I won't tell you how exactly because that'll ruin the experience. We did one room, Escape Plan, and we were told it was the easier one of the three. We escaped in about 29 minutes! We do quite a bit of escape rooms together so we will be going back for the other two rooms. You definitely use your head but it's not too easy and not too hard either. We didn't ask for any hints. What made the experience 5/5 was when we finished, we had a very long conversation with the employee who turned out to be one of the owners, Walter. He is very passionate and explained how they came up with these ideas. You could see how genuine he was and his passion for his business. When I attempted to mention the email confirmation (with terms and conditions) doesn't state the required early arrival time I was told by this staff member "do you want to keep arguing and lose more time on your room?". Please see the image of my email confirmation since no one cared to see what your customer sees in their email confirmation. I was there today at 4 pm so you may want to double check who is working. They obviously don't like people. And in no way did I expect extra time but I checked the available bookings and no one was using the room after us. You get a full backstory and mission at the beginning, which really pulls you into the experience. It's very interactive and requires a lot of teamwork, communication, and coordination. You have an hour to escape and we made it out just in time, literally down to the last seconds. This is a great option for groups, birthdays, or even team building. It's high energy and perfect if you enjoy problem solving and a little challenge. Have I been to more advanced or smoother escape rooms? Yes.
