We had a vision of the care we were looking for, for our son, so then began the research. I looked around for a few months, reading reviews, visiting schools, and nothing quite fit the bill. I was honestly, genuinely nervous I wasn't going to find anywhere for my son and was going to be a SAHP until he started grade school. The last appointment I had made to tour a school changed everything. I was so happy and pleased with everything PCA had to offer - the wonderful and caring staff, the beautiful and clean facility, the amazing playground, classroom windows with natural light!! I literally cried when I took my initial tour and immediately called my husband and said, "THIS WAS THE PLACE." I was lucky enough to get (I think) one of the last spots in the classroom for his age group, and he was able to start almost immediately. The school provides meals to our son, which has opened his tastebuds to things he might not eat at home; he loves all the enrichment activities, he loves his friends and his teachers. I love the pace of mind I get from the app and the notifications/pictures I get throughout the day. But the biggest kicker of all is how excited he gets when we turn into the parking lot - I hear a big gasp of excitement when he sees his school and he knows he gets to go play with his friends and teachers. Some days he literally doesn't want to leave. Everyone at the school is amazing. Everyone pitches in to help with a smile. A BIG shoutout to Miss Brianna for our initial start and assisting with the new transition, Miss Cierra for continuing the process, and everyone else in between. This time is hard on many families right now, and we all look for a safe place to call home for our babies. It is nice to see the beautiful reviews others are leaving, but I only wish my family had received that same care. I had two children enrolled here, and after a long time of trying to support this school, I am exhausted and my nervous system is tired. I have officially withdrawn my children.Every single instance detailed below has been documented on paper and by camera. Management & Financial Disappointment No Scholarship Notice: I was told my youngest child's scholarship ended with zero notice and was suddenly expected to pick up all fees. When the new Director, Shamekia, told me this, it was delivered with a smug grin. I should have been given support options. Ignored Communication: I sent a message about my billing because I could not understand the charges. Despite the school having three members of management, I got no response. Instead, I just received a generic bulletin asking families to send in a selfie. Dismissive Withdrawal: When I finally withdrew my child, management didn't ask a single question. I was simply met with a cold "will do," as if my child was just another dollar sign. Lack of Engagement: the Director remains hidden in the office and does not say good morning to families. I entered with a few families at the same time and nothing. Furthermore, teacher conferences scheduled for the second week of May were never offered to families. At graduation (which we received late notice for), management didn't step in once to say a single word to the families. Unsafe Environment & Behavior Concerns Out of Ratio: In December, I observed my child's toddler class completely out of ratio at 7:1. Along with children being unattended to on the playground. I have photo proof and the exact dates. I didn't report it to licensing at the time because I wanted to support the school, which I now regret. Chaotic Pre-K Class: The behaviors inside the Pre-K class were outrageous with no management support. Via the cameras, I constantly saw children jumping off shelving, throwing toys, fighting, and pulling my child's hair beads out. Unannounced Strangers: One day on the camera, I saw a stranger in the room with the kids. When I asked, I was told she was a behavioral specialist. Parents should be notified when a visitor is inside the classroom. The behaviors are horrible and we never saw the behavioral specialist again. Inappropriate Dress Rules: My oldest child was forced by management to change out of her shorts because they claimed they were "too short." This was claimed by my child and another staff member. Applying adult standards to sexualize a young child like this is upsetting. Poor Education: If you expect your child to be ready for kindergarten, forget it. Everything is "learn through play," and with the extreme classroom behaviors, the staff can barely teach. Facility Upkeep & Security Failures Disgraceful Upkeep: The facility is incredibly dirty. The floors are filled with dirt, old paper scraps are left caked on the walls, windows/seals filthy, toys are unwashed, and the bathrooms are completely full of urine. Unprofessional Staff Dress: The staff dress as if they are going out with friends rather than educating children. Their shorts are way above the knee, but when the director doesn't dress as a leader, it sets the tone. Severe Security Risk: On 3 occasions, I noticed the director had a giant, colorful painted banner completely covering her office window. That window is her only way to see the front door. With school shootings being a terrifying reality, a director should want to see EVERYTHING. Covering the main entrance view is unacceptable. God sees all. I wish all families the best during this hard time, but please do not make it harder on your family by overlooking this review. Your children deserve a safe, clean, and respectful environment. This is not it.

Our son transitioned from a very small in-home daycare to this larger center, and she made the change so smooth and comforting for him. She has been endlessly kind, patient, and loving, and has become someone we truly trust with our son. Ms. Madi has also been great with communication. She always took the time at drop-off and pick-up to talk with us about how he was doing and anything he might need, which helped us feel very involved and informed. Even after he transitioned into the two-year-old room, she continues to be so warm and welcoming. She still greets him, says hi, and you can tell she truly cares about him. Now he is in the two-year-old room with Ms. Kenzie, who he has gotten to know and absolutely adores. She has been so kind, and he loves going into her classroom each day. We are excited to see his progress in this classroom with the other kids and his new teacher. We also really appreciate the security measures in place. The double security feature before being able to pick up your child gives us so much peace of mind. On top of that, the app is amazing, we love being able to see pictures and updates about our child throughout the day. Everyone, from the director to the reception staff, the teachers, and even the cook, has been great. You can really feel that they care about the kids and their families. For the future, one feature we'd love to see (and we think many parents would appreciate as well) is a live video feed of the classrooms, similar to what some other daycares in the area offer. We know this might not be possible right away, but it would be a wonderful addition. Overall, The Learning Experience has been great for our son in both the one-year-old room and now the two-year-old room, and we've loved all of the staff we've interacted with. Thank you to Ms. Madi, Ms. Kenzie, and the entire team for taking such great care of our little guy!

My daughter was going to preschool there. I was spending spending $1350 a month for my daughter. I…read morewas promised pictures daily. Some days I wouldn't get any. On the way to school my daughter has an accident in her diaper I didn't have any other clothes to change her into. I took her home real fast and changed her diaper and clothes. Brought her back to school and she stayed for about 6 hours. Brought her home from school and she had two fire engine red rashes. It cost me over $300 for the doctor. I pulled my daughter out of that school for neglect!!! Wasn't happy at all! Since it is a private school the district couldn't help me.
