Apon arrival we checked in and signed our waivers. We had to purchase socks and at 4.99 a pair - this feels like a cash grab.. I digress. It was after lunch and we were all hungry so we ordered two pizzas. Now for $25 a pizza I'm expecting a decent sized pizza and with quality toppings etc. unfortunately our pizzas came out burnt and were very small for$25.. the staff also gave us grief about ordering another pizza because " we already had two why do we need another" words from staff. Unfortunately this really bummed me out considering we are here for my sons birthday!! I let this go in the moment because the place was staffed with just teenagers and all of them had attitudes so I wasn't going to complain to them when I doubt I would have gotten any real help. This location itself doesn't have that many attractions like the website shows the other locations having more options like slides etc. the foam in the pits were old looking and lots were torn into making it seem a bit more dirtier.. some of the courses had broken parts that didn't work exactly how it should have. Over all for my sons birthday party being held here in still super disappointed in the treatment from staff and the lack of care for the equipment there. I don't think we would recommend this place ..

Very large, clean facility with plenty of activities fir all ages; trampolines, rock climbing wall, ninja course, small kids play area, various climbing challenge and one of the best indoor park/climbing/play areas around! Additionally, the staff (especially Madison) is extremely friendly and very helpful - Madison even brought out a prize wheel for the kids to spin. Plenty of comfortable seats for the adults while they are hanging out along with tables and chairs outside of their snackbar (which has plenty of options for snack or lunch). The cage we used was in good shape- the floors, the netting, etc. The speed, the type of pitch and the pitch location are all able to be selected prior to entering the cage from a screen outside. The pitches were quite accurate to the settings we chose and almost every pitch was a strike, so you're not wasting your time with poor pitches. The downsides were limited, but included waiting about 3-5mins for the machines to rotate between baseballs and softballs. I also found it difficult to time up the pitches as the tubing to deliver the ball to the machine was short and not completely transparent, and once the ball hit those wheels it was halfway to me. Being a guest, I'm not sure what the membership rates are or what the price for individual sessions cost, but my niece said it's reasonable. Having hit in most of the batting cages in the East Valley, I'm trusting her input. Thanks D-Bat for a fun time

Our group was sweating donkey balls the entire time. We ran a lot and tried to get to the entire field so we knew the angles better. Some player attitude but nothing I couldn't ignore. Mostly excitable youngins that don't understand social etiquette. There were a handful of whiners played the day we were there. I've played paintball back when it became popular in the early 2000's. Whining happened then too. So, I guess that's normal. The staff was good. The refs paid attention to the games from outside of the arena. The knowledge of the salespeople however, isn't as good. I get better answers from AI on my phone while standing at the counter. The online reservation system is AWFUL!!! The website is difficult to navigate unless you read by picture. Looks more like multiple flyers glued to a screen that have hidden links in some, but not others. When you select a date, time, and location you end up with the right date and location, but varying times. I booked for 2 people for the 12pm - 4pm session and ended up with one at 12pm and the other @ 4:30pm. = 1 star The staff is friendly and generally helpful in getting issues worked out. That definitely helps, but with all of the online reservation stuff that has to be un-FUBARed, it takes away from the experience and play time.
