This was a really fun experience! I took my daughter and her seven other friends to this place. They did the Tony Rigatoni room and love it. They barely made it out in time and said the puzzles and keys were perfectly hard. They got a few extra hints from the nice girl working there. Came here for my birthday and i must say, this establishment is very well run. We did Tony's bistro, the puzzles were well thought out but not too hard. Ambience was amazing and felt as if you were actually in the restaurant, not just some thrown together room. Also, the staff was awesome, giving us good pointers when needed and also allowing us to finish the room when the following group was running late. Amazing experience, will return! read more

He was witty, engaging and gave just enough hints to keep our party moving through the puzzle rooms. We did Tony's Bistro and hint for everyone... BRING ALCOHOL! They allow alcohol in two of the rooms. Great clues, difficult but not impossible puzzles and the whole process is very well thought out! Im already planning my next escape. read more

We did the cabin for creepy and scary vibes. There wasn't anything popping out at you, no zombies or extras. But you may be startled Only major feedback was the story telling was a bit rushed as I didn't feel like I understood why we were escaping and the room was fairly linear with several simple devices. read more

One of the most friendly staff!!! My fiancé and I decided to do a bridal party proposal through an escape room and Kate helped with the request!! Kate went above and beyond and made sure the task was executed flawlessly! There was a customized puzzle she helped with to pop the question for us! We did the cabin game. I have done lightly lit rooms before that have a spooky vibe to it, but this one just got me screaming with some surprising and startling events that happens.... It was fun even through all the screams. Though I wish our party got more of the background story of what the goal was for the game. We all didn't fully understand what was the background story and the end goals like in other games that we played before through the game master. We recently went with friends (group of 4) for a medium difficulty room. We had a great time. Our cluemaster was friendly and helpful. I'll be honest and say that it's my second favorite escape room venue in the valley (the other has more advanced props, staging, and tech, imo), but this one is still great and we will return! Wow! What a great time! A group of about 7 of us came for my sons birthday and had a blast! It's pretty hard to find because there isn't much signage and looks like an empty office space. The theme of our room was a murdery scary cabin. We started in a room that looked like wilderness and had some creepy scary stuff going down. Once we made our way into the cabin there were haunting clues and chilling things and fun puzzles to solve. We didn't escape but did pretty good. This is a creative and fun place to spend time with family and friends. read more

We have done three of their escape rooms and have loved each one! They have such a variety of difficulties (Kate's motel being the most difficult) and are very creative with them all. Also, their staff are incredibly friendly and truly help make your experience more so great. If you are looking for a fun night with friends or family, come here. Had booking issues and the room was booked for a different time than we thought so we unknowingly missed our original time. We showed up at the time we thought we had booked. We spent over $250 for our party. Didn't expect money back but we figured they would be empathetic and at least try to cut us a deal for one of their many open spots for the night. They still charged us full price and we're not understanding at all. The escape room (Christmas) was overly simple, took 30 minutes and was probably the least challenging or detailed escape room I've ever done (I've done 15+). We have done several other escape rooms, so we have a pretty good expectation on what we need to do. We did Pawn Shop, and the puzzles were ok, but there were some technical issues with the room which impacted our game. 1) the black light would cut in and out. Fortunately, you don't need it for much in the end, but we might have missed the clues on the first try as a result. 2) part of the game requires you to scan with an electronic device. We wasted 10-15 minutes because the network was down, and they finally told us to use our phones (which they had previously said not to). We didn't solve the game likely because of the time wasted on this. There were 4 of us in the game, and a lot of the puzzles are single person. I would not do this room with any more than that, you'd have a lot of people standing around. Staff were good, greeted us at the door and got us moving into the game quickly. All in all, it was fun, but not even close to the best escape rooms we have done. read more

I came here with a group of 8. Thinking that this would be fun. We decided to do the Spooky Cabin. And we have the basic 1 hr time limit but this place only lets you have 3 hints. The room was bigger than expected and you had to figure out the clues to get into the cabin. We didn't expect this place to so high tech. There was this one clue that we didn't expect at all. Unfortunately, we didn't solve the room. He said the room had a 30% passing rate. It was a good time but could have better if we passed. But we asked around other people about this room and many people who have done this room before had said it was pretty hard. So it's okay! I think it's defiantly doable if you use teamwork! read more

My husband and I have done several (30-40) escape rooms across the U.S. This was, hands down, one of the very best! Why? What makes an escape room "one of the best?" Atmosphere. You legitimately feel like you're in a cabin, or in a hotel lobby. It is phenomenal! Puzzles. They make complete sense, and they are varied, so they cover all types of strengths. There are also a lot of puzzles that are not linear so your team can always be doing something. Uniqueness. We love ending a puzzle with the thought "that was cool." This happened quite a bit in the rooms we did. Madeline. Awesome game master! She was incredibly personable and engaging, and the hints we received were on point and kept us going. We were able to squeeze in two rooms during our drive through the city and we're so glad we did! Completed both the Kate's Motel and the Cabin and highly recommend both! read more

We had an amazing time doing both Tony's Bistro and The Cabin! Jon was a great Cluemaster, helping when needed with a twist of humor and wit to the clues, which just added to the fun. It's clear that these rooms were not made by a cookie-cutter chain of escape rooms that you could find in any town. The rooms were really detailed and immersive, and completely unique to Escape:Chandler. Be prepared for well thought out puzzles that are complex and challenging- don't think you're going to easily outsmart these rooms! Omg this was actually really freaking awesome. It was a Monday night that I checked online for escape rooms thinking it may be too late seeing as it was already after 7 PM. I google searched and found escape Chandler which just so happen to be about nine minutes from my home. I booked the three of us online for "The Cabin" at 9:15pm and it AWESOME! The technology incorporated, the decorative rooms, the ambience, the difficulty... hands down the best. Paige, the sweet red head at the front was so delightful and I just love her energy. I've been to other escape rooms before but this one is by far the coolest one I've seen. I highly recommended it. They are also taking extra precautions during COVID which is appreciated. read more
