DO NOT buy a package and have anything in life come up on the day/time you have a lesson. Even if you know a week in advance. We had two Monday lessons at 11 which I expressed something came up and they needed to be changed to later in the day. This was on the Sunday before one lesson. I was told that per their policies (which literally are no where) they will only change one. I wrote back about life circumstances happening and they said "Thanks for the information." The lack of understanding from a company that likely deals with a lot of kids is mind blowing. There are plenty of better options out there and I wish I would have gone with another.
