Our son is in the Pre-K class, and as a neurodiverse child, finding the right environment and support was incredibly important to our family. From day one, the staff and teachers have gone above and beyond to help him grow both personally and academically. The management team is absolutely excellent: caring, responsive, understanding, and truly invested in each child's success. They have created such a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment for families. They personally got him on the bus to his special needs class, every day. A very special thank you to Mrs. Savita, who has been nothing short of incredible! Her patience, kindness, dedication, and genuine care for our son have made such a huge impact. She understands his unique needs and strengths and consistently encourages him to learn, participate, and build confidence every single day. The Learning Experience is a quality preschool. I can only speak about the one in Morrison Ranch though. They actually do their curriculum everyday. The Teachers do their very best everyday and believe it or not, if the day didn't go perfect, they care and strive to do better the next day. These are Teachers that actually love the children and their job. The owners are there all the time checking on the building, making sure everyone has what they need to make everything go as smooth as possible. I just want parents to know that they are people and are not perfect and it is a very hard job but the difference is that they care. If a parent has time and you can spend a day at your child's preschool, I encourage you to do so. :) DB read more

We really enjoyed our time with TLE. The teachers were caring. Front desk was always friendly. The director (Joanne? I'm not sure how to spell her name. sorry!) is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they don't allow home brought food after the infant room. Truly wish they would change that rule, but we are switching daycares for that reason alone. read more

May 2023 I enrolled my daughter, 3 at the time, into TLE in Chandler, AZ. During this time the center had multiple teacher turn over's. My daughter's first teacher was rude and mean to my daughter. She was let go due to her behavior. Then my daughter was assigned to very young and in-experienced teachers, this is a Pre-K class and they were by no means Pre-K teachers. The one girl told my daughter to her face "you will not go to the other teachers class because you are a bad girl." This completely broke my daughters confidence in herself. That girl was let go. During this period of time there were multiple "teachers" in her Pre-K class to fill the gap of not having a teacher. Eventually they found someone. My daughter started coming home crying and telling me that she is scared to go to school. Her teachers are mean to her, they always just yell, they force her to eat her food, force her to nap else she gets in trouble. Then I gave 2 weeks notice, which I think is unfair considering my daughter was being emotionally abused. She had another incident of being excluded because she was "bad." My daughter has suffered major emotional abuse, she has regressed, she has lost her confidence. She does not sleep well because she is scared of being yelled at and is constantly seeking assurance that she is not bad. The curriculum is a complete joke. The center does not have qualified Pre-K teachers to teach the children anything. They charge an absolute fortune p/month for doing nothing. There is no structure, organization or routine. The classes are complete chaos. The staff turn over is concerning. This center was a huge mistake and caused my daughter a lot of emotional damage. read more

We moved to South Chandler in August of last year and toured TLE. We liked that it was clean and new so we decided to give it a try, even though it was significantly more expensive than our previous preschool. We thought it being new would be an asset. It was not. There has been a significant amount of teacher turnover. Right when my kids would get comfortable with a teacher they wouldn't show up for work and never come back. Then front office staff would have to fill in and just get through the day instead of focus on education and following the curriculum. We even hired one of the teachers to babysit in our home after our daughter gravitated towards her in class. When the teacher wasn't in school anymore we asked the school where she went, they said she was on vacation. After a couple weeks and she wasn't back we text the teacher and asked where she was, she informed us she could not pass a background check and wouldn't be returning. How was she working there in the first place if she couldn't pass a background check? We trusted the schools hiring process and had this woman in our home assuming the school followed state laws. Apparently they did not. The meals they served the children had very little nutrition. Mostly waffles, spaghetti, cereal, sun butter and jelly. They did not offer fruits and vegetables daily. The icing on the cake for me was after temporarily taking our kids out of school during stay at home orders. First they asked us to pay a fee to hold the kids spot if we were gonna take them out. I declined and said I would risk losing the spot and we'd be back when things settled down if there was availability. I called yesterday to inquire about potentially bringing them back. They said we would have to pay a new registration fee and they would be raising the rate. I didn't even argue. Honestly I should have taken my kids out of there a while ago. Even with all of these issues I haven't even discussed the most important problem. OUR KIDS LEARNED SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than when they were in a less desirable preschool in a less desirable neighborhood in a much less expensive preschool. This place is not worth it. If you decide to tour or consider this preschool, please look into the concerns I have posted. They are all legitimate issues. read more

We are newbie in town and need to find childcare for my 4-year-old son. During the SIP, a lot of schools are either limiting the capacity or not accepting a new student. I found TLE based on the reviews on Yelp (thanks to all the Yelpers). Scheduled an appointment for a tour. My husband and I impressed the second we pulled in to the parking lot. The school is a stand-alone building which is a newly built, with a large outdoor playground & a basketball hoop (my son loves it). The staffs are welcoming and friendly. What made us even impress is their programs. They offer varieties of curriculums - it covers phonics, interactive L.E.A.P. program (Learning Experience Academic Program®), art & crafts, sign language, outdoor activities, and most importantly - manners & etiquette. What's cooler is they have their own APP!!! Yes, that's right! This is unheard of... childcare offers their own app and constantly sending daily updates about your child. They will send updates throughout the day letting you know what your child learns at school, what they played, what they eat. This is what I love about the most. It eases our worries. My son loves his new school and even been wanting to go to school on weekend. lol~ As a parent, you can see the efforts they put into each child. I'm amazed at what my son learned from school every day. "wow~" me all the time. TLE just bring the childcare to another level. It beyond what I expect a childcare service can provide. Admin and staff were very accomodating to my situation. I needed to switch daycares as my son was not getting proper treatment. TLE was able to quickly get my son in, and my son did really well within their culture. TLE seems to have skilled staff as opposed to "random" young ladies looking for temp work. A+ experience for my "twaddler" (2yo). We recently relocated to Chandler from across town and my biggest worry was finding a new daycare family for our son at such a tender age. His teachers and everyone in the front office have gone out of their way to help him adjust and feel welcome, and now we have to drag him out of there most days he's having too much fun playing with new friends. TLE is just simply amazing all around. My children came a long way in not only their social skills but their cognitive skills. My children learned how to count, to recognize their letters, the sounds they make, how to write them, and how to write their name in the 9months that we were there. We have been attending the Learning Experience since it opened it's doors. Our son is two - loves his teachers, loves the schedule, and learns so much each and every day. When he was an infant/early one year old, they taught sign language to communicate. Now, they work on words, sentences, manners, and everything in between! Ever since Kelly has been the director of the school, everyone is happy, school is kept clean, and the front staff is so polite. The owners of the preschool are very involved, attend every event (that we have been to) care about the kids, and are so unbelievably nice. I recommend this school to anyone and everyone looking for a preschool. I wouldn't take my kid anyplace else! read more

We brought our child here after he was sent home repeatedly from another day care due to their unwillingness to deal with what we considered normal behavioral issues for a 3-year old. TLE has done an excellent job of handling our child and seems to have much more experience dealing with children that can be difficult at times. I started sending my 3 years old daughter as it was close to my home. My initial goal was to get her into a full day care. During tour I found passionate and loving teachers, a very very clean place, adequate backyard playing area. However, as days passed by, I started noticing a positive change in her. She was actually learning in a very structured way. I am not a guy who does a lot of research, but then i went into their website and was able to see where this structured learning was coming from. The center does a great job explaining various things to kids and the curriculum I saw (and practically experienced) is fantastic. My 15 month old son joined TLE in April 2019 when they opened. Before making a decision, we toured multiple daycares/pre-schools in the Chandler area. TLE was by far the best in terms of cleanliness, size of classrooms and availability of teaching/learning aids. The first couple of months were rough for my son as this was his first time in a daycare. There was also some turnover and shuffling around of teachers just after they opened. But since then TLE has really found its groove. The teachers in the toddler classroom: Ms Celeste, Ms Natalia, Ms Elizabeth and Ms Makenna are amazing! They are always engaging the children in various activities. They keep busy even when the tots are napping. I walk past the infant classroom during pick up and drop off and it's clear that the teacher in the infant classroom really cares about the babies under her charge as well. I'm really glad that we picked TLE for my son. We are moving out of state soon and can only hope we find something as good as TLE in CA. read more
