There was a ton of kids at first so we got a little nervous thinking they were in our party but they weren't so we lucked out there . We actually had the entire room to ourselves! We played the zombie game (can't remember the name of it) but my bf got SO INTO IT! I mean he was RUNNING across the room. I couldn't stop laughing at how serious he took it. The two of us had a great time but I can see this even being more fun with a group of like 4! The room is pretty big but somehow we almost ran into each a few times haha. I highly recommend this place though. But please wear something comfy and not office attire like my bf

At the front desk we were immediately told, 'You're late and can't join.' I asked for a refund and was told to speak with the General Manager. When we met with the GM, Matt, he opened by repeating that we were 'late' and that there was nothing he could do. When I tried to clarify that the email said arrival 10 minutes early was a recommendation (not a requirement), the conversation stayed argumentative rather than de-escalated. As a GM, that was disappointing to experience. We were on a time crunch and asked if we could join a later session instead, and if not, we preferred a refund. We were only offered a voucher. I also requested a simple statement confirming our check-in time (2:58 PM), and he refused to provide anything in writing. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and the customer service was poor. I'd strongly recommend leadership/customer service training and clearer policies communicated to customers.

There are multiple movie theaters, a lot of bowling lanes, a grill, concession stand, a glow in the dark mini golf course, and an arcade. I worked with the event coordinator Emily beforehand and it was such a pleasant experience. I was not stressed at all, they did everything to my preferences and all I had to do was bring the cake. They frequently checked in on my preferences beforehand and even asked how I wanted the room decorated, which they handled themselves. There are several different food options to choose from for parties but we went with pizza which was pretty good. Everything was very reasonably priced, including the alcoholic beverages, which were fun and delicious. The arcade games were all working and well maintained. They had a decent variety and definitely had all the classic games I like to play. The prize counter was also nice and I enjoyed the glow golf course. My younger nephews came to the party and enjoyed so this is definitely a fun venue for all ages. Above anything else, every single staff member made the experience so pleasant from the event coordinator (who personally was present to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it) to the party host (who checked in on us regularly) to the bartender to the person at the prize counter. I felt like everyone truly wanted me to have a happy birthday and a great event. I would happily come here to hang out or have another event. It was so fun, the planning was not stressful at all and it was reasonably priced! Absolutely recommend.
