenge of moving parts to work your way through! Every single play structure is well padded and well lit. It's clean and the colors and lighting are fun and inviting! (No sensory overload) There are comfortable areas throughout the space where adults can sit and chat while their kids play. I was pleasantly surprised to find the bathrooms were also nice and clean and spacious for taking your little ones into I saw that they have party rooms too. I didn't check out their rates for parties, but what a cool place to have a birthday party for your little one. I think the play areas are designed for kids up to 12 years old. They have an area where you can buy, coffee, sodas, juice, and light snacks. They tell me that they have intentions to expand their snack offerings as well. So here's the bonus... Really awesome place overall. For kids this place seems pretty magical and a lot of stuff to do. Price points are just a little in the higher end and their strict rules for only their socks is ridiculous. Why can't I wear socks from a different indoor playground and same grips. Great coffee shop inside is a good attraction for adults too. One gripe is that when we entered we asked about a summer pass or something of that' sort and the person mentioned a $99 per kid pass that's good for 5 visits. Didn't feel the value was there. Then I find out afterwards that they have a family pass for 3 kids and two adults for $179 a month. I Checked this place out after a bad experience next door.. what's up with everyone making you buy socks? Place is cute and clean.. looks much bigger on the website than in person. Not a lot to do main attraction are the slides.. the lil city is on the left when you enter..slides are right in front when you enter.. they have a ninja area but it's hidden behind the slides.. you cannot see the kids once they enter this area which made me feel uncomfortable.. so I had to cave and buy socks to follow them.. there is ball machine they spits out balls it was plugged which was a bummer for the kids.. they have a ninja moving wall but hard for kids 5 and under to do.. they have a limited menu in their snack bar and coffee bar is ok. I think this place could age been laid out better so parents could see their kids at all times without them disappearing behind the slides. read more

We took our little four years old to this place on Sunday. It was such an amazing experience. The place were clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was such a big place with a lot of different slides and activity that your children could do. They even have a private room for birthday party and they have coffee area that you could purchase. While this indoor play center is very beautifully done and modern, the staff and website is very misleading. To start, the girl at the front desk was very rude. She kept being very passive aggressive and rude when we walked in. She continued this behavior by glaring at us throughout our entire stay. As far as pricing, everyone needs mini city socks. And while they are only $3.99 a pair, when you multiple that by 5, it's a lot. My sister and I both brought our sons, both 2 years old. And I brought my 10 month old baby. The total for us to play for 2 hours was $85 I was shocked because their website says 1-5 $15, when I brought that up to the lady at the front desk, she said no, it doesn't. I showed her and then she showed me in a very small font that anyone under 11 months is $15 without a paying sibiling. I just cannot rationalize paying $22 an hour for my kids to play. Also they don't tell you, but only kids of a certain height can do certain things so while my kids got to play on a lot of things. There were 3 Major "attractions" that they weren't able to play on. And that wasn't mentioned to us until we were already inside, paid and socks on. Then once we were inside we saw many adults that were accompanying their children without mini city socks. So why they choose to enforce the rules with us but not other people is beyond me. Or maybe it's not even a rule. I just feel like they are being deceitful and sneaky on their website. They should update their website so that the pricing is more clear and less confusing and make sure people know that not all kids can do all things. Before you pay. I also think they need to remove the women that helped me at the front desk as she doesn't seem to like her job and may be better suited in a less customer facing position. While my kids had fun. I just don't think we will be back because of the above reasons To update- Both my kids ended up with croup because of here. Looking back I don't remember seeing a single person sanitizing or cleaning. Obviously someone coming with a sick kids isn't their fault. Mini city was really fun even though when I first walked in, I was a little intimidated. I like to be able to see my children at all times and this place is not like that however the way that it is structured and built is realistic for me to follow my toddlers while I carry my twins. I'm so excited to finally have a kid space that has a real espresso machine. And they have other fantastic probiotic sodas, and a few other snacks that I feel more comfortable, giving my children versus the junk offered to other places. The actual mini city part of the play space is so cute and so open, and I loved to see an employee walking around cleaning up and wiping things down while we were there. Overall, it was a great experience. The manager was super helpful and the employees were fantastic. Atley was really patient with me as we had a lot of kids with us and could answer all of my questions while multitasking, which is super helpful when you bring young children into an exciting chaotic place. read more

We opted for a membership for my son that is 2. We've had great experiences with both the small kids area and big jungle gym area. Everything seems well kept and feels worth what we pay as often as we go. We've seen improvement in staff knowledge and some of their processes like the wristbands. My only complaint is that i've only seen the kids area sanitized once while we were there and it was just a quick wipe with a Clorox. read more

Showed up to pick up a jacket we forgot after a birthday party and the doors were unlocked and went in not realizing it was after hours. Aden told me they were closed and that the doors were supposed to be closed. I told him I was not aware and clarified they were not locked. I explained we were just there to look for the lost jacket that they had called us about and asked if we could just have it. He was visibly mad that we were there like we unlocked the door and he told me to come back at another time. It would have taken him less than a minute to check the lost and found. read more

I came here for regular play and it was clean and fun, the staff is so thorough keeping the place neat, so I decided to have a party here. It was great. The general manager assisted us she jumped in to help with set up without being asked she knew exactly what we needed and what to do. She was such a great help I originally had her confused with somebody else so I was happy to see her. She handled everything and made it so easy. I took my granddaughters to Mini City yesterday. They are 4 and 5 years old. This is a wonderful place but I believe the ninja wall, where a padded block moves back and forth along the wall is not safe. My 4 yr old granddaughter, was trying to cross the blocks attached to the wall. She made it to the block that moves back and forth and could not get to the next block after it. So she reached and clung to next block before jumping down. She was unsure about the jump. As she hung there, the padded block in motion made it was back to her and start to entrap, squish her head between the two block. I called to her to let go and she finally slid down to the airbag below. Her face was red and she started crying. Her mouth had blood in it. We went into the bathroom and her teeth had sunk into her bottom lip in a few areas. One was a puncture mark that was causing the bleeding. I did address address the front desk and the girl advised me that there was rules to not hang. I told her I don't think a 4 year old knows the rules about that while they are playing and it's not a 4 year olds fault.. she then admitted fingers of kids have been pinched their before. She did say she would advise management but didn't even bother to take my name of number. Thank God my granddaughter is ok, she woke up with her lip hurting and swollen. I sent an email to Mini City and I hope they get back with me as I have a feeling this moving block on the Ninja Wall is a really bad accident waiting to happen as childrens heads, as I know learned, can be trapped/squished with in it when it comes toward the next block in line. This is a wonderful place for kids, let me add. But there has to be a change to this moving part before something worse happens. read more
